We had a great experience at this Outback. It's been awhile since we have been to one. I really enjoyed The Victorian cut filet, baked potato, and house salad. My partner enjoyed the Delmonico Ribeye and Caesar salad! Both steaks were VERY DELICIOUS; perfectly cooked! Darryl our waiter did an excellent job with great suggestions. Came to Outback after a day of hiking! Very pleased with the service and food. It wasn't too busy so we were seated with no rsvp. I didn't catch our server's name but he was very attentive and nice. The steak was cooked just the way we wanted to, and the sides as well. The ratings are low here but definitely would come back. read more

Had an early dinner, 4 PM, maybe half a dozen others in the restaurant. Bread was fresh, bloom'in onion was great, Caesar salad was OK. 13 oz ribeye steak...not so good. Ribeye was thin, cooked to desire, medium, but was just unappealing...tough and no good ribeye flavor. Seems like Outback is serving cheaper cuts of beef at higher prices. Service was outstanding! Probably done wording steaks at Outback, I'll just fill up on the bloom'in onion and salad. read more

Ordered 2 takeout salads and paid $40 before tip. Neither of them had bacon on them and should have. The chicken tenders for the critter salad were dried out and tough. Very low value for the price paid. The staff were fantastic. read more

Signed up for the reward club to get the free bloomin onion for my birthday. Tried to order it on the app but it would not go through the stupid boomerang just kept spinning, so I ordered in online. Gave me a 20 minute wait, so I waited in the curbside pickup parking. 10 minutes after the food should have been delivered to my car I checked my order on the website and it said it was completed but I did not get the promised text message. I had to go inside to get my order... The food itself. We used to eat at Outback Steakhouses often but then they slipped a bit and we stopped. That was not the case with this one. The food was outstanding. My wife has Steak and Shrimp pasta, and I had the Outback prime rib. The beef in both cases was cooked just the way we wanted. As good as the food was, our waiter, Farhan was as good. His smile and high energy were a nice addition to our meal. I can't emphasize enough how great a job he did. If I was starting a restaurant, I would definitely hire this guy. read more

I am kicking myself for not reading the reviews before placing an order at this location. It's the Outback, so I assumed it would be fine, NOT AT ALL. This was the worst takeout experience I have ever encountered at a restaurant EVER. The food was freezing cold and was absolutely disgusting. The steaks were gristly, fatty, and pitiful quality. The pasta had zero flavor, and once again the steak was hard and chewy. I honestly think we would have had a better meal at a diner and not spent over $200. Great for a quick lunch. They had a $14.99 deal with coconut shrimp 8 of them. I picked mashed potatoes for my side and got cheesecake along with a blue cheese bacon wedge salad. First of all the service from our waitress (Alex) was great, however, I ordered the "9oz sirloin and shrimp on the barbie" listed on the website for $31.49 but when the bill came it was $34.49! The waitress said "No, that's the price." When I got home I verified the cost on the website and called the manager. She said, "oh we just had a price increase and the website probably hasn't been updated yet" I'm sorry, but some good business advice would be to not roll out new pricing until ALL the platforms have been updated! Sorry to say that this location has really gone down hill. I cannot recommend this Outback. I've been eating here for years. I ordered a medium well ribeye and I received a well done burnt steak. My son's steak was the same, burnt. He ordered a medium well. Same story for my wife. A table down from us, a couple also received burnt steaks. People were great. Very friendly. We Door Dashed dinner as we have a new born. Haven't eaten here in awhile. Last time in the restaurant was soso but we wanted steak. I got the steak salad for $20. I could have just used the lettuce I had in the fridge and it would have been better. Not to mention I got like no steak. Also asked for my steak to be medium rare and it's was over done. My husband got the seafood pasta $40, and couldn't finish it because of all the salt. Said it was gross. And they forgot the seafood. When called and asked to be partially refunded they were rude. Prices have definitely increased since my last visit maybe a year ago. Food wasn't great. My French dip style sandwich was undercooked and had alot of fat in it. Manager comped it, at least that. Bill still came to $75 for 1 adult entree, 1 kid meal & 2 drinks. Doesn't add up, but ok. We definitely won't be back to this location. Ambience was pretty busy but we didn't have to wait for a table, so that was good.. we actually tried to get into 2 other places before this one. My family and I were treated really well. Our wonderful waitress was Heather who was very attentive, patient and friendly. Our food was great as usual and served with a smile. Well. The food was okay. I've had better steak before. My girlfriend's pasta was really good, and my steak was cooked the way I like it. It didn't seem like it was seared well enough. Tasted alright. Garlic fries were good. The interior feels like a Chili's, but everyone is really friendly. That's the upside. Seated quickly and server was great. The margaritas are great too. The prices though, for the steaks, kinda up there for a chain. And it wasn't even that great. Over $100 bucks for 2 people, and I'm the only one who got steak. I guess this is one of those places that if you like it, you love it. As for me, if I'm craving steak I'll go to Longhorn Steakhouse instead. The food came out tepid, the seasoning overdone, the mashed potatoes very, very lumpy. I had ordered the shrimp appetizer and asked for cocktail sauce (which had obviously turned bad--I'll include a pic). The scoop of mashed potatoes as a side was grossly overpriced. 8/20/19 6pm Just received my first Doordash order and chose Outback Steakhouse for a restaurant-what a waste of $65! Food arrived in a grease soaked tore open bag with baked potato soup leaking out of a half placed on lid styrofoam container. My $20 grilled chicken pecan salad consisted of expired looking iceberg lettuce and no chicken. Blooming onion burnt & looked like the fryer grease hasn't been changed in sometime. My husband's $20 Alice Springs Chicken looks like grilled rubber. Save yourself from food poisoning and go to another restaurant. I will reach out to a manager for a refund and find a restaurant with edible food. 8/20/19 6:50pm Was finally able to speak with a manager Chris French who requested I contact Doordash for a refund. After 9 minutes of receiving passive aggressive responses from Chris he is refusing a refund by Outback Steakhouse insisting the poor food quality is the responsibility of Doordash. As of right now Chris has taken my name/number and I am awaiting a call back. 8/20/19 7:10pm Chris French manager @ Outback called to report he "spoke with someone" at Doordash who told him we'd receive a full refund. Really enjoyed our service at Outback Steakhouse! Our waitress, Shannon, was helpful, positive and attentive throughout serving us our meal. We were sat immediately at a clean booth, the restaurant was busy but not loud. We felt well taken care of. Shannon checked on us multiple times and made sure we were happy with our drinks, starter bread&butter, and meal. I got the blooming onion burger, it was seriously delicious and was the perfect mix of burger and blooming onion.
