Came in to eat with a friend for a catch up dinner. The place was gorgeous, very clean, and very cozy with the warm lighting. Our server Jacob was super fun and gave us amazing and fast service all night. We ordered two steaks and both were cooked to perfection. I got mine cooked medium but Pittsburgh style and I was impressed with how well it was cooked. One of the best Outback Steakhouse's I've ever been to. Definitely suggest this location. read more

Not happy they no longer have prime rib sandwich on menu. Tried replacement item-- not good. Who wants arugula on a steak Sammy?

I did an order over the phone through Uber Eats. I had to call and get something added, and Leon went above and beyond. He is amazing as well as the team of cooks and chefs as well as servers. I would definitely suggest eating here. The food is great. The service is great. The ambience is great if you sit in the bar, not in the restaurant because who wants to be by screaming kids right not me anyways thank you Leon, thank you team every time I've come here my food has been amazing. Go check them out there is ample parking and great customer, service, and food. read more

All our food was perfect as we ordered it. Including the temperature of our steaks. My birthday guy finished his salmon. It did not take long for us to receive our food even with the place being pretty busy. Our waitress Destiny was wonderful. Great attitude, patience and very sweet. Even helped us sing happy birthday to our birthday guy. Kids were laughing and had a good dinner. Thank you Destiny for all your hard work. read more

My family and I came to eat here. Felecia was very welcoming and made my family and I feel at home! Thank you Felecia!

I ordered the rib & sirloin combo. Ribs were dry and tuff, I had to fight to get them off the bone. Sirloin was very over seasoned. Have the bloomin onion was over cooked and the other half was under cooked. Thanks for trying Outback. At least the steak was cooked like I asked. read more

Great waitress. Addie. Enjoy chatting with her a bit after dinner. Great service. Ribeye was not up to expectation. So thin but grizzled and fat so there was lots to discard. Salad- whoa. SO tiny. Fresh and very good yet not as lovely as in times past. Noticed prices, too. . read more

I had a great experience when I went here the other day. My food and drink came out quickly and my server Felecia provided great service. I ordered a medium prime rib and if I was being picky it was a little more rare then I would like but that is more preference than an issue with cooking. The black Cherry mule was really good and the manager was walking around checking in on customers including myself. read more

Has Outback gone this far down hill? This was my first visit time going to this particular outback and I was very disappointed. It all started with the blooming onion...how can you mess that up? Well it was not cut correctly and we could not pull it apart resulting in most of pieces being only onion with no breading. That was followed up by the absolute worse onion soup I have ever had. It had a terrible aftertaste and seemed to be mostly cheese and salt. I thought it couldn't get worse but it did, I ordered chicken with a baked potato. The potato was so incredibly dry even though it had butter and sour cream on it. I was just so over it at that point I didn't even taste the chicken. My husband ordered a boneless t-bone steak with fries. The steak was so incredibly flat and fatty. The fries were just about rolled in pepper, very odd. We spent $150 for 4 people with no drinks....total waste of money. The only good part about it was the staff, they were all very pleasant and professional. read more

My wife and I used to look forward to Outback about once a month. We did this for years and it was our go-to steakhouse. The ambiance was nice as we sat at the bar, talked to the bartender, and watched whatever sports was on TV. Unfortunately, things have changed, and our last visit was our last visit. The quality of the food is still acceptable. Except for drowning our salads in Caesar dressing once in a while, my filet was always tasty, as was the potato and bread. However, they have priced us out. What used to be a $75 experience, turned into $85, and now $104. Keep in mind, we both order the same dishes each time. On top of that, the restaurant now has that 'lived-in' feel. It's no longer new and is in need of a deep cleaning and serious ventilation. Speaking of smells, one female worker had some extreme body odor happening. We know it was her as we were seated at the corner bar seats and each time she walked past (about 8 or 10 times), her scent was raw, offensive, and unmistakable.. a "I-haven't-showered-in-many-days' odor. Not what you want in a steakhouse (or any restaurant) and definitely not what we paid for. Hard to believe the manager didn't pick up on this and send her home immediately, but she was there the entire time we were - 1 to 1.5 hours. Reminded me of a high school locker room. So, thanks for the memories, Outback, but we're moving on.. read more

Nice restaurant, pleasant surroundings, and a good steak properly prepared, makes for a very pleasant evening! We will be back!

My "medium" 9oz Sirloin cooked triple well done. Called and the manager today at 4pm would not do anything since I placed the order on DoorDash. Wouldn't even give me a credit or a gift card. Had no care to resolve the issue. And then Door dash gave me a $8.56 credit.. read more

First time at Outback Steakhouse and it won't be my last! Jordan our server really went above and beyond for our table! She made the perfect old fashion (even muddled the cherry and orange)! I asked Jordan what was her favorite items on the menu and took her guidance and it did not disappoint! The food was cooked perfectly and seasoned just the right amount! We will definitely be coming back and ask to sit in Jordan's section! 10000/10 would recommend! read more

So we tried to place an order in Augusta, Georgia at Outback not once, but twice and with no luck, the staff there were incapable of taking a phone order. Maybe it was just a Georgia thing so back in Arizona, we placed an online order for curbside pick up. Perhaps the Georgia team was trying to warn us! My friend and I both had the new Strawberry salad, but what happened to the strawberries (see my photo)??!! The lettuce in my photo looks much better than it tasted...it was a wilted blend of iceberg lettuce, Romaine and arugula. It was such a disappointment! But I do have to say the candied pecans were delicious but there were just tiny pieces. Another friend ordered the sirloin and coconut shrimp, said his steak was good after adding his own barbecue sauce. Another friend ordered the Kingsland Steak and Shrimp which had fettuccine noodles and was supposed to be tossed in bold Alfredo sauce...seems they may have forgotten the sauce because it was supper dry. We also ordered Sydney shrooms, a bloomin' onion and steakhouse Mac and cheese bites. They were all okay. The service was terrible...and yes, we got take out! I realize I am a a vegetarian eating at a steakhouse, but my 3 other friends are not vegetarians and agreed this place is not worth coming back. In my opinion, I will spend my money elsewhere and would not recommend this place. read more

I've been to this Outback a few times over the years and have always liked it, but this review is for the last time I was here for take-out, which was great! Me and my mom did an early dinner and were able to order from the lunch menu (served until 4). I did the bloomin' fried chicken w/fries. The chicken is basically fried chicken w/this really good ranch that comes w/a lot of the appetizers. My mom got the sirloin w/mashed potatoes. We also got fried mushrooms as appetizer. I was pleasantly surprised how well all of this did as a to-go order. Everything was still hot when we got home (I even arrived a few minutes early to pick up my order and it was all ready when I got there so it had been sitting for at least a bit before I got to the restaurant). The steak it what really surprised me. My mom wanted medium rare and it was perfect even though she didn't eat it immediately. Also pecial shout out to those fired mushrooms. They are whole mushrooms (stems and caps) and they were still hot and crispy when we got home. They were delicious in that ranch. I'll be back again. The lunch specials are very reasonably priced. There's more than a few options that are all under $13 (different meat/fish combinations w/a side) and they're good sized portions. read more

2 PM service, I think the only thing that was great was that there was no wait time. We both ordered the 3 course special. When you go online to review the meal, it only showed an upgrade charge for the bloomin onion chicken. Not showing an upgrade for the 6 oz steak. It also didn't mention anything about it including sides, only the option of soup or salad, an entree, and a salad. If we had known upfront that each meal included a side, we wouldn't have ordered the bloomin onion as an appetizer. The house salads were ok, typical salad, nothing to write home about. The coconut shrimp were decent, but for the 2nd meal we had opted to upgrade to the 9oz sirloin, which was a mistake. We had to send it back, due to absolutely no flavor and even though it appears cooked medium rare, it was super tough to cut and to chew. Atleast the waitress was able to take that meal off the tab. The strawberry peach sangria was ok, but for 10.00, it was mainly ice with very little actual sangria. Overall it was a very disappointing trip read more

Consistently, this one has been good & up to par for delivery orders! A few little things that could improve, but they're reliable & the food hasn't been disappointing at all. There are plenty of options here & none of them have been bad so far! My go-to is the center cut sirloin (you aren't paying for a huge bone) & for the most part it has been cooked to my preference in selection. Granted, it has never been a steak that blows me away- very basic. The size is a little questionable... pretty sure I got 4oz instead of 6oz (I have my own kitchen scale to check!) There isn't any seasoning, which is why I am a fan of the towoomba topping. (While I'm not a fan of mushrooms- they aren't hard to pick out of the topping & the flavor of the sauce is fantastic!) I feel like the topping is a must- especially if you want some flavor to the steak! The shrimp is also quite a nice compliment. But wether I select medium well or well done, they've been cooked accurately... just always a bit tough & chewy. You do need to have a decent steak knife on hand to cut! The sides are always consistent- decent portion no matter which you choose. The seasonal veggies is always broccoli no matter what "season" it is- but broccoli is a favorite so I've never been unhappy with a healthy serving of perfectly steamed trees! I opted for the rice pilaf recently to try it out- not my favorite. The portion was HUGE, but the flavor was a bit odd. Not a whole lot of flavor, but the flavor it did have tasted really artificial- I don't think I'll opt for that again. As far as the baked potato- I always get a very decent sized spud that is seasoned on the outside & cooked to perfection! They wrap everything in foil to keep the temp & that is always appreciated. Only, you will want to order extra of ALL the toppings if you are ordering it "loaded". The amount provided for each is less than a teaspoon- barely enough to garnish, and that is a little frustrating. They could easily add more to the containers instead of a pinch. But, they do provide all the necessary condiments to accompany the order- I really liked the sauce that came with the coconut shrimp! And, the shrimp are jumbo, so 4 pieces was more than plenty. Adding a dinner salad for $3 on to the meal is a great offer when ordering one separate costs more! The salads are also very plentiful- much more than a "side" in my opinion, and not just a bunch of lettuce. Plenty of cucumber, tomato, onion, cheese, croutons, the works! Only issue: they don't seem to understand the difference between ranch & blue cheese. I don't like ranch at all, but constantly receive that whenever I order blue cheese- so I gave up & opt for honey mustard instead. It's never been wrong when I order honey mustard! One of my favorite things here is the complimentary bread- it is SO good!!! Not sure how or why but just that basic mini loaf of brown bread tops it all... I would be extremely disappointed if it weren't included! And, I ended up trying the strawberry kiwi lemonade my last order- that was surprisingly really good! A tad on the sweet side, for sure, but also refreshing & great flavor. This is definitely one of my "regular" favorites for dinner. Consistently good & reliable. Delivery orders never take longer than an hour, usually considerably less depending on the time & day. But everything always arrives hot, fresh & well packaged- I've never had an issue with anything missing or incorrect. I've also dined in person with good experience (at a different location) so I'm happy delivery is just as good as dining in for the most part! Can't beat a good meal in the comfort of your own home that you didn't have to cook! read more

First of all, I would've even give this a 2 if it weren't for the nice and attentive waitress and another employee. This deserved a 1 star but because of the accommodating & fast service I'm giving it a 2. Service was great, fast and very accommodating. But the food was just something else... 1. They overcooked the Blooming onion (photos attached from the first overcooked) but they gave us another better one which wasn't overcooked so that's a plus. 2. The margarita drink was too sweet and kinda watery. Didn't taste like margarita very much. 3. Our steak tasted plain and basic. Nothing special. It needed a lot of seasoning like maybe add pepper and salt or garlic? It was too plain. It tasted like biting a cow. Our mouths tasted like iron after eating it, it was weird and kinda awful. 4. Undercooked steak. It was almost raw for what we ordered. So I ordered Medium for my steak (it came out good) but the meat was just I could..cheap and plain like a bad cut. Second steak we ordered is medium rare but it was RARE RARE like almost raw...it was hard for my husband to bite it even. We asked them to fix the steak and cook it to what we want nicely. They did but used the same steak & just cooked it well. They asked us nicely if they could cook/grill the same steak to our liking and we were ok with it. Once we got the steak, it was BAD. Like it was finally medium rare but it tasted worse than mine! Super bad cut of the meat it was very disappointing. 5. The ribs I got was just weird and it didn't taste right. Like it had this barbecue sauce with yellow seasoning which looked like cheese lol I'm not sure. It didn't taste right...it didn't taste like ribs...it taste more like chicken...it was just weird. 6. The total was $102 with tip. Which is a lot for a bad steak. I wish the quality and the taste of the steak is better This might be my first or second bad review. I usually am not negative about steak and food in general. But this one really took its toll on me. It was just bad. I only had a few bites and I was done. The waitress and another employee which maybe is the manager? Not sure...kept asking if our food was okay and we did say "yes" because we didn't wanna be rude & give them a hard time. Anyway, I don't think I'm coming back. I loved outback several years ago but after coming back this time, I don't think I'll ever come back ever again. read more

The food was fine, you know exactly what you're getting with outback. The service however was some of the worst I've ever received. I will preface this by saying I am a 20 year old who has worked in food service for basically my entire adulthood. We came in at around 8, about an hour before closing. The hostess immediately greeted us by saying they had closed down all their sections (even though there were people still eating at some tables, one hadn't even ordered their food yet) but that we could still have a table. We were then met by a server who seemed extremely disappointed that we were there, making no eye contact or effort to welcome us and rushing us to order drinks/apps and then our entrees. We were brought our appetizer and bread with no side plates, even though they had two separate opportunities to do so. I finished my drink pretty quickly, and was not once offered a refill despite the servers coming by multiple times with it empty. My girlfriend ended up deciding to get us to go boxes and the check with our food not even halfway finished just so we could get out of their way, but she had to track down our server who was sitting on his phone and wait to get his attention in order to do so. The first time I have ever tipped less than 20%. I understand people coming in right before close can be frustrating, but an hour before should be more than enough time to still receive at least bare minimum service. Overall extremely disappointing service, and I hope this can be improved upon. read more

Yum - steak. Usually I will cook on the grill. I like being in control and find grilling highly relaxing and rewarding. Plus I always purchase bone in. My dog, Bruiser, takes greater pleasure in the treat than me. But, when I want a restaurant steak this is my first choice. Always delicious, grilled perfectly to order. My mouth is watering right now. But I can't say what I am thinking or feeling, because Bruiser is way sharp! I say the word "steak" out loud and he jumps up, following me around. read more

It's been years since I ate at an Outback. I had a coupon so I figured let's try them out again! They are currently offering a 4 course meal starting at $14.99. The meal includes salad, soup, entree and dessert. It was such a good deal I couldn't pass it up! I chose the Caesar salad, upgraded to the French onion soup ($1 more), had the 6 oz. top sirloin with raspberry cheesecake as dessert. In general, everything was good. The salad was cool and refreshing, the soup had beefy onion flavor, and the sirloin was cooked nicely at medium rare. At 6 oz the steak is a bit small but the rest of the courses made up for it. I didn't get to the cheesecake but I was able to get a to go container to eat it for later. For the price I paid I was pretty satisfied. Service was warm and friendly. I think one of the managers was here tonight too and he was also providing excellent service and even held the door open for us when we left. If I'm in the mood for a steak that won't break the bank this is a good choice. 3.5/5 read more

This was a pretty horrible experience and this was a Togo order, so all a restaurant has to do is make sure the order is correct and food is as described on the menu. However, the salads we ordered were brown and turning, the steaks were cut strangely (filet mignon), the lobster tails were not seasoned, the baked potatoes were supposed to be loaded and they were missing toppings, and to top it off my potato had a long blonde hair in it (I have dark brown hair). 3 adult meals and kids meal were ordered and they gave us one loaf of bread with no butter (lol) and that was the high light of the meal. Ridiculously priced food that wasn't worth it. I am more than happy to pay for food, but lesson learned why I haven't been to this restaurant chain in years. Will not be back and plan to call the restaurant tomorrow. I even have a gift card that will sadly go to waste too. read more

Friendly staff & consistently good food when it comes to preparing a steak. Traditional restaurant where you get warm bread, a salad, your meal and a side with many good options. Tonight we enjoyed the unlimited option of shrimp to compliment my steak. They had fried shrimp and herb/garlic which came out pretty quick after making a request. The sirloin can be a tough piece of meat but I like it prepared medium and the price for an 8oz to me is great. I do like the Victoria cut but it's all about getting the biggest bang for our buck when 4 or more of us. We had good success with the staff and bartenders for each of our visits but we look to sit in the bar area when it's available as we like the TVs and more social upbeat atmosphere! Kids meal options are also reasonable and the mac & cheese is a hit (ain't no kraft). read more

I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 because of the wonderful waitress. She was very attentive and sweet. The food, however, was horrendous! We ordered our steaks "medium rare" and I'm not joking when I say they looked like black hockey-pucks, and were impossible to cut into, let alone chew! We ordered "loaded" baked potatoes, and seriously not sure what they were "loaded" with as there was a teaspoon of sour cream. Reagan provided excellent service to our party of 4. My wife and I enjoyed the bourbon flavored steak special which was quite flavorful and tender. Both steaks were done to our different specifications- medium rare for me & well done for my wife. My sweet potato with butter was done perfectly. I skipped the sugar & cinnamon additives. I chose the blue cheese & pecan chopped salad which was tasty but the greens seemed wilted (which didn't keep me from eating the entire salad). Started the meal with an Old Fashioned which was nothing special. The waitress was very attentive but not overly so. We all enjoyed our meals & had a delightful time. Would have liked an espresso but they don't serve them. Settled for coffee. Typical Outback experience (which is not bad)! read more
