This location is really hit and miss, but I love MOD as a whole. This time, we had a good experience. I ordered through their app, and the food arrived properly made and within the timeframe they gave when I ordered. They had a good amount of toppings and they were evenly dispersed. Both pizzas were really yummy (I only took a pic of mine). I prefer MOD because they're the only place I can get a vegan pizza with the most available toppings. Papa Murphy's has vegan cheese too, but they don't have a vegan protein option, and I don't want to bake my own pizza. read more

MOD Pizza - Plant-based mozzarella, plant-based sausage, marinara sauce, basil, and tomatoes with dollops of marinara and baked extra crispy. - Pizza Near Me - Bonney Lake, Washington

Been coming to this MOD Pizza for years. Never thought to write a review on it until I saw it had 2 stars? What!? Maybe the service used to be bad for some but I've never once had a bad experience here. Order online. Order in person. Pickup. Eat in. Always a great pizza and I love their salads. Staff has always been quick, friendly and attentive. Plus, I never regret eating a pizza here after stuffing my face. Round Table is good too but man do I regret when I eat there. MOD feels light and refreshing in comparison. read more

Great place to get an individual pizza for yourself. Not too expensive and you can build your own pizzas. The young staff that I have experienced of all been very friendly. I ordered my pizza one hour ahead of time and it was ready just eight minutes late. That was no problem for me because I would rather wait a few minutes for a fresh pizza than have the pizza waiting for me and get cold and old. The pizza itself was good I like the thin crust, but the sauce and ingredients could have been spread more evenly on the pizza so each bite would've been more enjoyable. It was a busy Friday night so I give them that... it is a great place to swing by and get a quick pizza. read more

Employee seemed bother that we came in, then asked if we were ordering pizza.... I ordered two cheese pizza's for my girls, and two drinks, total $28. The girl at the checkout didn't bother to ask if we had rewards, so I made her back out of our transaction so she could scan my code. Just seems like we were bothering them by keeping them employed. We won't be going back! read more

The pizza is very delicious and good the workers are nice great interior and exterior.

The service here is pretty bad. As soon as you walk in the staff will make eye contact but not greet you. Then continue to finish all the things they're working on while you're still standing at the front to order. Unless you're a group they know or their friends do not expect good service. I love MOD pizza qnd never had an issue at other locations but how hard is it to be friendly and provide good service? They all look miserable working here. read more

We have been here twice this summer, and both times, the pizza has been GREAT! The first time, we walked through the line asking for pizza toppings. The second time, we ordered online. Both times were up to par! I love a place like this that doesn't "ding" you for every ingredient you might like on your pizza. read more

This place is great! Fast and friendly service. The price is good. The pizza is very good. You can load it up and it doesn't cost more. read more

I adore their salads. Especially the unlimited add ins. Fresh and delicious. I put a ton of stuff on my order.

This is the WORST MOD pizza I have ever been too. One unmask kid was hanging on and over the counter trying to pick up on the employee. After standing in line for 20 minutes I departed. Silver other folks in front of me in line also departed the establishment. Another reason I departed this MOD Pizza is the young lady making the pizzas was not conscious to those who might have allergies she was using her gloved hand versus the ladles and other instruments to put items on the pizza. read more

Honestly, the pizza is good but it doesn't matter because this location is so poorly run.... Orders are not accurate and most importantly they are HORRIBLY behind. Oder through the app and given a time for pickup. They are consistently 30+ minutes past. This last pickup was 50 minutes past the pickup time. The previous time they had the order and decided not to make it.... For no reason!? Honestly, walk across the street to Costco.... Better service, timely and more pizza for the $$. I given this location 3 chances..., no more. read more

Came in today, and I'm not sure if rules and regulations have changed over the years in the food industry but I noticed not a single worker had on gloves or had there hair tied up or any hair nets. The Girl that made my pizza had no gloves on, and the guy who inserted my pizza in the oven had a long beard no hair net, he was cleaning the dining area with no gloves on, i didn't see him use hand sanitizer or wash them and proceeds to touch pizza with his hands as he puts them in the oven. I worked in the food industry and that is a no no in my book. No gloves no hair nets? read more

Ordered online. 5 pizza's. Only complaint was from my seafood loving son...who ordered sardines. BIG mistake on his part - LOL . He won't do that again. Otherwise, everyone was happily satisfied with their order, pickup and process in general. We'll be back!!! read more

Thought we would try this place again after several bad visits and having to throw out all three of our pizzas last time as they were so undercooked that they were inedible. We ordered one double pepperoni with bacon tonight as our son loves Mod pizza. There were six total pieces of pepperoni and we had to re-bake it at home. What's the point of paying for food you can't eat when you're paying to have someone else do the cooking? ? Lastly, no hellos anymore when you walk in and no thank you for coming in, see ya soon, here's your pizza. Box set on counter with no exchange with your customer. This place would really benefit from customer service training and pizza making and baking lessons. So bummed. Other locations don't have these issues. We really love to support local businesses but this one needs a complete reboot. read more

MOD Pizza - Six pieces of pepperoni constitutes a double pepperoni pizza. The bottom was undercooked again and needed to be put back in our oven - Pizza Near Me - Bonney Lake, Washington

don't bother ordering from here. front server is not nice to anyone and the pizza has been severely undercooked everytime.

The one star ratings are accurate. This location needs a relaunch with a crew committed to quality food & good service. No need to pile on, judging from the lack of improvement management (to their detriment) doesn't read these things anyway read more

Ok...maybe I need to be more patient with bad service. I went back today and it was much better than last time. There is still very little personal feel when coming in, but it's a fast food place. So, they get another star. read more

I have always had great experience here. Tonight was the best, beginning with our order being done so quick and accurate. But the real kicker is that I have to do a big shout out to Ricky. I had three pizzas, sauces and cakes, with my 2 year old to wrangle. And he offered me a bag! I have not in my years of coming here ever been offered a bag. So thank you Ricky. As a mom with her young kid, I really appreciate it! read more

We love MOD but the customer service is horrible here! Every MOD you walk into is so lively but this one in BL is absolutely horrible every single time! The employees never acknowledge us or anyone walking in, they rush you around with no patience, and make up new "rules" that are never the same and very inconsistent. The food is good but the employees make this place not worth going to, sadly! read more

Last time we'll go there. A huge disappointment. Pizza was burnt, sauce was stingy and cheese almost non existent. What happened? When we first moved here, we ordered pizza and was impressed. Overall quality was good, not like tonight where of possible, I'd ask for a refund. Terrible pizza, bad phone manners. Never again. read more

Honestly can't believe the nonsense I just witnessed at MOD pizza tonight. Pickup time was supposed to be 7:05. (Didn't end up getting my pizza until 7:47) I witnessed a young girl packing up all the pizzas (online orders, door dash orders, in person orders) as well as cooking all the pizzas! I saw her ask her coworkers for help multiple times and was ignored. The poor girl was so stressed, trying to remain calm and upholding customer service. She kept burning pizzas on accident as she had too much going on at once, and her coworkers were getting angry at HER! I wish I got her name. Kuddos to her, and I hope she gets a better job asap. Do better MOD Bonney lake. read more

Didn't get our order right. Nice kids working here, but no one seems to be in charge. Salad was old, my wife couldn't eat more than a few bites. Pizza was ok but expensive. Tables were dirty. Not going back. read more

I've never had a bad experience at any Mod until stopping into this particular one. I regret it. The whole family did. Clue number one was being near empty on a Friday night. It was made evident, and very quickly, why others weren't rushing in for what is ordinarily a good dining out experience at any other location. The handful of employees moved with no sense of urgency, and displayed no signs of joy or remote happiness in being there. We ordered 3 pizzas and I went to order my go-to drink - a cold bottled Coca-Cola from the open fridge near the register. Whelp, their fridge unit was not operating, and was only stocked about 30% with room temp drinks. Lovely. I opted for water and went to select a table. The first 3 bench seats we selected needed wiped down, and there were tiny bits of trash on the floor throughout. Despite the place being near empty, none of the employees felt it necessary to go out and wipe tables and pick up the dining area to keep it presentable. Unreal. Our pizzas' ingredients were all centered on each pizza, so I had manually move the bacon bits and sausage to the outer perimeter of my pizza so that I wasn't just eating bread and cheese half the time. In the end, it was made abundantly clear that this place lacks management that gives two damns about the place or the customer experience. The staff needs both re-hired and properly trained. But that would require a manager who cares, which this place clearly does not have. Go somewhere else. There's a reason this place has 2 stars (right now). read more

Employees look miserable, clearly needs new management and or employees. Long haired guy that works there hardly put anything on my salad had to ask him multiple times if I can have more. If I'm paying 12-15$ for a salad I expect to atleast have a decent meal, not a pinch of lettuce and a sprinkle of protein. By far the worst Mod pizza I've been to. read more

I don't understand the one star reviews. This place is pretty good. We've never had an issue here and the staff always seems to be friendly.

We eat here frequently, but not anymore after our last visit. Eating my daughters leftover cheesebread this afternoon and found a good sized piece of plastic baked into it. Lucky I chew my food good but if my daughter had eaten it there is a good chance she would have swallowed it. Your employees need to be more careful opening the plastic bags your food comes in. Don't be so careless. read more

Ordered a cauliflower crust pizza that started out frozen. After getting home the crust was still frozen in spots so have to recook it in the oven. I've had a few bad experiences at this place. Also the staff is in such a hurry they're throwing pizzas around while trying to cut them and watched them throw someone else's pizza in a different box two times after getting the right numbered box. So if anyone like myself are dairy free then you will probably get a contaminated box with your pizza. Never again... Update: Had to throw away the entire thing, what a horrible pizza. Couldn't cook the crust from its frozen state, just turned soggy. The wife's pizza was undercooked too. read more

I understand this is an new establishment, but it needs some fixing. I felt the staff was careless, they accidentally dropped my pizza in one of the topping containers and then proceeded to just scoop it back up onto the tray before putting it into the oven. Other than that, the staff was nice and had no issues. read more

I would say that Torino's frozen 1.50 pizza taste better than this.. crust so tough and not a hint of crispness.. waist of money

Do NOT walk in and expect get served. The person behind the counter told us flatly that they had to do online orders first so their "ratings" don't go down. Well, ignoring walk in customers is a sure way to a super low rating. read more

I have never had an order be made correctly no matter how many chances I give them. It feels like they just grabbed a bunch of high schoolers and told them to make pizza without any training. There barely even seems to be any managers or supervisors at all. The staff are nice but not enough to make the experience worthwhile. So many better pizza restaurants in town, don't waste your time at this one. read more

Ordered, paid, no issues. Went to sit down and every table was filthy. Went to the counter, asked for a dish rag to wipe our table. No customers were waiting but it took 5 min to get a dish rag. Upon receiving the dish rag as just a dry rag. I asked for some cleaner or water which was apparently a big deal. I wiped the table. Keep in mind there were no customers waiting. What kind of customer service is it when you don't offer to wipe the table for your customer? On top of that the stupid point of sale machine requested a tip. Luckily I didn't add one. I won't be back. read more

Usually love this location however on Thursday evening my husband and I went for dinner. After waiting for a long time in line, we noticed the young man cooking the pizzas was fumbling around with his fingers in his mouth. Then another young man was going to take our order after going into the back and then coming back out. He didn't wash his hands. We left. Too many health violations. Disgusting. read more

This review is actually for the Enumclaw location which is not yet available to review by location. To be fair, the first pizza I got there would have been ok but the crust was super thin with edges too hard to eat. The next two pizza's were inexcusably bad. I ordered online and picked up both times. Both pizza's lacked the ordered toppings. Maybe a few very small pieces of artichoke and about 3 small pieces of chicken. On the last try, I bit into moldy tasting dough. A pizza with a few spoon fulls of sauce splashed around, some garlic spread, no other toppings to speak of, despite ordering them, is just lousy pizza. Also got a Greek salad which was not good either. Do yourself a favor and go next door and buy a pizza dough from the store, go home and make your own. You will be way better off. read more

I don't get the bad reviews either I have had a great experience here every Saturday after chruch me and my friend always head to mod it's a very chill and relaxing place with great food and all kinds of drinks the staff is really mellow and chill people when you ask for extra they give you a lot and the pizza is still very affordable I personally love it there and don't understand why people have had bad experiences I think it's a great place. read more

Today was the last straw for me in this place. I cannot tell you how bummed I am because I have been waiting years for this place to come to BL. We used to drive all the way Graham for their pizza because we frequented this place often. Whoever is in charge of the BL store needs to get their $#@* together. After several bad experience at this location i thought today since it was just me and one other individual i was in luck to get my pizza in a timely manner. Boy was i wrong.... I had to wait 20min to just start my order and there was obviously enough help but no one seemed to care. I almost had one foot out the door when they finally decided to acknowledge me and help me. Then once i got my pizza made and in line for cooking it, i had to stand at the register for another 10 min. I tell you ... I am an honest person but there has been more than one time where you wouldn't even have to pay because no one pays attention to you standing at the checkout. The biggest problem is with the new online ordering, i understand that they have to make those orders too... but they should have one person dedicated to that and help their forward facing customers first. I work for a customer related company and we would be fired if we treated our customers this way. So as much as I hate to say this.... I am done with MOD pizza which sucks because its my favorite !! But I will not continue to be treated like this ! read more
