I am astounded by the rating, as the Las Vegas locations are lacking compared to this....just look at the amount of patrons that are there for dinner and connect the dots. Upon entry, you are greeted by the greatest host or hostess to seat you in a very clean and organized restaurant. The only ding I give it is there are no prices on their beer list? Let the customer know how much things cost...and if it changes like the stock market, then notate it on the blackboard where all the taps are listed....this will save the server a lot of time looking up prices for you. Back when I was stationed in Korea, my special "American" treat was eating at Chilis on Osan and ordering the quesadilla explosion salad. THIS was on the menu...I was so thrilled. Hub got a blackened chicken pasta that he loved. Both dishes were amazing...and I was blasted back to the past of the oh so ever familiar flavor I fell in love with so long ago. This is a great Chilis...trust me, I have been to a few in my day...Bullhead City is spoiled with this one. read more

The food was great and the establishment was clean and inviting. The wait time was short. However, the reason for this review is to recognize an exceptional employee. Our server's name was Israel. He went above and beyond! He was friendly and patient. I didn't have to ask for anything. He was on top of it. Thank You Israel and keep up the good work. Arrived around 5PM, noticed a full parking lot and large groups of people gathered outside and inside. Thought we were going to have a long wait but was pleasantly surprised to be seated immediately after asking if we could sit at the bar. Our server was quick to bring us menus and silverware and take our drink order. Even though he was very busy and the restaurant was full of guests, our server was cheerful, always had a smile and made certain we had everything we wanted/needed. Our appetizers and entrees were served in a very timely manner, hot and made exactly as we ordered. Serving sizes were large enough for us to have leftovers to take home. Everything was perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. Our server, Josh went above and beyond to make our dinner enjoyable. Ask for Josh, you'll get great service. Chili's has never let me down and neither did this one. We were staying in Laughlin at Harrah's and after being let down by some of the restaurants inside of the casino we decided to go somewhere familiar in hopes of satisfying our whole family. This Chili's is technically located in Arizona but it was only a 5 min drive from Laughlin. I love the chill atmosphere and make's bringing the kids here truly enjoyable. I've always been a fan of the chicken crispers so when I saw the new chicken crisper sandwich I had to try it! I got the honey chipotle one and it was delicious! The cold beer also hit the spot. Our servers were nice and friendly and took care of everything we needed. If you're in Laughlin (or Bullhead) and are struggling to find a good dinner spot for the family, just come here! read more

I'm not sure why this Chili's has such a low rating. We were greeted right away by the host, seated promptly, and the restaurant itself was clean with a nice atmosphere. Service was attentive and overall very good. We ordered the $6 mango margaritas, and they came out quickly. They weren't overly sweet and had a great flavor. For food, we tried the Trio Appetizer Platter with Nashville chicken fingers, Nashville mozzarella sticks, and sliders. The portions were generous, and for the price, I thought it was a solid value. We also added a side of fries, but I wouldn't get those again--they were too dry and just not very good. Overall, this is a solid sit-down spot near Laughlin if you're looking for a casual meal with plenty of options to choose from. read more

I was in town for one night and Bullhead City is hotter than hell anyway I ordered online and the process was a breeze. I've done curbside at plenty of other places where they forget the utensils, drinks, or half the food, so I really appreciated their attention to detail here. Everything we ordered was in the bag. The food was mostly good. The only letdown was the spicy chicken burger, it didn't have any spice at all and was a little too salty. Other than that, a solid experience and good service. read more

Our server, Brianna, was very attentive and we felt like her only table (we weren't). We sat by the bar so also chatted with the new bartender, Christi, who was very personable. Hostess was nice. The place was very busy and a lot of people waiting to be seated so we asked if ordering To Go was faster and she said we could go check at the To Go counter. The young lady at the counter was very friendly and great customer service. Waiting for our order she said that we would receive a text when it was ready. That was helpful so that we could sit and wait in the car. read more

1/7/24 - I ordered the Fajita Trio which came with four tortillas; sour cream, cheese, guacamole, and pico de gallo on the side; and a plate with rice, chicken, shrimp, steak, beans, and vegetables. I shared it with my partner and I think that despite sharing, it was still a satisfying meal that filled me up. For the price of the meal, it's a pretty good deal since it comes with a lot of different food that you can decide how to put together. If you have a Chili's Rewards membership, you can get free bottomless chips at every visit. After running out of the tortillas, I used the chips to eat the rest of my meal. I also got to try a part of their chicken sandwich and it was actually really good. The chicken was juicy and there was a good sauce drizzled over it. Decided to try Chili's for date night dinner. My husband and I sat in the lounge area. The bartender acknowledged us within minutes of sitting down and said she would be right with us. When we ordered our drinks, the bartender did tell us there was 10 minutes left for happy hour and my wine was on the happy hour menu! We reviewed the menu and I decided on their mini sliders, which are listed as big mouth bites - 4 in the order - with a side of fries. They were really tasty and delicious. My husband ordered the Alex's Sante Fe burger and he really enjoyed it as there was nothing left in his plate! Definitely worth checking out and we will definitely return to Chili's again soon. read more

We came here yesterday for lunch. The menu had changed a bit so after we were greeted by our server Misty she recommended sone of her favorites. We went with suggestions and ordered the salad and smashed burger. It was wonderful! She was right on. She was assisted by Aubrey who was also very attentive. They both checked on us and kept our soda refilled ! We weren't rushed and enjoyed a leisurely lunch. We have been to this location a few times now. We tend to forget that it is there, I'm not sure why. Their burgers have always been good. Lots of flavor, juicy and just a good tasting burger. Fries have always come out hot. Really hot. Service is decent, always friendly. My biggest complaint is the check out screens at the tables. I'm not a fan. Sometimes they are more trouble than they are worth. However, since our server never came back to check on us, I guess this time it was nice that we could simply pay and leave. read more

Food was not good. Fries were cold. Salad looked whilted. Hamburger with brisket had no flavor and the brisket looked so dry and dead it was disgusting. The service was okay no refills on the drinks no one asked if we needed a refill also the ambiance I don't know it's dark and dank it's not really clean looking. I'm revising my previous review because Chili's no longer serves - CHILI! How the heck can you have a restaurant named Chili's and take chili off the menu? It was the best part of my southwester burger, topped with a side of their really good chili. Shame on you, Chili's!!
