I love outback, we went to dinner late, it's was one of the only things open. I always get filet mignon with broccoli. It's my favorite cooked medium. We ordered our app on the tablet but were served by a server also. He did great, and enjoyed our time.

Our waiter was great friendly and very attentive. Drinks brought food ordered with some recommendations. I had soup and salad for lunch. I had chose the French Onion soup and it was delicious the cheese melted just perfect. The salad was nice and crispy on a cold plate. Couldn't ask for more on a 110 degree day. I like the set up of the restaurant nice clean and you can see the Casino floor from where we were sitting.

    Ahi Appetizer was awesome!

Stopped in for a lunch while we waited to checkin to the Aquarius! Sarah was amazing! Service and food were superior! Place is as expected, clean and organized and comfortable!

This is the "corrected" receipt after I complained. As you can see, they added a discount after we paid

Other than our server trying to scam us and giving himself a larger tip than we already tipped, food is always as your would expect from a large chain. If you pay cash, always ask for a receipt! With the total. This location apparently (after posting online on my local rant and rave fb page) is know for scamming diners by adding a discount to your check after paying and then pockets the extra cash. When notifying management they didn't seem to care which leads me to believe they all run this often. Will not be back. But like I said, subpar overall. Also make sure if they mess up, they give you an actual valid gift card. The first one they offered was expired.

Service was Amazing. CJ is friendly and goes over the top. He's great. Request his labels always. Food, what can I say, it's always so good. The steaks are cooked to perfection. NEVER disappointed. Walk out of their full, happy and satisfied. You have a view of the casino, TV's or get lost in your own place. Either way it's a great place to eat and have a good time.

Blue Cheese Wedge Salad so delicious!

Well after speaking with the general manager Garrett I went back again and gave it a try and to be honest with those who visit this place. I went around 11AM-12PM and the service and food was on point. The food was cooked to perfection and our service was excellent and very attentive to her customers. Garret I appreciate you taking the time to speak with me over the past issues and appreciate you doing the right thing to keep a customer. I really enjoyed the early crew and all deserve recognition and the chefs as well for making g the food to perfection!

The wait times are somewhat long but that's not their fault...you can't make people hurry when they're enjoying a great meal after a day on the water. The real purpose of my review is to talk about my experience with the Manager, Michelle. She handled what was a very serious and sensitive moment for me and my large group with such sensitivity and grace. She was understanding, empathetic and she made one of my least favorite moments so much easier with her willingness to work with my group. She found a way to accommodate us even though we mis-counted our party size by 2. I am so aware that this wasn't easy for her and that it adds to the already stretched staff. My wife and I ordered the rib-eye steak; mine was bone-in. The steak melts in your mouth. We did not leave any leftovers since our dinner was delicious. The waiter came by asking if we wanted dessert. He mentioned that the desserts are made from scratch every morning. With both of our stomachs maxed, we decided to order the carrot cake to go. My wife was tempted to try the carrot cake while I was driving, and gave me a piece. If I weren't diabetic, I would have snatched that cake from my wife and eaten the whole slice of cake. We will be back with the family. I highly recommend you try this place. The steaks come close to the Golden Steer in Vegas.

Diane had a bowl of Butter Lobster Bisque which sported large chunks of lobster. And complimentary bun-like bread was very tasty slathered with butter. A Steakhouse Chop Salad with a lot of Iceberg Lettuce and French Dressing probably should have been called a "Shredded Salad." The pale light orange dressing was good, but the dinner salad needed more of it. The three shrimps in a Shrimp Cocktail probably should have been called a "Prawn Cocktail." They were very large, cold and meaty. Sausage-stuffed Mushroom Caps were a nice surprise, as well. For mains I had Filet Oscar with a Baked Potato, and Diane had Shrimp Linguine. She liked the shrimp but not the herbs in the linguine. And, although I enjoyed my two medium-rare Filet medallions with a crunchy Crab Cake Cap and Hollandaise Sauce on top, my Baked Potato with butter and chives was too hard on the inside from not cooking it long enough. Dessert in the form of a Chocolate Ganache Cake with one scoop of Vanilla Bean Ice Cream was a fine and filling end to a very good meal overall.

We assumed there was a restaurant, I'm sure, but didn't realize that this would fast become one of our favorite places to dine when in Laughlin. Service here has not let us down, so friendly and personable. We always have fun banter with the staff and they all seem to enjoy their jobs. Besides friendly, service is fairly quick too. Food is served timely and drinks refilled quickly. We are not a fan of the weird bread they serve prior to dinner. I love Kings Hawaiian bread but not with whatever the topping is here... doesn't go together for us. But it is different and apparently draws people in for it! It's fine that we don't eat the bread... we certainly don't need it. The food here is healthy portions and really delicious! My favorite is the crab and shrimp scampi, makes everyone at the table jealous too. So yummy!! I'm not a big steak/meat eater and there are plenty of terrific options for me here. Others that I've dined with really love their prime rib and grilled steaks, no disappointments there. One suggestion is that they should use bleu cheese dressing on their Wedge Salad... that is what the wedge salad is all about, not ranch. Have the option at least. So even though we don't do the bread and wish there was a different dressing on the wedge... we are still extremely happy when we choose Stockman's for dinner! Dinners will run you $25-50, then add on any drinks or desserts. Oh speaking of dessert, there is creme brulee and a chocolate cake called a "lovers dome" which is big enough to share (if you want *wink*) I teetered between the 4 and the 5 stars on this review... but I think overall it rates higher towards the 5 than the 4. So I'm landing on 5. Don't steer me wrong, Stockmans! CHEERS!!

We made reservations a few days in advance for Saturday night on Labor Day weekend. It was fun taking the boat over from AZ and we ended up getting a really nice table with a view of the river and goat island. The only problem we encountered was that a window table was not ready for us until thirty minutes after the time of our reservation. But the river view was worth the wait! We began with a complimentary Bread Basket that included excellent lavosh, and a Shrimp Cocktail Supreme sporting five shrimps. This time the crustations were meaty and flavorful dipped in a two-tone sauce. We requested and received extra lavosh with no resistance. Next up for me was a good French Onion Soup Au Gratin with a large crouton laden with a mix of Parmesan and Swiss Cheeses. Then I tried the Steak Diane Soup that came with Diane's order. It was the best version of this soup that I have sampled to date. Tender chunks of beef dissolved in the mouth carried along by a sea of broth that tasted like Mushroom Gravy. A complex dinner salad followed, with Mixed Greens (no Iceberg Lettuce at all), Grape Tomatoes, Artichoke Hearts, Bleu Cheese Dressing and Bleu Cheese Crumbles. It was here over 25 years ago that I first tasted wonderful Bleu Cheese Crumbles in the same type of salad. After cleansing our palates with Lemon Sorbet, for mains I had lean Veal Piccata with Capers and Spaghetti slathered with a delectable Lemon Cream Sauce, while Diane enjoyed her usual order of Coquilles Saint Jacques. This time the included Scallops were very small but the Shrimps were very big, and portions were generous. For dessert we splurged on two orders of delicious Bananas Foster prepared tableside, and I had a Decaf Coffee. Richard, our server, did a wonderful job of flambeeing this treat, that by this time was accompanied by a few bursting fireworks that were visible to us just across the Colorado River from our perches above. The elegant ambiance of the restaurant this evening could not have been better. We left in time to observe most of the Rockets Over the River fireworks show from our parked car on a hilltop overlooking the Laughlin Strip well above Casino Drive. It was a magical night!

Our waiter, Charles, deserves 6 stars for his service alone! He was insanely knowledgeable, funny, and didn't shy away from our alcohol induced antics. The wine is a bit overpriced for what it is, I sent the image of their bottle list to someone more familiar than myself and they confirmed that the price is less at a high end restaurant near LA. The appetizers were delicious. Overall, the food was good but I found the appetizer better than the main course. Everyone else had giant portions of food and mine was just a few bites. For the price, the main course left me feeling a bit disappointed. The dessert was good, drinks were good, and the view was absolutely the best part.

The food was probably some of the best I had on Casino row here in Laughlin. While the server touted the best prime rib in all of Laughlin, it was just okay and I could name at least 3 places easily in Vegas that offered better prime ribs. That said, this isn't Vegas so take this comment with a grain of salt and it wasn't horrible by any means. Would I order it again? Probably not. But if you really wanted prime rib, it's not a bad choice. The simple things seemed to shine here. Their appetizers were really good. I didn't realize how much I've had a bad quesadilla until I had their quesadilla here. It had the perfect crunchiness on the tortilla with the cheese perfectly melted. It arrived hot and yummy. The salsas and guacamole that came with it was the cherry on top. Their baked potatoes were also massive and absolutely delicious. They have a lot of delicious chicken and fish options and I want to come back to try their tacos (only on Tuesdays) and their all-you-can-eat fish and chips (also on one specific day, which I can't remember at the moment). The view by the river at sunset was beautiful however, I didn't like the little moths(?) that seemed to be flying everywhere--this seems to be common at restaurants and establishments along the river. While I don't expect every single fly and bug to be absent, it looked like the window hadn't been cleaned in a while. Hence, my 4-star review instead of 5. Overall, this is a good place to eat--one of the better places on casino row--despite being ticket in a tiny casino all the way back in a dark gravel parking lot lol.

So, I turned around and headed here, even though OpenTable reported that no time slots were available. I dropped Diane off before parking, and she easily scored a table here. In fact, hardly anyone was seated inside the restaurant, and it did not seem like a festive Mexican holiday at all. The Tuesday Night Menu was very limited, but I selected very tasty and smooth Stone Guacamole not prepared tableside but including tomatoes, White Onion, and jalapenos, to go with house-prepared salsa and spiced up Tortilla Chips. By request Diane received a complimentary basket of non-spicy Tortilla Chips, as well as a Kids Cheese Quesadilla. Somehow this filled her up. The food is always excellent, but what really stands out is knowing there is someone in the kitchen who genuinely cares about the quality of what leaves his station. Employees like Joe can sometimes be behind the scenes and not receive the recognition they deserve, so we wanted to make sure his management knows what an asset they have. A great cook can be one of the biggest reasons guests enjoy their experience and choose to come back--and Joe is absolutely one of those people. Joe, thank you for the incredible food and for taking pride in what you do. The Pioneer Hotel and Bumbleberry are fortunate to have you on their team. You deserve the recognition!

I must say that the dish was Delicious, flavorful, well portioned and met my epicurean expectation. Now, I'm no chef nor a food critic, but Chef Dominic Tedesco is the executive chef there and he should be celebrated for the Best Shrimp and Grits that I've ever had in my life; and believe me, I've had many many versions of recipes in my travels across the nation. Not only that, He kindly visited our table, chatted and wished my Mother a happy 89th birthday. There's more, the bumbleberry jam is so Good! It just delights each and every tastebud with a pleasant burst of berries and sweetness that's satisfying. I'm not finished, the service was impeccable. With special shout out to Burt, Shana, Leanne and Christine, all of whom made our experience there, especially my Mother's, a wonderful, enjoyable and memorable time. Needless to say, I will visit again and I highly recommend that you all visit as well. 10/10 ! Thank Ya'll so very much for the excellence and kindness that you gave to me and my family. Suzette D.
