Farrelli's is the go to for pizza in my area and my family members love it. They truly do have some innovative and excellent pizzas. We normally eat in the bar area but we had a family members love that was under 21 with us so we sat in the dining area at a table. It was busy and you could see the delight on folks faces as they were eating their dinners - always a good sign. I had a chicken linguini dish that hit the spot like your favorite comfort food. We went to this Farelli's for a family birthday. We were seated promptly, being the first to arrive. We were seated in an area that accommodates larger grounds and could have used a little bit more cleaning. I ordered an IPA while we waited. The server's recommendation of their Hazy IPA was "on point." My wife and i shard a salad and a small pizza. The server put our salad on two separate plates instead of our having to share a large bowl. I ate the very crisp parts of the pizza while the boss ate the less well done slices. Came in late after the Puyallup fair craving some pizza, was met with the best vibes & food! Jade was so kind in helping us get the perfect pizza order (extra ricotta ftw!). We never felt rushed even though we came in late and had such a great time we stayed until close. They were super kind! I have waited to write an under 5 star review for Farrellis, but they deliver amazing food and service every time we come!! Tonight, we used our loyalty points for a $10 discount on our bill, nice! We've dined in here about 4 times since my last review and tonight we tried the spicy aloha..so good! Loved the fresh jalapeños on top. The staff here is so personable and kind. We are greeted on the way out, as we are on the way in. As a family, we are selective on when and where we eat out and this place truly never disappoints. The ambiance feels safe and welcoming. We were seated very quickly and had prompt service, the restaurant was oddly quiet. I feel like they should have some background music on. Our server was great. She was very attentive! Pizza was good. I wish that my margarita pizza had more balsamic glaze on it though definitely wasn't enough. The drink was good, and the Jell-O shots were strong, even though they are premade from a distributor. Wow! I've only heard great things about Farrellis, and it did not disappoint! We got the Northwest traditional pizza & Caesar salad they both were soooooo good! We are new to the area and Farrelli's was highly recommended by multiple people. We decided to go on Saturday night and give them a try. They were busy but we got seated immediately. We were taken to the back and seated in the raised area. This is where it goes pear shaped. Stepping g into this area it looked like a food fight had just happened as there was food, crumbs, straw wrappers all over the floor. It looked like it had not been cleaned for days. A chicken wing bones and lots of pizza crusts and food scraps that I could not get pictures of but it was not something I would have expected from such a highly recommended place. We did order, the waiter was very slow to get to us and after we did order and got our meal rarely checked in on us. He did say he was moving slow due to having a rough basketball game prior to work. "HEY!" Sorry you were sore from the game but that was no excuse for poor service. Let me get to the food - It was very good and it came out hot and perfectly cooked. The toppings were great and well loaded on the pie. If this place can get things cleaned up it might be even better. The question is would we return? Jury is still out as trash and food scraps on the floor is not appetizing or healthy. read more

Here's the thing... you expect a mid experience when you go to a small change type pizza joint. But I've been here a couple of times at more than one location and each time it's not just the food that is exceptional but the staff is great! Very down to earth and sweet, helpful and you have to try the spicy breadsticks. Pretty yummy! read more

Ordered The spaghetti and meatballs tonight and it was a little bit disappointing. I was expecting traditional spaghetti noodles and I was informed that they no longer serve spaghetti noodles... but these little macaroni noodles which were not nearly as good. I have no idea why this restaurant would change their noodles from spaghetti noodles to little midget noodles and call this dish spaghetti and meatballs. I have not been disappointed like this at Farrelli's in some time. I may bring my own food bowl next time and a chew bone. We tried to give them a second chance this evening again and well it was an absolute joke. 10 out of 10 do not recommend!!!! Burnt and undercooked, cold inedible food. Such a disappointment. Was working in the Sumner area and went to lunch. They got personal pizzas and I chose the Chop Chop salad. Great salad and the pizzas sounded like they were a hit too. They practice cleanliness and distance but not all the patrons did. One guy came in with a t-shirt wrapped around his face (smh). I'd recommend this place. read more

Updating my review. Almost 10 years later the entire experience has improved quite a bit. Service was great and the waitstaff is friendly, helpful and attentive. The kitchen took much care over the food this time around. We tried a couple appetizers that were served hot and fresh. I also ordered a side salad that was fresh-made and didn't seem to be pre-prepped and sitting in a fridge for four hours before serving. The value for the price is good. They serve Pepsi products and have a full bar with lots of fun specialty drinks on the menu. This would be a fun place for happy hour. read more

First time I went there the service was slow but I let it go. The food was good. The second time ordered curbside. After the order was 20 minutes late I called inside and I was told I was forgotten. Meh. I was hungry for pizza and had the Farrelli's app on my phone so I ordered an XL pizza and a salad with house dressing. The app told me 30 minutes so I arrived and called and gave them my last name and order number after I was parked. Ten minutes later, still no pizza. About 10-15 minutes after that, a girl delivered a pizza to another car that just pulled in, and stopped by my car and asked my name as she was headed back in. I told her I'd called and gave her my order number and she walked in and carried our my order which was apparently just sitting on the counter waiting. I'm glad they're busy. I got home and was disappointed. I swear there was no cheese on that pizza anywhere and it was bland and tepid warm. Oh. And the crust was burned. Pretty disappointing. Most of it was thrown out on the compost pile. It just wasn't very good. I know I'm from Illinois and I like thick cheesy pizza with good flavorful crusts and zesty sweet sauce. This just didn't deliver. It was soggy and just not worth the $50 I spent. I've ordered from Farelli's once before and had a similar experience. I was just hoping that was an isolated incident, but I guess not. Papa Murphy's baked at home would have been better. read more

We had a great time celebrating Mom's birthday tonight. It wasn't too crowded for the early dinner hour, our server Amanda did a fantastic job of dealing with the mini-rush that showed up right after we walked in. Pizza was epic as you would expect, they have seasonal beers and a great selection, not the mediocre pub standard of seven beers on tap and six are IPAs. First time at this location and I would definitely come again. I haven't been to Farrelli's in many years but I remember having a good experience and this was other one. I recently gave up dairy for health reasons so you know pizza is pretty darn challenging. I decided to give this place a shot after a friend recommended ordering with no cheese on the base and it's just as good if you have a decent amount of toppings. I did just that... I ordered the pizza of the month with no cheese, added olives, and hot dog I was happy. They had enough flavor in all the toppings that I didn't miss the cheese, but it did take a bit of easy handling to not lose everything (warning: without cheese items may shift in flight). They have some of the best wings I have ever had, see the photos and prepare for a mouthful of awesomeness. Do not leave Farrelli's without trying their wings, you will regret it forever or at least until you return again. I cannot remember our servers name but he was super nice and attentive so no complaints there. It was fairly busy as we stopped in on a weekend and sat at a booth in the bar. It was definitely noisier than I would have liked but not a big deal. I will definitely be coming back soon. read more

Very good that they have gluten free options available for my family members with restrictions.
