As I was heading home tonight (11.23.25 8pm Bonney Lake) from an incredibly long work week, exhausted and ready for bed, my son called with the news: he had three hungry teenagers suddenly descend on the house. In a panic, I called Frankie's Pizza, worried they were about to close. I felt terrible explaining my situation to the staff, a last-minute, large order with no notice. I was ready for a frustrated sigh, but instead, I was met with immediate, kind understanding. I paid over the phone and raced over. They had my entire order ready to go the moment I walked through the door. Phenomenal service, as always. But the moment that TRULY melted my heart happened when I pulled up to the house and checked the pizzas. Tucked into one of the boxes, right next to the pizza saver, was a handwritten note: "You're a great mom, even if no one acknowledges it. :)" I was in tears. Seriously, tears. That small, kind, human gesture cost them absolutely nothing but instantly made my entire stressful work week worth it. It made my heart absolutely smile. Frankie's Pizza is more than just a pizza place; they are truly a part of the community. We live in a "pizza shadow" with only one or two restaurants delivering to us. Frankie's has always been reliable with a tasty sauce and good toppings. Tonight, not so much. One pizza was half and half, but toppings were spread over both halves of the pizza. Both pizzas needed more time in the oven. The crust was not raw, but close. Looking at the bottom of the pizza it was barely a tan color. The veggies were pretty much raw, or very al dente. A little more time in the oven and we would have been OK. It is not supposed to be "chewy." There was not crunch to it at all. We had to eat it with a fork, not being able to pick it up. read more

This is our new favorite pizza place in Bonney Lake! They have a nice thick, chewy crust (or you can order thin crust), and the toppings are plentiful. We not only had it for dinner, but pizza was filling enough that we had some for lunch the next day. We ordered the "Feeding Frenzy" (combination) pizza, and our friends ordered a pepperoni/sausage pizza. I believe it's only take-out pizza. We'll definitely be back! read more

The thin crust feeding frenzy is my absolute favorite pie here. It has a unique combination of fresh toppings that are just incredible together. Overall the pizzas are perfectly balanced, like a Thanos snap evaporating billions into dust across the universe. This was my first venture into pizza outside of chain places in Bonney Lake, and it did not disappoint! The Frankie styx are the more superior version of Little Caesars crazy bread. So soft and garlicky. I ate an embarrassing amount in a short amount of time. The cheesy styx were also delicious! And their red sauce to dip in? A true surprise! I expected flavorless marinara, but dipped into flavorful, thick and robust marinara! The pizza [I got the BBQ chicken] was very good, and I loved the addition of the cilantro, nice touch. My only complaint would be the dough, it lacked the flavor and texture I was hoping for. But all was saved by their clearly homemade ranch - once I dipped the crust in that, all was forgiven. New to the area and we have ordered several times. We love Frankie's, the Ranch is out of this world. Only draw back is we ordered a Frankie's special w/o mushrooms. We have someone in our family allergic to mushrooms. Called and they didn't offer to correct the issue. They were polite and pleasant on the phone. That why it's 4 out of 5. I spent over $100 for 3 pizzas this evening. The driver forgot the garlic sauces I paid extra for and they made one of the pizzas incorrectly. I have given up on this place. One time they charged me over what the signed bill said. Almost as if someone gave themselves a large tip. This review is for the Frankies special/Kahuna split as this is my go to. I for one believe pineapple DOES belong on pizza but also equally enjoy the works and the two should not mix. I can never pick just one kind though. Frankies pizza is everything I love in a pizza. I like some squish when I bite into a slice. I want cheese and meat and veggies and olives all on a nice thick (but not too thick) chewy crust. I want to enjoy the crust just as much as the toppings. I want the sauce to mingle with everything and not be overpowering. Frankies is pricy but when I want a good pizza I don't even care what it's gonna cost. I know it's gonna be my pizza fix and for quality.... of course it's gonna cost me. Their sit down restaurant in Enumclaw is just as good and nice if we want to dine in. The last two times I picked up our pizzas, there was a woman up front without a mask, handling food and putting together boxes. You have a sign on the door requiring masks. My wife and I live in on the north end of Lake Tapps and have enjoyed Frankie's Pizza over the last two years that we have lived in our house. They always had very nice service and it was great they delivered as far as they did. We ordered enough to get multiple loyalty coupons. Fast forward to today when I wanted to use my latest 25% coupon only to find out their online system won't take my address. After I call in to inquire about the issue I was told that they will no longer be delivering out to us and because the loyalty reward is online only they will not be honoring it and the best they could do is a standard coupon. I'm verrrry particular about my pizza. Hate greasy pizza, and if the crust and sauce aren't to my liking, I usually won't order again. That being said, I first tried Frankie's when I just moved into my house and the only places that delivered was them and Domino's. Don't really care for Domino's so I went with my other option. The pizza tastes great! Nothing too fancy, just a great pizza. I took away one star for two reasons: 1) They are way over priced. For being a normal pizza place I really don't think it deserves to be priced as high as they are. And 2) They do take seemingly longer than other places. Which kinda goes hand and hand with it not deserving the price I pay. The employees here are super friendly. One time they forgot our marinara for our cheese sticks and they went back and brought us some with a genuine smile on their face. WOW!!! My wife and I just moved into a new home in Bonney Lake and worked a full day moving in (so, of course didn't want to cook). So we took a chance on Frankie's Pizza, and we were glad we did! The girl taking our order was amazing! I love my meat and my wife loves her veggies, so we asked if they could make our large pizza a "half-and-half?" And they happily obliged. And although we are the first residents to move into a new street... She knew exactly where we were! She gave us a one hour arrival time, although the pizza arrived (fifteen minutes early)....
