Diane and I dropped in here for another very late dinner after 11:00 p.m., and had our usual of a plain and dry Double-Double for her with one order of French Fries; and a Cheeseburger with Raw Onion, Hamburger with Grilled Onions, and two orders of French Fries for me, along with a refillable Diet Coke. More seating was available than usual, and we had a relaxing meal. The lettuce, tomatoes, and onions on the burgers were all fresh; the buns were soft and supple; cheese inside was well melted; and the burger patties were fresh and thin. This is one of the worst In n Out's I've been to. On a recent visit my burger was way overcooked, and the bun was just a stale crumbly mess. I love In n Out, but man that was a bad burger. On my most recent visit they got my order wrong, and I had to have it corrected twice. Also I have never seen an In n Out be dirty for more than like 5 minutes as there's always someone cleaning. I live in Vegas and have several of this franchise at my disposal...yet this particular In-N-Out is my favorite. Every time I am in Laughlin I go here. The service is fast, the employees are super nice and efficient and they have never messed up my order. Because of daylight savings, we went about 10:45 am and the place was so easy to get into....so if you see all the empty spots that is the reason. Almost every time we come here you have to work out where you are going to sit, because is does such great business. At lunch time on a Saturday the place was busy, the line went quickly and plenty of indoor or outdoor seating available. Coke products always awesome! A hamburger is $3.50 and medium drink is $2.30 with free refills. The staff was courteous and efficient. The Hamburger was full of flavor and fresh veggies with the special sauce. 10 out of 10. It was a little noisy but only with a busy restaurant, I was grateful not to have overhead music. read more

Went into the IN-N-OUT drive through to order burgers and fries there was no one in line great I ordered and and pulled up to the first window service was fast but as soon as I pulled up to the second window they were slow, I thought the drive through had priority? I've been an IN-N-OUT customer for years especially in Southern California where I'm from. I was disappointed that I waited 10 minutes to receive my order when I'm use to getting my order as soon as I get to the second window. 04/02/2024 Been doing sightseeing all day haven't had time for dinner. Someone said let's go to In and Out burger they close at 1 am. Okay we strolled in there about 12:30 am, great the dinning room was still open. Oh by the way the prices were way cheaper than here in California. We ordered 3 Double doubles and fries. The fries were really salty so I took them back to the counter and asked for new fries without salt and well done. They were happy to make it for us and the staff apologized for the salty fries. Popped in here for lunch yesterday because I hadn't had In-N-Out in many months and I was really high. This store is located immediately next door to the Tropicana casino. The service at this particular Laughlin location is astoundingly fast, despite a crowded restaurant. Pretty much every table was occupied on a Wednesday at lunchtime. The store is clean and inviting. I enjoyed my 4x4 burger. It is nice to sit next to the window and look out at the casinos across the street. I imagine this is even better to do at night. Five stars. read more

I was in town to run the Laughlin Half Marathon and was staying at the Tropicana across the street. The finish line was right at that intersection, so it was super convenient to have a couple of Double Doubles here after the race! In addition to those 2 burgers, I also got their Neapolitan shake.
