Ordered two pizzas from this Papa Murphy's location two days ago. One pizza was made correctly, but the second was completely wrong. I ordered an XL New York-style pizza with pepperoni and sausage and instead received a different pizza with an unfamiliar sauce that smelled very off (possibly white sauce or a different cheese). It was not what I ordered and not something I could eat. I contacted both the store manager and Papa Murphy's support to report the mistake. I was told they would not fix the error and refused to offer a refund or replacement. Since I'm a picky eater and it was trash day, I threw the incorrect pizza away. When I called back the next day to follow up, the manager was rude and said that because I had thrown the pizza away, I was not eligible for a refund or replacement. This was extremely frustrating, considering the mistake was not mine. I'm very disappointed with how this was handled. Receiving the wrong order is one thing, but refusing to take responsibility or provide any resolution is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I won't be returning to this location. read more

The 1st experience was bad. Asked for no onion, found the staff picking them off when I went inside. They thought it said extra onion. Said they would remake it, but the remade one had extra onion. Didn't go back for 4 years. Tried again Friday night, asked for no onion and extra sauce. Pizza had so much sauce it was like soup. It was 3x the normal amount of sauce, and it had extra onion swimming in all the sauce. Family has an ONION allergy! It was complete trash, which is right where it went. No one could eat it. Being in the food service industry you should really make sure this doesn't happen! Read the instructions! I can only imagine what else is missed if your staff can't follow a simple ticket! Do they follow sanitation and proper food care at all? The Manager laughed at the complaint like it's no big deal, happens all the time. And I'm sure it does. Also, WTF is up with asking for a tip from a take-out place??? You didn't wait on my table, ask me how my food was or refill my drink, so why in the hell should take-out places ask for a freaking tip. Poor. Food problems. Service poor. Ambiance ok. Just ordered and almost chipped tooth on a small ROCK! What are the odds. I think it's because some of the veggies you can't wash they come prepared. Don't order the Keto pizza if you are on the diet. You can go get your own ingredients for cheaper and have WAY more food. One of the dishes cost $15. You would think since your paying that much then it would be double layered but NOPE. You are better off ordering a regular pizza and scrapping off the toppings, still would have been more food than this was. Just avoid them while on the diet, save your money. read more

Went to have pizza night with grandparents not only did one of their pizzas get made wrong, our two pizzas were incorrect as well!! Ordered a large Chicken Bacon Ranch and ended up getting just a Garlic Chicken. Ordered a Thai deLite pizza which are supposed to be on a thin crust and came on the thicker crust. They screwed up both pizzas which are $16 each. Offered to only credit one pizza and give a $5 dollar off coupon. No accountability or taking ownership of the mistake. Very incompetent workers at this location! Amber who apparently is a night manager/supervisor was unwilling to make this right. I went to the bonney lake Papa Murphy's for their Tuesday special I ordered my pizza. Then I was watching the kids making my pizza. I noticed they started throwing the toppings at each other hitting their bear arms. Then putting in on our pizza. This is not the first time we've encountered this problem Manager did not say anything to the two employees very disappointed. Wish I had anything positive to say after this experience. Amber created the worst service I've ever experienced at any restaurant or store I've ever been to. After showing up promptly at 4:43 to pick up my pizza that was scheduled to be ready at 4:43, I was lucky enough to not only wait an extra 35 minutes past that to receive my pizza, I was also fortunate enough to have been yelled at by Amber every couple of minutes while patiently waiting. But the icing on the cake is when we were able to walk out with a pizza 35 minutes after it was scheduled to be ready, we get home to discover its not even the correct pizza! Just ordered a pizza online for pick up. Ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes for our order. No phone call to notify us it would be delayed and the store did not offer any explanation. This is not the first time this has happened. I'm a huge fan of Papa Murphy's, my husband I get pizza from them all the time. This was our first visit to this location though. I attempted to call them 4 times, the first three I was hung up on and on the 4th a girl named Sarah answered the phone. She was very short and rude with my order, it was very simple just a cheese pizza. Then upon getting to the location, everyone it seemed that works there was in a foul mood. They attempted to hand me the pizza while i was signing the receipt and then acted like it was the worst thing when i didn't take it immediately. Ordered a gluten free pizza online only to find out they use the same toppings which causes cross contamination. So they don't offer gluten free pizza, just gluten free crust. When I called and asked to cancel just the gluten free pizza they just kept saying , 'okay thank you' but weren't telling me how they would refund me or asking I if I'd like to keep the rest if my order. It's dissapointing how terrible their customer service is and how careless they are regarding allergies. Worst service and pizza I've ever recieved there. Let's start by saying I called in my order ahead of time because I knew I was on a time crunch. Well don't bother, it makes no difference. In fact about 4 people that walked in behind me got their pizzas ahead of me. So I think calling ahead actually is counter productive. Now about the pizza, it was a not very busy Tuesday morning and I ordered a thin crust chicken garlic with extra sauce and tomatoes. I got a thick crust dry as hell pizza with about a dozen tiny chopped tomatoes. When I said something I basically got a blank stare and as I was already running behind I just left and never to return. My daughter went for an interview at the papa murphys in Bonney Lake Wa, to start the manager never even introduced himself so I can't give you his name. Then he proceeded to tell her he was planning on moving on with the process of hiring but she has a tattoo, he said " we don't have tattoos here"as he's rudely walking away.
