My boyfriend went with the tortellini pasta with shrimp--it had a delicious, mild kick that really elevated the dish. We also shared a side of mushrooms, which were perfectly prepared and full of flavor. Their wine and cocktail selection is solid, though I was disappointed to see decorative wooden boxes for Quilt wine, only to find they don't actually carry it. If you're going to promote it with your décor, I'd love to see a bottle or two available on the menu. One small recommendation: if you're bartending, please avoid touching your face or hair while making drinks--especially when guests are dining at the bar. We love the transparency of sitting up front, but that means we also see things we might not want to. That said, our bartender was otherwise attentive, friendly, and made great drinks. We have thought about giving this place a try for over a year now. We received a gift card, had no kids on a Friday and decided to give it a shot. I made reservations online for 6:15 on a Friday. When we drove up there were only 5 or 6 cars in the lot, which was a bit concerning. The place is beautifully decorated inside. I remember seeing it as a country buffet in its old days, but they have done a great job with the remodel. We were seated right away and our server Faith came over to go over the menu, and bring water and bread to the table. She did a great job with recommendations and answering all of our questions. We ordered the Fritto Misto di Mare which was a lightly breaded and fried dish of calamari and shrimp. It was great! We also had the Lobster and Shrimp Linguine and Frutti di Mare, and both were fabulous! Full of flavor, huge portions and perfectly prepared. We ended our meal with both the Crème Brûlée and Tiramisu since both are made in house. While they were good, the main dishes stole the show. The restaurant is a bit pricey ($$$), but worth the splurge as the food & service are both excellent. We had a 7:15 reservation and when we checked in their lobby was full of customers waiting. After 5-10 minutes waiting to check in the hostess finally came up and we were told we would have to wait at least 30 minutes after our reservation time to be seated, (even though we had a reservation). Told her ok, no problem, we'll go to the bar and wait & she unapologetically told us we could NOT order a drink because the bartender was running behind. No apology. No phone call or email to give a heads up... No thank you Fresco! We left after waiting awhile and seeing no one was getting seated and the restaurant had so many empty tables. read more

We followed that with a special which was steak and shrimp. This entree was excellent but a $52 plate. I then ordered the crème brûlée which is one of my all time favorite desserts. I was told this was made in house and I definitely got my hopes up. Unfortunately it was watery and the crusting tasted burnt. Ultimately I sent that back. The bacon on the shrimp was under cooked which meant the bacon was chewy and fatty vs. crispy. We both rate our meals as a 3.4 we both felt it was too pricey for what we got. We order the cannolis for dessert and did not like them at all. The filling tasted like powder. We took one bite out of each and left the rest. What angered me was the manager's refusal to take the Mimosa off my bill. She said it is company policy NOT to remove ANY item from a bill. She said, your food choice is "your personal preference.". We've been anxiously awaiting the opening of Fresco. This was our first time here, we live in Atlanta. The food was authentic Italian, our waitress Joyce was very attentive, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. We were there for lunch and had a half Caesar salad and half Italian Panini. Both were delicious! We look forward to trying it for dinner the next time we're in town. I always give grace to new restaurants as they're trying to get up and running, and get into their own groove... Tried this place for a second time. Although I enjoyed the first time, this visit wasn't so good. I got the same thing as last time - and it was just "okay." It took a long time for my friend and I to get our food. My friend, although she didn't want to, decided to give Fresco another try since I wanted it. She got the filet Marsala. The meat had a texture and taste more like roast beef. The sauce on it tasted more like a brown gravy instead of Marsala. As mentioned earlier, it took a while for the food to come out (1 hour). At least they have good Coca Cola and a good ravioli appetizer. We will probably be putting this on our DNR list. Do not return/do not resuscitate. I had such high hopes for Fresco Italiano. Also, on a side note - a lady at the table beside us was apparently celebrating a birthday. The waitress brought out a piece of cake with a sparkler lit up on top of it. After the sparkler was extinguished, the entire area filled with heavy smoke. Haha read more

This newer eatery is the bomb!! This family has taken an old southern buffet and completely revamped the entire building and it's like walking into an Italian restaurant in Italy. Kind managers who welcome you warmly on arrival, come around and ask you how everything is and always offer to bring you anything you need including refills, dessert, anything. Managers and staff are always dressed beautifully and well groomed. The menu is fabulous, I've had several of their Italian meals and their beautifully prepared ribeye steaks. Their cocktails are generous and delicious. Plenty of well lighted parking, entire restaurant and restrooms are spotlessly clean and well attended. Noise level is very reasonable, (great place for a first date). What I like to see....., no clutter, well organized, tables not too close. What an extraordinary gem for Warner Robins! read more

Do not listen to any of the negative reviews! This place is awesome! Prices are great, quality food and service, you get a lot of food for your money! Everything is hand made to include several of the deserts. Try their mixed drinks they are great. The atmosphere is really nice and the wait staff is super nice and knowledgeable about the food on the menu. I don't know about you but we need more places like this. I'm tired of chain restaurants with their frozen processed food. Like I said everything is in house made. Their salad dressings are fresh made to. I like in house home made food. So, it's taken me a minute to get on Herr and write a review, just because I hate to bad mouth a business but... Here it goes. Shortly after this place opened my husband and I decided to give it a try for dinner one night. We knew it was pricey but it would be nice for an intimate night out with live music, drinks and food. Anyhow, when you walk in, the atmosphere is amazing. Beautiful lights, decor, bar... all beautiful. Thought to myself "wow, the ambiance". After we are seated, we are greated by our server, who was young and very sweet. She takes our drink and appetizer order gives us bread and walks away. We ordered a Charcuterie board ($21) and some kind of fancy drinks ($12/ a piece). 20 min later... yes 20 min later, we receive our drinks, about 10 min after that, our appetizer, before she walks off asks if we would like more bread, which we said yes. I must say... WHAT A LET DOWN, pictures will show why. So, our server disappears and takes our food order about 15 min after we ordered or app and drinks. My husband ordered the prime rib with roasted potatoes $40 and I ordered the steak fettuccine ($23?). So now we are sitting there listening to the Sax guy, eating what we got of our Charcuterie board and have finished our drinks, still haven't received our bread, would like another drink, drank all our waters and an hour has now gone by... food finally arrives, dropped off by another server who doesn't ask if we need anything and walks away... We go ahead and decide to eat our food... my steak was over cooked and dry. I ordered it medium to medium well... it was very well cooked. My husband ordered a medium steak. He was super underwhelmed... as someone who used to manage a steak house he said this was a terrible steak, no grill marks, fatty as h*** and no seasoning, you will see pictures. Anyhow, our server never asks us if we needed anything, or wanted more drinks or water, just comes up and snatches my husband's plate from him to for clean up. He told her he would like to take his steak home to the dogs, maybe they would enjoy it. She says nothing and goes to walk away again. My husband then says to her... excuse me, my wife would like to try your chocolate cake. She says ok and walks away. 20 min goes by and I receive the dessert. Which looks NOTHING like the photo on their FB page and it's very dry. All in all we have now been there almost 2hrs and have to wave down our sever for the bill... grand total $150 for 2 drinks, an appetizer, 2 meals and a dessert (not including tip) . For this much money you would expect a wonderful dinner, only good part was the Sax guy and free bread. I write this review after trying to be kind and privately messaging the owner of our experience. Instead of trying to fix or address the situation... they blocked me hahaha. I will never go there again. They could have fixed the situation with a "I am so sorry your first experience with us was so... ect ect" but no... they block and delete negative comments on their business page. Very disappointed. The service was incredibly slow, it took about an hour for our appetizers to get to us. We ordered mussels with andouille sausage which was alright. Our main meals took about another 20 minutes to get to us. I ordered the chicken piccata which was laughable. It was smaller than the size of my palm, undercooked, cold, and totally tasteless. The steak was heavily salted and burnt on the outside, ruined a good cut of meat. The waitress tried to charge us full price when we sent our meals back but when we talked to the manager, she removed the meal immediately. Went with a party of 8 to celebrate a birthday on a Thursday night. I'll start with the pros: salmon and Cesar salad were delicious. Cons: was told they had a wine sampler with 4 wines to taste. Was given 3 (told couldn't ring up 4) and later realized the 3 "tastings" was $15! Waited an eternity for wine tastings.... like 30 min while everyone else who ordered mixed drinks got their's within 10 min. Also, waited an eternity to order and get food. I've read other reviews were people say this is an "experience ", but when I'm hungry I don't expect nor want to wait an hour for my salad! I don't see this place lasting. read more

I ask the server to bring it back as it was not the wine I ordered. The wine that was brought to me could pass for Pinot Noir , however it could been open for couple of days. It was sour. . Good I ordered was Eggplant Parmesan. Which eggplant was a bit under cooked as it was rubbery on the first bite.
