Thankfully the nice lady there took the bad meal off our bill and apologized. But it's really sad that the servers have to keep apologizing to the customers for the bad food and false advertising of a sirloin steak when it should be the owner taking responsibility for his negligence amongst other things I won't get into. It looked like the cashiers had to apologize to two other customers before us too. NOTE TO OWNER: If you going to serve ground meat than specify on your menu "Ground Sirloin Steak". And make sure it's not going bad. People get sick eating rotten meat.

And guess what I ordered? Shrimp tacos! Plus I tried their ground beef tacos and their chicken tacos. All were amazing, hence why I came back. Brought a new guest with me so she could try out this hidden gem on the Colorado river. She loved it as well.
