Very disappointed with my service and "management". I had a terrible experience at this salon today. I came in for a simple service and left completely dissatisfied with both the quality of the work and how the situation was handled. When I expressed my concerns respectfully and asked for the work to be corrected, the technician who had done my nails was willing to fix them. Unfortunately, the owner's daughter--who claimed to be the manager--refused to allow anyone to make it right. Instead of focusing on customer satisfaction, she made it clear that my request wouldn't be honored simply because I stood up for myself and the standard of service I expect. It's disappointing to see that professionalism and accountability aren't valued here. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who expects quality work or respectful treatment when issues arise. They were nice, but not effective. I had to ask them to finish getting the dead skin off of my heels after she said she was done. Then was told that if they grate my foot anymore it will bleed, and only used the pumice stone after I suggested it as a solution. Just put the extra twenty some dollars and go to earth savers. I've been coming here for awhile my tech I've used relocated so my service was by someone else, got a full set and I always spend close to $200 every time. A few days later 3 nails break off at the tip come back for repair and they were filed so thin and I come back a few days after that 2 more break at the tip so I'm annoyed at this point it's only been a week with this set and the same issue they say they are going to charge me to repair because it's only a week warranty. Literally yesterday made a week and I've already been here for the same thing. Terrible customer service will not be coming back instead of honoring that third tech did a bad job they are making me pay for the repairs. The nail tech I had kept digging the drill bits into my cuticles. She cut 4 of the cuticles to the point they started bleeding, and kept digging into them. I couldn't tell her anything because she wouldn't give me the time of day, she kept talking to her coworkers. I still have acrylic under my nails, that get caught on everything. I feel like the full set was rushed, or she didn't want to do it. It was sloppy, and rushed, and I had to go home and file the underneath of my nails because there was so much overhang from her not cleaning the extra acrylic off. The shapes are all bubbly and uneven. I asked for coffin, and some are half coffin and some are square. I DO NOT recommend this place! read more

Usually, I have a decent time there, but yesterday was the worst service. I've been a loyal customer for three years. I waited over an hour for a pedicure, but when I finally received it, the session was fine. After that, a different lady did my nails, and she was upset every time I disagreed with what she wanted to do to my nails. She asked if I wanted a manicure, I said no, so she said I really needed one. I said no, I just wanted my nails done. Then, she asked if I wanted a full set, I said no, just my regular nails. She said but your nails are thin and short. I said okay, but I just wanted my regular nails. Then, she started complaining out loud and moving her head around like she was frustrated. She even went to complain to the hostess, and they both scowled at me. It's been about 2 hours at this point, so I was just ready to go but I needed my nails done for an event. She suggested I do dip powder. I said I just want gel nails like I always get. She continued with my nails and complained the whole time about how they were too thin and short. I've never had them complain about my nail length before. When she finished, she blew a loud breath out as if this was the hardest thing she'd ever done. Never going back. I frequent this establishment monthly. When the lady in charge is nearby, the services are excellent. She was absent today; this was the worst experience I have encountered here. The young guy who performed my manicure had to be asked to perform hand hygiene after repeatedly using the back of his hand to wipe his nose, which is unsanitary. Four people surrounded me, where I was being serviced, holding personal conversations loudly. I purchased the spa services, and this experience was not calming or relaxing. The young man left the top of my pants soaked from the manicure water. The lady performing my manicure flicked lotion around, including on the top of my pants. So first of all the service would be amazing if they weren't in here taking about their customers. I went twice on two separate days to see if the treatment would be different but no. They think that if they speak in their native language than somebody won't understand them. They got the RIGHT one today cause I understood very well. These people are the most hateful, racist, and unkind human beings that I've ever met and I advise AGAINST doing business with them. If they focused more on doing their jobs and less of talking about their customers then the services provided would be top tier. They can't file nails correctly but calling people uneducated. I know this for a fact because; * I was texting my friend and checked the time of the first text and when he was finished my pedicure. * I set the massage chair for 20 minutes and he was done way before the chair stopped. My chair continued to massage until my niece was finished with her pedicure which her pedicure was only a few minutes longer than mine. And my feet and legs were hardly touched. I've been going to this nail shop for a few years now. As of lately, they have changed the prices for everything. I got a refill/coffin shape with pink French tips, when I got to the counter, I had to pay $75 dollars, just for nails! They are now charging for the service, the shape, the nail polish you use( $25) for gel,& in an extra $15 for design (French tip). The quality of my nails were not even great to pay $75 just for nails. Choose a new nail shop if you are trying to save money. read more

Haven't had my nails done in two years, was recommended to go to this place and ended up contracting a nail fungus on my left pinky and my nail bed has lifted off of my skin by the next day. I called to report this and was told that they could give me a discount on my next visit. I have never had this happen at my other nail salon. I took my mom and my niece to this place. My mom said that her pedicure was awesome but her manicure chipped the second day. I took K my niece the second day to get her nails and feet done. I was pleasantly surprised at how I was immediately directed to check in & then straight to a pedi chair. The hostess handed me a pedicure menu & color swatch book. Everything was professional, accurate, and easy to read. Tina did my pedi & Emily my manicure. Both of these ladies were friendly, pleasant, and did an amazing job. I will definitely be coming back. Although the place was clean and quick to add me as a walk in, I was not happy that a fill with, a cut down and gel polish, would cost me $56.00. The job was done nicely and I did tip on top of the $56.00. It is my fault for not checking the price before having the work done. I just can't believe that a salon would charge $18.00 additional for gel polish. I travel all over the US and have my nails done. I have NEVER paid such a high price of gel polish to have a fill done. Once I left and thought of the cost, I called back to ask why it was so much... I was told that a fill is $25, gel polish is $18 and cut down was $3. When I add that up it comes to $46.00 not the $56.00 I was charged. It is my stupid mistake/fault for not questioning the charge before I left. Oh well, lesson learned. read more

Great place to come. Cindy, Danny and Lilly are great technicians! Danny & Cindy for the feet. I get regular short nails for my hands and always get pink or white on my toes. My big toe nail tends to break off a lot on the corner and they always manage to make it look the best. Came in on a Friday and got sat right down, hands and feet were done at the same time ! This was my first time here and the service was horrible. They do not soak off the nails properly. They used a fake nail to cut under the current one and basically rip your real nails. I told the lady doing my nails that it was hurting me and she got mad. A waste of $68!! I received a pedicure and a gel manicure. For the price I paid, I usually get more from more salons. I do not think the manicure even included cuticle pushing. Also, my toe polish was messed up by the time I left out of there. (They let me come back the following day to get my toe polish fixed) I had dipped nails with extensions when I walked in there, and asked for them to be soaked off. The nail tech popped them off instead. This was very painful so I again asked for them to be soaked off. She didn't know English so she asked the tech that was doing my pedicure. That tech said that I couldn't get my nails soaked off because it would take too long. She continued to pop my nails off painfully and broke a couple of my real nails. To fix them, she put dip powder over them before applying the gel polish. This did not work though, because two days later, my nails started chipping and ripping. Now, five days later, it looks like I have a two week old nail job. They are chipping and ripping. (I do not do any type of manual or hard labor. I am very careful with my nails). I went back once for my toe polish, but I did not even bother again to go back to fix my fingernails, because they are all so broken and fragile from the tech popping my nails off!!! Do NOT go here! The technique here is horrible. I gave them two chances. The first time, I got an on short classic nude ombré set. They did not do anything to my cuticles, and the nail was not seated all the way back on my nail. The second time, I got a refill and color change, which I have no idea how you can possibly screw that up, but they did. Terrible nail painting technique. I could see my previous color around the cuticle area. I tried to let them know I can see the color, but they didn't do anything to fix it. I finally found another better nail tech/company via a referral, so I went back to allure to get my previous set off. When I tell you this lady ripped my nails off with another acrylic nails and scissors after barely soaking them. I voiced that it hurt multiple times, and she just told me to look away. She left a whole bunch of glue residue and my natural nails are messed up from her basically ripping them off instead of letting them soak off properly. She slabbed oil on my nails to make it temporarily look like my nails were fine. Please do not go here. This is the warning you need before even giving them a chance. They over charge for bad technique and bad customer service of the nail techs. Also, do not go to them to get a set off even if they did it. They will take it off painfully cause odds are they are salty and taking it as a sign that you are not coming back. The person that did my nails is Kim. I usually prefer women doing my nails versus the guys simply cause they are more detailed and know what your expectations are. I want to believe Kim was just having an off day, but I like to trust the process. I asked Kim to fix my nails more than once and each time I asked her they would get worse, and look over to the person next to her and laugh! I have been to enough nail salons to know what Kim was saying. I gave up trying to correct her and just wanted her to finish. I payed $55 for the opposite of what I wanted. The shape I wanted was coffin, length is medium, and the design was a simple base color with a side line. Below is the expectation versus the result. Never again! I've been to better! After painting them and setting the top coat she filed them again, scratching the paint and leaving excess paint and acrylic product under my nails. I am from north Louisiana and am down here for surgery next week. I wanted to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure before my surgery. I had a pedicure with gel polish and a manicure with dipping powder. While one person worked on my pedicure, the other person worked on my manicure. After I stopped him halfway and addressed the issue before wasting his time or mine I wanted to just leave and he did not even offer a refund or anything for these candy corns he put on my nails.
