    Nasty old salad
    Jen E.

Yikes. Came here and ordered a veggie primavera pizza slice, pepperoni slice and their just salad supposedly made with "fresh" greens. What a disappointment. I get served a week old looking container of brownish shredded iceburg lettuce with old mushy tomatoes and horrible tasting cucumbers. 6 dollars for this garbage. The veggie pizza wasn't bad but the pepperoni was burnt to a crisp. Also the girl at the register acted like she hated her life. Not coming here again. Pretty pricey for trailer park food.

Worst pizza ever ! Tasted like cardboard.

I have been coming to Laughlin for years I always eat at the buffet same food same thing different day, today we decided to try this little gem. So glad I did . The food was so good, but better then the food was the service . Jared what a doll. He is one of the best and I do not say that lightly servers I have had. Thank you Jared for your recommendations and you're beautiful personality. I truly hope you get recognize as I think what you do is more than just a job . Judy and Gordo from LA

The restaurant must be working hard, after so many negative reviews. We didn't have an issue at all. We had a party of 4, on a Saturday night, and were sat quickly at 7:20. The manager stated that our server was busy but would be with us shortly. That didn't take long at all. She was definitely hustling and seemed tired or slammed, but friendly and efficient, nonetheless. We ordered two small pizzas, eggplant parmesan and lasagna. The breadsticks are on point and the rest of the food was hot, delicious, and filling. I had a glass of Sangria, that was also enjoyable. The prices were fair for the quantity and quality.

Was very disappointed that the restaurant apparently doesn't close until 10 and I arrived at 9:15 to grab a quick bite and was told by staff with a snooty attitude that they were already closed. 1 Star on customer service, 1 star because staff just wanted to go home early.

Basically chopped up lettuce with hardly any tomatoes for $9.00

Weak pizza especially for $4.99 a slice. Lettuce for $9.00. Unfortunately we were in a Rush to get to the concert so we have no choice but to eat here inside Tropicana Hotel.

Although I had dined here years ago, and the food was good, that was under previous management. So, when bidden by our Laughlin next door neighbors to dine here with them less than a month ago, we agreed. And I was pleasantly pleased at the results. Complimentary Garlic Breadsticks glistening with garlic butter were light, soft, and delicious--better than those served at other establishments which highly tout their breadsticks; and probably the best of this species of food that I have sampled to date. I opted to add an unlimited Soup & Salad Bar to my chosen entree of Sausage Puttanesca, which consisted of tapered lengths of soft Red & Green Peppers, Onions, Black Olives, tomatoes, and herbs tossed with spaghetti, and turned out to be a great though somewhat unusual treat. The Salad Bar was not notably distinguished but contained enough ingredients to offer up a very credible and satisfying salad with choices of several dressings. But the Italian Wedding Soup that came with it was tasty oily broth punctuated by numerous small meatballs and long shreds of spinach. A good-looking homemade Minestrone Soup was also available, and my dinner was kicked up a notch with a starter of splendid Crab-stuffed Mushrooms which were very large, cheesy, and topped by numerous granules of crisp bacon. This was a very filling and satisfying meal. Service was very good, and seating comfortable in an informal setting. 4-1/2 stars overall!

The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The all you can eat pasta bowl combo is amazing. It was $11 or $12 for unlimited bread sticks, unlimited salad and soup bar and unlimited pasta. The only downside was it was an extra $1 to change the type of pasta. Still a great deal. Also $9 wine carafes- that was about 4 glasses! The ambience is nice-although everyone walking by can gawk at you eating because of the open concept of the restaurant. Overall this is a good, affordable place to eat.

Italian beef dip/ I have more pictures of burnt around top and edges

Plus, on more than one occasion Diane and I had previously arrived here around 8:30 p.m. and were warmly greeted, seated, and enjoyed our ordered meals. But this Sunday night two days after Halloween, after we had crossed the Colorado River on the Don Laughlin Bridge and had driven for half an hour from our home in Laughlin, we arrived at 8:25 p.m. only to find the restaurant dark and locked, with nobody inside. Granted this was the first day of a time change in California and Nevada from Daylight Savings Time to Standard Time. But this circumstance should have had no effect on Arizona, whose time zone remained the same as the day before. Disappointed, we went in search of another place to eat dinner, and after encountering the kitchen staff of China Panda in the restaurant's parking lot about to leave for home half an hour earlier than its posted closing hour, finally wound up at reliable Black Bear Diner. We were the only patrons seated in the entire capacious restaurant until a few other people walked inside about 15 minutes later This spooky night felt like Halloween, but the tricks and added hunger we experienced occurred just a bit later.

Fantastic. Cooked like it had something to prove. Juicy, flavorful, and honestly the kind of steak that makes you pause mid-bite and reconsider your life choices up to that point. But let's be honest--Pam Pam stole the show. Pam Pam doesn't just bartend... she commands the bar. Drinks don't get made, they get orchestrated. I'm pretty sure she made my cocktail with one hand, took three orders, solved a minor dispute, and still had time to roast me for not knowing what I wanted. Efficient? Yes. Intimidating? Slightly. Entertaining? Absolutely. At one point I'm convinced she knew what I was going to order before I did. I asked for a recommendation and she looked at me like, "You strike me as someone who thinks they want whiskey but really needs a margarita." She was right. I didn't question it. The vibe? Somewhere between a high-end steakhouse and a family party where the funniest relative is in charge. You're not just a customer--you're part of the show whether you planned on it or not. Final verdict: Steak: Drinks: Pam Pam: deserves her own TV series Would I come back? Without hesitation. Would I sit at the bar again? Only if I'm emotionally prepared. 10/10--come for the steak, stay because Pam Pam won't let you leave without laughing at least once.
