Filthiest Outback ever, walk thru front door glass looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Floors and walls dirty. No bread served. My gf had a fillet dinner. I had a prime rib sandwich, little meat on stale bread. Glad this was not my first Outback, because I would never return. read more

First ever visit to any Outback. Warm, delicious bread while waiting. I ordered the sirloin, ribs, and fries. Fries - yummy. Ribs were a bit hard on the top and kind of dry. Sirloin wasn't very well seasoned. (Golden Corral seasons theirs better. Sorry.) Dessert: Chocolate Thunder from Down Under. Pretty tasty. Just would have liked a better proportion of brownie to ice cream. Even though the food wasn't the greatest, the customer service was great! From the hostess to my server, everyone was nice and always asked if I needed anything. read more

Horrible service and food lately. I was a frequent customer. Now I'm extremely disappointed. Who would serve someone old food with all that's going on? It's difficult enough trying to be stay well from other illnesses. My food was stale and foul smelling. Who would pay $30 for such crap. Salmon was dry. Had to squeeze as much lemon juice as possible. I bit twice into the sweet potato and knew something wasn't right. Completely disgusting read more

Husband and I had a late lunch today at this Outback. Our server Trad (hoping I spelled it correctly) was amazing considering of the false alarm going off and people being escorted outside (plus he was having issues with his tablet). He was awesome throughout the whole service. They ended up comping everyone's meals. He went above and beyond. We will be requesting him for now on out. One thing I want to remind folks, if your meal is comped for any reason, still tip your server. read more

I ordered prime rib. They brought out my salad and bread and 37 minutes later inform me that there was no primary get it together people

While me, my wife and kids were out eating, one of the managers and servers were discussing sex right behind us at the bar area. One of the managers, who a server told me named Samantha, said she had sex with over 300 people. All while my wife and two kids sat in front of her. Wasn't a pleasant experience. This isn't the first time it's happened. Another manager, also a woman with long grey hair, discussed what her husband refers to his private area as. Luckily my wife and kids were not there to hear the conversation. It's this all the management and staff discuss is sex?? read more

Sammy was excellent tending to our table in a timely and exuberant manner. Thanks for the excellent customer service, Sammy.

The only issue I had was the old broccoli I was served but the waitress took care of my meal so I'm satisfied! Great customer service

Lovely staff, new renovation Cheers to Tim and Cameron, friendly and engaging - just the kind of staff you want at the front door. Huge thank you to Morgan, who read the table and knew that my friend and I were catching up after not seeing each other for a while - and left us alone to chat. And Man-Bun - I didn't get your name, but I say it totally works! You have a good vibe there. I didn't get her name, but there was a key employee or manager or someone who was very helpful with the gift cards. Oh, and my steak was fabulous! I believe it was the manager who delivered my wine. Just a good night with good food and good company. Thank you, Outback. read more

So Outback has a special place in my heart but I had to write this. So I ordered curbside pick up and I was amazed by how badly my meal looked. I ordered the Outback Burger and yes I get it y'all get busy and it's a to go order...but it literally looks like they just threw my burger in the to go box. AND it wasn't cooked correctly, fries were cold. And before anyone says anything NO it was not my driving that shifted the food when I live 2 minutes away. I don't speed I drive through a residential area. Again I'm highly disappointed. I get it it's curbside but at least make it look like y'all give a shit. If anyone wants to go to a good place that actually make the burger or any To-Go order look great even in a to go box? Go to Longhorns Steak House. Great burger cooked perfectly and looked great. Ordered tonight for a filet done medium rare pink and bloody with a loaded bake potato and Caesar salad. The salad was the only thing worthy. The filet was cooked to a MED well, there was nothing to make the potato loaded for it's size. No one would answer the phone 10 minutes before closing. So I wouldn't waste your money on someplace that really doesn't care about the food they out out and want to close early instead of the posted times they say they are open. Epic fail! I paid good money for bad food and am not happy! Delivery or not! And answer your phone 10 minutes before you close. Poor management to allow this to happen. Sorry but I travel and expect good food from an outback when I order it. Not something over cooked and no one to answer for the poor quality! read more

What a HUGE disappointment! Don't order the French onion soup- not good, ordered the Filet and lobster. The filet was good and the lobster was overcooked 2 inches of meat it was hard and 3 bites. Totally rediculous! Hubby got ribeye with no flavor and his potato was cold. Blooming onion was good. Waitress tried to work her tables but had way to many to serve causing all customers to get bad service. What a let down! Go to Longhorns or O'charlies- skip Outback read more

We decided to check out The Outback to see if the dining room was open and after calling them took 10min for someone to answer the phone. We had a blooming onion and The Outbackers Berger. The onion was really greasy and the Berger's were not to bad but not the best I have had. They ran out of ice for our sweet tea. The staff was friendly and helpful. Above all not a very good start after the lockdown. read more

This is one of the worst restaurants we've been to in Warner Robins!!! The service was horrible, our waitress took our order and we didn't see her or our food for about an hour on a Friday evening with no wait. There was steak blood on my plate of chicken tenders and fries once I got it. My wife's steak had to be spit out because of the amount of fat on her 6 oz piece of leather, I mean steak! The blooming onion looked and tasted like it was fried in nasty burnt grease! Will not return and will make sure my friends and family don't either!!! read more

I went to dine here for the first time (in GA) with a few friends and from jump, I was sorely disappointed. The waiter was behaving very odd and everyone at the table noticed it. We brushed it off and ordered our drinks: water, 2 cocktails and a Diet Coke...*26 minutes later* The waiter came by to inform us that the tap on the beer malfunctioned so the drink orders would take a while to come out. Oh really? Ugh, so after getting the regular Coke and cocktails, the basic water came out AFTER asking 3 times. The food was meh. I ordered the baked potato soup & seared Ahi tuna appetizer and they were ok. We requested to speak with the manager afterward and he knew the waiter was having a "moment" so he was very accommodating to comp our appetizers. I won't return, but at least the management was happy to rectify the bad service. read more

Come here alot. The food is always good. Tonight I got a waitress in training. She did really good. The odd thing this tonight was the hostess. The girl sat 2 people and walked right by my table. There was a napkin in the floor. The hostess had to step over it. The customer slipped on it. As the hostess walk back to her station she stepped over the napkin again. She was going to leave it on the floor! My wife spoke to her and then the hostess picked the napkin up. She acted like it was putting her out. Just goes to show good help is hard to come by these days. read more

Second time at this location in Macon GA. Both time service was terrible. This time restaurant was not full, waited 45min for our dinner and they forgot to bring our soups and salads. Excellent food as long as you don't go when they're busy. With our experience, food quality goes downhill when they get slammed. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Salads are fresh and delicious, and they're generous with the dressing. Their ranch is wonderful, I'm assuming homemade. Again, if you go on a Friday or Saturday night, you may be disappointed. read more

Great Service By Sammy! She Really Took Good Care Of My Order. Very Personable And Friendly. Highly Recommend.

What a great lunch today at Outback. Friendly service and a very good wedge salad! I had the all you can eat soup and salad. My server was very helpful and had no problem making my salad exactly the way that I like it. The Wedge came out perfect. I also had The Chicken Tortilla soup. It came out hot and delicious. The second bowl of soup was the French Onion. I have always liked the French onion soup here and today was no different. My server did a great job of not overloading my table and ensuring I always had something in front of me. See ya again soon! read more

Another rating of 5 stars.. nothing could have been done any better for this year's family celebration there! Atmosphere and decor was just right... Our waitress was very pleasant and on top of our needs... she missed nothing! Waiting just a short while for our food, we enjoyed those perfectly cooked dark rolls with butter.. delicious! Also, salads came promptly and were cool n crispy with divine dressings! Main courses brought perfectly cooked steaks just as we asked... tender and juicy with such a delightful flavor! Sweet potatoes were out of this world! Sweet tea was just right! Our waitress brought our take home containers just at perfect moment too. I'm so glad Outback is so thoughtful as to give those huge thick brown carry home bags! Thanks for another year of perfection! read more

We ate here for our first time tonight. Service was decent but food was terrible. My sons steak and sides were served room temperature at best and he found two hairs on his plate while eating. The rest of our steaks were like leather and were ordered medium. My husband didn't even eat his. Waitress did get my husbands steak removed from the ticket, however we will not be returning to this Outback. read more

I came into your establishment on Sunday, June 24 and had the best service I have ever had. Our waiter was very attentive to our needs and the food was fresh and didn't take forever to come to our table. We were refused pick up service even though we called well ahead of when were going to pick up the order. Lost a customer...

Outback - WR, you have gone downhill tremendously. I hesitated leaving a review, but this is the second time within the last few weeks that we are having a poor experience again. We got seated, and we were not greeted right away, nor were we taken care of properly. I counted 5 DIRTY TABLES all around us, and by the time we left, only 2 of them had been cleaned. Within the 2 hours that we were there, we received burnt french fries on all of our orders, plus the appetizer, our steaks came out cold, and the chicken tenders for our son's order was not warm at all! We had to ask several times for refills, which took a long time to get these refills, and it took 20 minutes alone just trying to ask our server for a box. Once the check was dropped off, it took another 10 minutes for him to come back and get it from us. The hostesses were standing around gossiping, waitresses were doing the same, and there was plenty that could've been done. Asking for a manager was pointless as they never showed up to our table, as well. We will not be coming back until things can get straightened out here. I wish 0 stars was an option. read more

Rude woman at the front. 15 minutes and nobody came to our table. This place is awful, just awful

This was my first time trying this outback and it was so so. I've tried other outbacks before and I am generally satisfied. I went here on a Sunday with my parents. My dad and I ordered the ribeye and my mom ordered the sirloin. We asked for medium doneness, but both our ribeyes were well done and the sirloin looked medium-rare. The ribeyes were dry and had no red or pink color in the center that a medium steak would have. Service was so so. We rarely saw our waitress and our drinks were never refilled. I went with my mom for a second time because we had a coupon for a free entree. My mom had the sirloin again and I had the prime rib. This time they cooked it correctly to our medium specification. However the prime rib was kinda bland and it had an old, almost rotten flavor to it. A couple next to us also had the prime rib and had to ask the waiter for some A-1 sauce. We asked for wood fire grill, but it did not have any smoked flavor. I've had wood-fired steak at other outbacks and you can taste the smoked flavor. We also ordered the bloomin onion and it was ok. It looked to have been cooked a while ago as it was cold and kinda stale. The service this time was great. Our waiter (Jonathan) was very attentive to our needs and kept our drinks full. There are definitely better outbacks out there than this one. I noticed their health rating was only 83%, which is a concern. read more

Had great service; very friendly hostess and waitress. I did get a really funky/dirty bread plate. A good waitress will inspect everything before putting it before a customer but, that aside, service was great. The garden salad was typical; no problem there. My steak was cooked correctly and it was good but it had a lot of gristle in it though. The garlic mashed potatos didn't taste right. They had some flavor that wasn't garlic, wasn't butter, salt, or potato. Anyway, I steered clear of them after a bite or two. This restaurant just didn't do well enough to make me come back. The food taste about the same as what I would make at home. I would expect a much better meal when paying $28. I travel a lot with my job and eat out a.lot..I'm not a "foody" but I do know good food. I findimg that I am avoiding these chains a lot more because they are getting "tired" and standards start slipping because they can rely on brand recognition to keep patrons coming. read more

This Outback location is not mindblowing and as Jess K stated, it's pretty much like any other Outback you would find. What I'm not enthused about is their supposed new "schnazzy" menu. Outback is Outback and that's that! Nothing too fancy and not a place where someone on a diet should choose to dine. A huge pet peeve, as I was a waitress for 6 years, is their terrible service at this location. Unacceptable. They are slow, forgetful and at times rude for being reminded that they need to refill a glass or get defensive if they screwed up an order. read more

Good food and GREAT service! When you go here ask for Dex, he provided excellent service! We never had to wait or ask twice for anything. He was very friendly, polite, and professional. We came in for lunch today. We ordered the chicken quesadillas which we liked. Our waiter was nice and attentive. What we didn't like was the hamburgers we ordered. They were burned even though I ordered medium well. They were also dry. There was no one hardly there so there wasn't a rush to blame on this. My burger had way too much mustard on it and the fries were nothing special. My husbands double burger looked nothing close to the picture. My side salad was a total waste of money. I have worked in food service and know how frustrating it is to send food back. Something is definitely wrong if a burger from Mcdonald's would have been better. read more
