They did a great job on my nails and are located very close to my home. I came in at 4pm and the place was empty so I lucked our without an appointment. However, I found it quite expensive at nearly $50 for a regular pedicure with tip. I will gladly come back but the price will have an influence on how frequently. read more

The First time I visited this place was at least a year ago and thought the pedicure was great even though they only provide the foam flip flops for a charge. well today I stopped in and was the only person there. The pedicure menu at the desk said $40 or $45 for a deluxe so I opted for that. Not only do they charge for the foam flip flops, They charge $3 to use a credit card. They ask for cash for service and tip and have an atm on site that also charges $3 fee. Then at checkout the deluxe pedicure was $50 (plus tip). It was also quite warm in there. No frills and not even a real nice place so the prices do NOT equal what you get. I will say it wasn't as painful and injurious as some of the quicky nail salon places BUT for these prices.... I'll be seeking a luxury salon over this place any time. I've had $50 pedicures that bring you champagne and water. read more

I made an appointment to have a pedicure done, and my feet have not been cleaned, I have polish all over my skin, and my nails aren't consistently painted. She was in such a hurry, and I know the shop is usually better than this. I usually do my own nails, but I wanted to treat myself. Now I have to remove the polish and do it myself. read more

I really love this nail salon! They have always done amazing with both pedicures and what ever I needed or wanted for my nails. They are constantly adding new colors with: gel, dip and polishes. I love when they get any colors they make sure to include getting for all 3 types of polishes so you always have the option for that color. Always a very happy customer! read more

First time ever going here with my sister-in-law. My mother-in-law and her use this salon a lot so I thought I would give it a try. The staff was nice and even though we came at a busy time, we didn't do much waiting around before someone started our nails. However we did have to wait a whole between or manicures and pedicures but it was nothing too terribly long. The only thing that grants this visit three star is our cuticles. Two of my cuticles got cut too short and started to bleed while we were there. The lady just dabbed them with some alcohol and wiped them with some random towel that was just hanging by her station, I don't even know if it was a clean towel- yikes! After our visit I was talking to my sister-in-law and she said her cuticles had a bunch of cuts on them as well. I just am always really skeptical and worried about going to nail salons because I know cuts can sometimes lead to infections. So if this is a major concern for you beware. Otherwise, I am really happy with my nails. read more

Well I went here to get a pedicure on Tuesday 10-3-17. I've had this gift certificate since December 2016. Which was a Christmas present from my mom. I've been coming to this salon since 2005 and have gotten many gift certificates. None of the certificates have ever had expiration dates or even eluded to the fact they would expire. Well I sat in the chair and told the woman I had a certificate. I finally opened it and said, oh no, its expired. Mind you they "expire 6 months from the date of purchase". I told the woman and she said I would have to tell the owner. The female owner came to me and opened it and said it's out of date and the only way she would honor it is if it was like a month out of date. Then she walked away. I was shocked and started crying. My feet were already in the water and then she came back and started to begin the pedicure. I was such in shock I didn't pay attention that she had started the pedicure. I was sniffing and wiping tears from my eyes and this owner never checked up from my feet. She never asked if I still wanted to get a pedicure. I said I have been coming here for over 10 years and never saw an expiration "clause" on a certificate. She said nothing. Mind y'all, I know she understands and can speak English. I just texted my sister and best friend what happened and they said just relax and enjoy the pedicure. I had the certificate in my purse and she asked for it back. She then pulled it out the envelope and tore it up in front of me. My jaw dropped. Then she made it a point to get up and go to a trash can behind the nail stations and throw it away. I was speechless which is not like me. However, I haven't done a damn thing for myself since I got married in 2016. I've been raising two step-children, worked part time during the year, then a stay at home mom, husband deployed 6 months out of the year, & dealing with everything that comes with having an ex in the picture. It's been more than rough. The woman continued and payed more attention to another woman that thought she made a mistake and forgot to pay them previously and she was ALL into that conversation that she wasn't involved in, then she stopped servicing me to talk to some loud ass woman who wanted something done and should've used her manners and used her inside voice but no that didn't happen. Finally she regained focus and continued on my feet. Then she had the nerve to talk to me finally and ask if I have kids. I said two step-kids and she laughed and said that's enough. I said no it's not, I want kids but it's been hard because my husband has been deployed 6 months out of the year we been married. She shut her mouth and never said a word. I was done and sat at the nail dryer for 5 minutes. I said I'm done and need to get out of here and paid. I put a big fat O with a line through it for the tip!!! Well PEOPLE, I found out they can't put an expiration date on gift certificates and Louisiana law says they are good for 5 years!!! Louisiana Revised Statues 51:1423 Deceptive trade practices; gift certificates; expiration date Section B (1) An expiration date that is less than five years from date of issuance. Such expiration date shall appear in capital letters in at least ten-point font on the gift certificate. This is a disgrace by this salon!! read more

Nail Care Salon in Covington has been my favorite nail salon for 15 years. Beautiful results every time I have nails or pedicures. Anna and Andy are the owners, they take very good care of their customers and are always here for their customers.
