The cashier initially told us she'd be with us shortly, then took our order. Throughout the interaction, she seemed irritated and unapproachable. I understand everyone can have an off day, so I didn't think much of it at first. (This was around 11:00 a.m. on July 2.) Since we had our toddler with us, I asked if she had any recommendations for what kids typically enjoy. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like I was inconveniencing her. We ended up ordering a pastry and a cake pop for our daughter. As the rest of my family placed their orders, we all noticed the same lack of friendliness. One tip for future customers: if you're sitting outside, keep an eye on the pickup counter. I checked a few minutes later and saw that only our drinks were ready. After using the restroom, I noticed several food baskets on the counter but wasn't sure if one was ours. I asked the cashier if the basket under my name was my order, and she simply responded with an "uh-huh" in a dismissive tone. I considered speaking to her about the interaction but ultimately decided to leave and share my experience here instead. The food, coffee, and beautiful location would definitely bring me back. Service was fantastic and we got our order pretty quick despite the busy lunch hour. I loved the decor as it brought back a lot of memories. There isn't a lot of seating. We asked about their top sellers and they didn't disappoint. My husband loved the pastrami. We also got a meatball sub for our little one, which he also loved. The cheesy garlic chicken is a must in my opinion. Lastly, the Absolute was not what I was expecting but still very yummy. We got a PB cookie, M&M but my favorite was their Almond Joy. We couldn't resist their Caramel Apple Pie Slice. Not a crumb was left on the plate. To finish it off, I had to try a Red Velvet slice. This was not my favorite. And it was surprisingly soft despite it being in a ciabatta roll. Prices are a little high but all sandwiches come with a small bag of chips. Restaurant is small but has a good amount of seating. When we went at lunch time there were no more seats available so we got ours to-go. Staff is friendly. Delicious baked good treats like cookies and pies. Definitely worth checking out
