The Mandeville location appeared to have no appointments available on the app, so I called and was able to get one for the upcoming weekend. Waxing is never 100% pleasant, but she went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. I looked and felt great after the service, ready for the beach and my upcoming travel. From the phone call to check in/out, the process was a breeze.

Michael is thoroughly educated and it is obvious that he loves his work and takes great pride in it. He is caring, professional, thorough and has taught me something new each time I've been to see him. So far I've had multiple waxes done, including a Brazilian wax which was done better than any other I've had. I've had my eyelashes dyed and the experience was amazing. My boyfriend couldn't figure out what was different but kept complimenting me lol. If you don't like to wear makeup like me then this is the perfect supplemental beauty trick. I've bought essential oils and skincare products from him and his recommendations were spot on. No one has ever been able to deal with my super sensitive skin and know just the right products for it except Michael. Overall the atmosphere, professionalism and perfect results I get from Avalon have kept me coming back for more. 5 stars without a doubt. Thanks Michael! See you soon! :)

He is so in-tune with what your body needs and he really delivers that. I am so glad to have found him!
