We had never been here and met up either family here. First off the service here is definitely 5 stars. We ordered our food and waited. All of the staff were kind and friendly. The kids loved their kids meals. My sister and I ordered the fish meal and my only issue was the fish was greasy. I know they made it fresh and it was piping hot but a little too greasy for my taste. But everyone else liked the good and to top it off they give you little taster cups of their frozen custard was 5/5 stars. It's a fast food chain so its ambiance is casual. Place your number at the edge of your table and your order will be delivered. Staff ensure you have everything you want or need. Staff is very friendly! Food was delivered hot and freshly cooked. I'm visiting from out of town but I have a friend who has a house out here. It was her suggestion to come here and I'm not disappointed. I ordered the Cod fish sandwich. The fish was so yummy. It was flaky in the best way and the batter wasn't soggy at all. The whole thing was amazing. We also ordered a concrete mixer with butterfinger. It was so solid and lasted in the major heat. Culver's was my first real job in Florida when I was a kid, so my heart will always have a soft spot for them and I will seek it out when I'm in an area without one. I live in Vegas, so driving two hours out and eating at Culver's is like a luxury to me. We were very excited to go. They are located right outside of a shopping center. There is a cute free library outside the building. Like a normal Culver's, very busy inside and mostly clean aside from a few tables where people recently got up. We sat down with our kids and ordered using the app. You are unable to order through the app and select dine in. So I waited by the counter to receive my order. There was a very long line at the registers with only one elderly man working the registers, so moved to the side since I'm just picking up. The woman working the expo window looked at me like I was an alien and didn't belong there. She asked me if I had been helped, but her tone was as if she was annoyed with my existence which was very off putting and uncomfortable. Eventually we received our food and just ate and left. The food was good as normal, burger fresh and juicy but swimming in ketchup and mayo. Onion rings and honey mustard are a must here for me, since the onion rings are always large, thin, and crispy. What I received were mostly tiny rings smaller than my finger. I've never seen a batch like that come out before. My husband loved his spicy chicken sandwich and curds. Sucks how they don't automatically come with a sauce and you do have to pay extra for it, but that's just the world now. Overall, okay location. Limited parking. Bathrooms were dirty. Stopped in just after lunch for some ice cream (custard). Both kiddos ordered Concrete Mixers with Oreo, my daughter said they were the same as a Blizzard from DQ. My son said they were better! My wife ordered a Reese's Cup mixer and I ate the rest (Dad style!) and it WAS better than a Blizzard. HUGE chunks of Reese's Cup in a perfectly creamy base. Delicious. When I'm in the area, I always make it a point to stop at this Culver's. Boy do I wish we had the Culver's chain in California. Their food is like the un-fast-food -- high quality, diner quality but packaged in a fast food environment. It's always delicious, hot, and seemingly housemade, from freshly fried crispy fish sandwiches, to their juicy beef burgers, plentiful onion rings and fries, and of course their many flavors of sweet-but-not-too-sweet custard. The custard falls somewhere between ice cream and soft serve/fro-yo, with a thick texture that isn't too heavy on the palate. There really isn't another fast food place that does it right out in SoCal other than Freddy's in Victorville (another chain that doesn't really have a Cali presence). You can get a side of coleslaw, chili, broccoli, etc with your meal not just fries! The staff members are friendly and the food always comes out very fast. They are constantly wiping up tables too so that you have a clean place to sit. The store usually has fun things like collectible plushes for sale that are too cute to pass up. Look for the flavor of the month, which is posted outside on their marquee sign, or customize your unique flavor combinations. If a Culver's ever opens up in California, I'll be one of the first in line. read more

Culver's has oftentimes been recommended to us not just for its taste but decent prices. This visit definitely hit the spot and we were happy to bite into our meal. Our order was taken by Landon, and being my first time there, he was able to make some excellent recommendations based on our tastes. In many burger chain restaurants it's rare to have someone take your food to you. I can only count three if even that of national chains. I enjoyed a burger, onion rings, curds, my wife enjoyed her chicken salad, and our kids as always share the meals with us. No complaints here, just compliments to the manager and her crew for giving us a decent experience. My family and I will definitely be back for another visit. read more

Came here earlier when it was extremely busy(due to holiday and soccer tournaments). I ordered a butter burger with cheese and my boyfriend ordered a chicken sandwich. When we got our food everything tasted amazing. I had had a bad experience before but this blew any fast food chain out of the water. This is a fast food restaurant, so greasy food is expected! Probably love it more because it's a "once in a great while" treat for us who live in California- where we have no Culver's locations. That being said, what we love about it is the amazing customer service! We truly felt welcomed and not a burden- like most fast food places make you feel. Oh yea, and the custard treats! Those are pretty delicious anytime but especially in the 100°+ weather that is common around here. We will keep coming back as long as the customer service and cleanliness continues the way it is.
