I showed the technician a photo of the nail design I wanted and asked if he could do it. His response was simply "no," and from the start his attitude felt dismissive and unwelcoming. When I asked how close he could get to the design, he told me that normally clients send their inspiration pictures before the appointment and that he has other clients, so he didn't know. As a new client, I was never told that I needed to send a photo ahead of time. There was no communication about that requirement when I booked. Instead of trying to help or offer alternatives, the interaction continued to feel rude and dismissive. At that point, I told him I no longer wanted the service. I came in as a paying customer, followed their booking process, and was simply looking forward to enjoying my birthday and being treated with basic courtesy. Customer service matters, and unfortunately I did not feel welcomed or valued here at all. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this salon.

They have 4 selections to choose from. He was very intentional about what he was doing. He did a great job. Linda did my nails, and she did a good job. She worked fast. I like matte finish, but after I got home, I saw a little gloss on some of them. I hope it doesn't peel. I got a design on my toes also. Came out really cute, not anything real fancy, but it's cute. They are really friendly people. Oh yeah, they offer you water, wine, or beer. They are pricey, though. I came in for a simple service and left completely dissatisfied with both the quality of the work and how the situation was handled. When I expressed my concerns respectfully and asked for the work to be corrected, the technician who had done my nails was willing to fix them. Unfortunately, the owner's daughter--who claimed to be the manager--refused to allow anyone to make it right. Instead of focusing on customer satisfaction, she made it clear that my request wouldn't be honored simply because I stood up for myself and the standard of service I expect. It's disappointing to see that professionalism and accountability aren't valued here. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who expects quality work or respectful treatment when issues arise. "Owner's daughter"/ management couldn't even "manage" her emotions. Business should be business. Remove your emotions from all business transactions in the future.
