They hurt to the touch and it's really inconveniencing. I don't think the sensitivity will go away until my nails grow out completely since I got them removed a couple weeks ago. One day I arrived at the other salon only to sadly find out that she no longer worked there! Yikes! Where did my favorite nail tech go too?! As you know, it's really hard to find good nail techs. A few weeks ago she messaged me on this app to let me know that she and her husband opened up their own salon! Yay! Excited that she was still around; I made a mental note to see her when it was time to have a new dip. I showed up about an hour early (!!) to be sure I was the first in as I'm always on a tight schedule. We knocked out a pedicure and dip in 1 hour 15 min. Her salon is small but perfect. Clean and comfortable. Nisha is a doll and everyone who works there is so kind and knowledgeable. The Massage Chairs are new and AMAZING. I had an organic pedicure with hot stone and paraffin; amazing! Affordable too! Highly recommended. Nisha is known for her thin yet durable dip. It's a must....and she offers, I swear, like 200 different colors if not more. She also has a vast gel polish collection. I highly recommend that you check out the salon. Right now they aren't too busy so it's easy just to walk in and get an appointment. Be sure to get her cellphone # so you can schedule directly in advance.

The nails are also much thicker and bulkier than I prefer, and there is a significant amount of excess product underneath the nails. In order to understand the full extent of my lack of pedicure knowledge, I will walk you through how I choose which one to get. Step 1 sit in the chair. Step 2, look at the book usually and point at whichever one looks best. I don't put color on my toes ever. Well, there was that one time I let the kids paint my toes hot pink and realized it would take months to come off on its own. That was hard to explain at the doctor and when I had a roommate at work. But, I digress. Phan Phan and Henrietta are two of the most friendly, most funny, and genuinely awesome to be around people. On my very first visit we were treated like I had known them forever. We talked like old friends and I got the best pedicure I have ever received. I even was treated to Phan Phan singing a rock version of a traditional Vietnamese song. They have 4 selections to choose from. He was very intentional about what he was doing. He did a great job. Linda did my nails, and she did a good job. She worked fast. I like matte finish, but after I got home, I saw a little gloss on some of them. I hope it doesn't peel. I got a design on my toes also. Came out really cute, not anything real fancy, but it's cute. They are really friendly people. Oh yeah, they offer you water, wine, or beer. They are pricey, though.
