I was automatically greeted with a nicely organized, clean salon and friendly staff that showed me how to check in. I was seated immediately and my service began. My nails had a bit of tricky nail art, but this place rocked it!! It was quick, only taking 40 minutes for the full set, and the nails look amazing. During my first visit, the technician did not use the color I selected, and I ended up having to go home and repaint my nails myself. On my second visit, the experience felt chaotic--the technician nicked my skin twice, accidentally glued us together, and repeatedly knocked over tools and polish bottles. To make matters worse, the chrome finish I paid extra for began peeling in less than a week. Based on these experiences, I won't be returning and cannot recommend this salon.

I've never had to wait very long before one of them is available. They provide an estimated wait time when you arrive and it's your choice if you wish to wait or return. The place is clean and they are friendly with good service.
