Came here with my in-laws when we visited for the Seattle vs Colts game. We had a large party, which we were aware that would come with slower service but overall our server was great; she was friendly and remembered most peoples names and drink orders. We rarely had to ask for drink refills which was super nice. As for the food, much could be improved. We ordered nachos and the chips were stale with the cheese only half way melted. Order the buffalo chicken and Maui pizza; both were not completely cooked, as the cheese was unmelted in the very middle. The buffalo pizza had barely any buffalo sauce. The Mac and cheese bites were basic and you could tell it was made with Kraft mac and cheese. The salad was literally just a bowl of lettuce. Honestly the best thing we ate was the pub fries; they were crispy outside and fluffy inside. Overall the vibe of the place was great. It was fun for kids with the arcade and when we came they were hosting a battle of the bands type event which was fun to watch. The restrooms were clean as well. read more

We were seated in the family area, immediate sanitary concerns. There was a server with long nails and saw it went into someone's food. Racist and disappointing crowd during the superbowl. We did not feel comfortable in this environment. Very disappointed in the responses we got when we politely asked to turn up the volume during the bad bunny show AFTER the raffle. Got so many dirty looks from the people around us after asking. Final straw, my cousin got harassed by a very guy drunk man and was clapping in her face saying "why are you not cheering" when she was checking on a school assignment. This is a place for families, parties, couples, great night out! Arcade area on one side with a private feeling bar in the back. In the middle a huge area with a stage for live music, a gigantic bar, lots of ti's too. On the last side there is a restaurant area. My chicken pest pizza was super tasty. Can't believe it took me this long to come and try Purdys! I loved it! They have the arcade section which is super fun and the the seated restaurant section on the other side. We decided to sit at the bar and Jessica was helping us with our drinks and food! She was super fun to chat with and even though it was busy we didn't care because she kept us updated making sure we knew we weren't being forgotten. It's extremely frustrating to see posted business hours that aren't actually followed. I showed up two hours before closing time yesterday and they were already closed, and today they're closing early again. If you're going to close early whenever it's slow, the hours should reflect that. If not, you should stay open as advertised. That's how a business is supposed to work read more

The good: Pub fries were amazing. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Top 5 fry for sure. The bbq burger had good flavor and was large. The arcade is EPIC and has so many fun games for kids. The not so good: GF bun fell apart. Most do so no big surprise here. The skinny fries were meh not seasoned and the sweet potato fries were soggy. Also we were charged more than the price on the menu. We didn't say anything but it did annoy me. Went there at 10:30 at night. They had a live band and was playing good music so the bar side was packed. So I went to the dining side and I was the only one in there so I would have thought it would have thought it would be easy to spot me. Servers and staff walked past me. The place has a nice atmosphere, the staff is pretty good but the food was BAD... we went on Monday and got the 2 for 1 fish n chips and some chowder. The clam chowder had a small portion, was lukewarm at best, and had a burnt taste to it. The fish was soggy with oil, and had an unpleasant taste and texture with a fat strip of cartilage or something running through it. The waitress/bartender was nice enough to swap it out for a couple of corned beef sandwiches, but they were dry and stringy. Three people came out to just under $100 for some bad food. Floor was sticky, table was not very clean and table setup was not very user friendly for smaller sized guests. My husband and I were in the area looking at houses and needed something to eat, so we found this place b/c it was casual and close by. When you walk in, there are beer memorabilia and flags that decorate the walls. I assumed it was like a English Pub, but they also have some german foods, so I will call it a "European" pub. We came in on a Thursday afternoon, so it was fairly quiet, but there were a handful of couples there. The space is very large - there is the large main space with the stage and a bar, then there is another room with tables and another bar and THEN there is an arcade. From what I got from past reviews, Purdy's has only been in this space for at least a year. I thought the space was well kept and clean. It has the dive bar feel, but it is not divey. To drink I got the Lavender Martini, which was a pretty lavendar color and I could taste the lavender. To eat I got a bowl of clam chowder and my husband got a cesar salad and a Meatsy calzone. The clam chowder was good - it wasn't the best I have ever had, but it wasn't the worse. My husband loved the calzone - it had black olives, pepperoni and sausage and it was large (but he managed to eat it all...I did help a little!). Jenny was our waitress and she was so sweet and nice. We used to visit Purdue when they were in the chalet on the 410 but since they moved (and Covid) we've been reluctant to be in what appeared to be an always crowded venue. We finally went today for lunch. The space is impressive and the decor is well done for such a large space. We also felt very welcomed by our server who was also the bartender. Nice easy going guy. It appears they have nightly specials and also a special drink menu, too, and there's a large arcade that I didn't go see. They also have tap tv trivia on the multiple screens throughout the space. I was disappointed in the food. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and it was served with just two tiny over breaded chicken fingers. I seriously doubt there was 2 ounces of chicken on that sandwich. Two Mickey D nuggets have double the meat that my $14 chicken sandwich had. Photos included for example. My friend ordered a wedge salad and added chicken. It was cubed but easily 4 times more chicken than my sandwich. I may be back but it will be for scotch eggs. Not sure why this place has a low rating. They have a 90s arcade, live music, allow kids, and have some good food. I had the oyster poboy that I would give an 8 which is high standing considering there's only one other oyster poboy I rate high...I think most in WA state aren't that good. I also had the poutine with fries and give that a 7. Could have used more poutine because there is never enough poutine. The server was nice and patient. I got there at 530 pm and had plenty of parking. The live music was a lot better than I expected. I left around 9 and the place was pretty packed but it's a Friday night with good live music...what do you expect? I'll be back for sure. read more

Where to start? The menu has a great variety of foods to choose from. They even serve breakfast on the weekends. The service is great when they are not too busy, but the staff is working harder to ensure you have a great experience. They also offer nights with either a DJ or a local cover bands and more. It's a pub and they had live music that was setting up for later. They have a lot of games for family entertainment in the main area. The place was quite busy as they had a large birthday party in the back room area. Service was good and friendly. Food was hot but the salmon was not very good quality. My rueben was ok but could have had more meat. The cesar salad was not the best either. But for a pub with live music, beer, and strong mixed drinks it was an ok experience. May go back again. Kind of skimpy on the greens and had some brown slimy tips I picked out. salmon looked good but unfortunately overcooked/dry, ugh. Our friends said their meals fine/good but both took half to go...so truly unclear but they did look good. The place only had 1-2 other tables the whole 2 hours we were there yet our server only came over once after we got our drinks/meals before getting our bills and box to go. The food here is disgusting.. I am not sure how to even describe it further. We had tater tots (fine), burger (wanted to throw up), steak (disgusting), Ruben egg rolls (it took every ounce of my being not to puke), and the worlds greasiest pretzel. So I was able to sample most of the menu. 0 stars. The drinks were extremely watered down. Even the beer. Which I am not sure how one gets away with watering down beer that comes out of a keg, but it happened. The arcade is nice and it doesn't smell like smoke inside which is fine. Visited Purdy's Public House as our second stop for bar hopping on a Friday night! Had an absolute blast here. Was not overcrowded. We were able to order with ease and find a table for our group to sit. Although not near the band, there was plenty of space in their back area. Some people ended up just standing to enjoy the show or dancing right in front of the band, but did not block paths for people to navigate around. Lived here for about 6 years and only now tried this place. Pretty cute place with arcade games that the whole family may enjoy. The service was great ... came in, sat ourselves, and immediately server came to greet us and take our drink order. Food came out pretty fast and it was good! I've been driving past this restaurant for 2 months and had become convinced that it was from the movie 'Road House' with the late great Patrick Swayze. The building looks just like the bar in the movie. So I had to visit. Unfortunately, the photos on yelp are over three years old but the food looked so good and again 'Road House' was playing in my head so I took a risk and bought my hubby and mom with me. Caution: this restaurant is RIGHT off 410 Highway so be careful. FOOD: for appetizers, we ordered chicken wings, tater tots and onion rings....all sooo good. The wings were a little tiny but delicious. My Cobb salad was good but the chicken was cold. Not a big deal but a kinda a deal for me. Steak salad, the steak was grilled wonderfully. And looked so good and it was, cuz my hubby didn't bother to offer me a bite. Overall: good experience and service. We're go back definitely. read more

Oh my goodness, it was an amazing experience to hold a retirement party for our supervisor. Our server Cheyenne is BEYOND amazing. There are not enough stars to rate her excellence in her awesome personality, unmatched talent in remembering our names, and her kind ability to squeeze through our party when no one would sit in their seats. We booked a party for 30 and we definitely filled our area. We had the best time. Everyone was very happy with their drinks and food. I had the turkey club sandwich with sweet potato fries!! Yum!! My margaritas were delicious! We ended the evening with a live band. I love how large the place is to be able to accommodate our large party on a Saturday night!!!
