The cherry on top was them (he restaurant staff) singing, happy birthday to me, giving me a birthday card, and giving me a rose! They made my day so special and I'm beyond grateful for them. The John Daly and Pink Guava Mojito were both deliciously refreshing, which felt a little inconsiderate because now I have to think about them again. The homemade corned beef hash was fantastic, the Crab Bennies were out of this world, and the country potatoes were exactly what breakfast potatoes should be: crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and not just there for emotional support. And each dish came with a yummy mini scone. The staff were super friendly and efficient, and the whole place had that relaxed, welcoming energy that makes you want to sit there longer than you planned. Overall, great food, great drinks, great service, and a clean, easygoing vibe.

Unfortunately, we did find a hair in the burrito this time It was definitely gross, but they immediately made my husband a new one and waived the charge. Our server was amazing throughout the whole experience, so instead of using the waived charge as a discount, we used it to tip him extra. He truly deserved it! The first time I came here, I ordered the Crab Eggs Benedict, but I was WAY too hungry and completely forgot to take a photo. This time, I got the Open-Faced Dungeness Crab Melt and PLEASE get this if you come here. This was THE BEST dish ever!!! The crab, melted cheese and tomato worked so well together and everything tasted perfectly balanced. And the fries were SO crispy! Even with the little incident, we will definitely be coming back. The food is too good and our server made the experience even better! Also, if you're coming for a special occasion like Mother's Day, definitely make a reservation ahead of time. Honestly, I would recommend making one for weekends too because it can get busy!

Awesome! Couldn't have enjoyed our visit to Crockett's any more…read more We stopped in on a Saturday for lunch. It was relatively busy, but our server was great! The fried zucchini were prepared in a manner that we haven't seen before - long, flat pieces. Excellent! My wife had the Sloppy Joe - and she couldn't have been more pleased. Seasoned to perfection. I opted for a Wedge Salad, which was another item prepared in a way I hadn't seen before either - it wasn't a big rock-like salad, it was sliced and laid sideways. Perfect. and with lots of bacon! We'll definitely be back to Crockett's! (We'll just have to find a reason to go to Puyallup.)

Came here per their suggestion, because I'm a food snob, and I'm glad we did. Cool little place, super clean, nice decorum, yada yada yada. Our server was Jessica T. I am very neurotic, and she was very patient, and even engaged in back and forth banter. She came to take our drink order, and if you know me, I always have a lot of complex requests. I started off ordering a boring vodka and soda, but then switched it up to cucumber vodka with muddled lime and mint with soda. Visibly and vocally unperturbed, she took my order along with my counterparts. The bartender whipped me up a couple of those bad boys and let me tell you, it was refreshment level: EXPERT. And props to the bartender, whom I thanked on the way out. After I drink order, I started ordering all sorts of ish. We had, an order of grilled sourdough, which was phenomenal and I'm actually going to start making that at home, if I ever get there, me and my (non-romantically involved, strictly platonic cuz I don't swing that way) partner both had the Cavatappi Ragu, and his wife had something with meatballs, that's all I can really remember. Man, even a my standards the food was so good. I'm very grateful that my folks picked up the check, and I feel bad because I ordered so much stuff, which I wasn't expecting because I went Ham on the menu, but damn man.... I think you can actually eat cheaper at a comparable restaurant in LA... Prices were pretty high. Even for me hahaha BUT all that being said, the next time I come see these clowns, I want to go back! Very good experience, very good food, very good service. ***DISCLAIMER*** This pure, uncut, honest review is federally protected under Federal Law by way of Bill #EO14149. My wife said the chicken parmigiana was one of the best examples she's ever had. She usually isn't into red sauce that much but she loved it. Most of us had the salmon, which I think was cooked just right and was well presented. It's kind of a weird location but it works that it has a lot of parking. The inside's nice and clean, the people we engaged with there were pleasant/service was good. Cons: Main issue last night was how long it took to get our meal: I think it took over an hour. I don't fault a place for a single slow experience, and the waitress was apologetic about the delay, but for the level of establishment it is, it would've been nice for the table to have been given some free bread or something to munch on as an apology for the wait. The inside was pretty smoky when we got there, light beams cast. Not sure if smoke derived from cooking or the inside fireplace (insert?) but my wife's sensitive to the smoke, so her eyes were bothering her for a bit. She was talking about possibly needing to go outside when I think the AC kicked in and the air quality improved. Otherwise, I'd say the main con is it's on the pricey side. Like after tax the salmon is almost $50, no salad/side included, and it's not a large portion. It was, however, delicious.

She will go check on our order..10 min goes by and nothing. Found our waitress behind the bar..asked for the check and we bounced. Wouldn't come here for good service or food. The restaurant was empty and although we wanted multiple drinks with our food, the server basically never came back once we ordered our entrees. So miss on their part. They could have sold 2-4 more cocktails. COCKTAILS: Good. Very expensive but we enjoyed them. Expect to spend $15 a cocktail. But again, there was nobody here and it took forever to get the drinks. FOOD: Also very slow. And just ok. Not worth the $20-$30 cost. We originally wanted the creole french dip, but were told it was out. We then ordered the bourbon street burgers. This is a gem. Menu changes regularly so there is always something fresh and new. Prices may seem a little high for the area but the food and drink justify it. On my most recent visit we got 2 appetizers, two entrees (one was steak with shrimp add on), 3 desserts, and 5 cocktails for $250 which was not outrageous. Portion sizes are great. Food is full of flavor and cooked perfectly. We have sat on the restaurant side a few times but normally sit in a booth on the bar side. There is also a small patio off the bar in good weather. Bartenders are friendly and engaging. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. Only reason I knocked it a half star is the service on the bar side can be slow or feel forgotten about sometimes but it just depends on the time of day and if the bartender is having to do double duty or if they have dedicated wait staff in that area.
