This is an amazing fast food location, my only complaint is that its a bit pricey I have no complaints about the food, the food is amazing I've been here multiple times and each time I got a few different items. Every single one of them hit. The jumbo shrimp is great, the burgers are great, the onion rings and cheese curds are great. But there is 1 item that just is miles above everything and that is their shakes. I have gotten the strawberry shake each time and It's RIDICULOUS how good it is. It's not super sweet, you get real pieces of strawberry, and its so soothing and perfect in this heat. I don't even care how many calories the shakes have they are worth it every time. Culvers isn't cheap though, I ordered 2 sides shrimp and a shake and it came out to 30$. Its right at that point where its almost justified, but I wish it would be slightly cheaper. I would say if you want to eat fast food, there's no reason to even think about it just go to CULVERS! I am a huge fan of the chain and will be eating here frequently. read more

Love this place -- my go to spot when we are leaving the River -- the deluxe cheeseburger is always fresh, and love the purple onion that they add.. The lemonade is just tart enough, and they also have a strawberry lemonade too. The drive thru is quick and easy -- they also have indoor and outdoor seating, and plenty of parking. read more

Food was ok I had the fish and chips and my wife had the double burger. Definitely nothing special. The fries are exactly the same as Del Taco's fries so they were good. But I can say that the customer service is excellent. Went through the drive through and burger was not made correctly, manager didn't even look at it and asked what's wrong, explained the problem and Hand another burger but it took a little while. This burger was for a family member at home, we ate there. Place was very nice and well kept. And by the way the burger was very dry with just mayonnaise that didn't help at all. After placing your order take your number and drink cup to choose your indoor or outdoor seating. I prefer the outdoor seating. It is covered so no worries about sunburn. Place your number at the edge of your table and your order will be delivered. Staff ensure you have everything you want or need. Staff is very friendly! Food was delivered hot and freshly cooked. We decided to check this place out after hearing that the frozen custard is amazing and the Walleye is outstanding. We were bummed that we missed the Walleye, as they were out. Culver's was my first real job in Florida when I was a kid, so my heart will always have a soft spot for them and I will seek it out when I'm in an area without one. I live in Vegas, so driving two hours out and eating at Culver's is like a luxury to me. We were very excited to go. They are located right outside of a shopping center. There is a cute free library outside the building. Like a normal Culver's, very busy inside and mostly clean aside from a few tables where people recently got up. We sat down with our kids and ordered using the app. You are unable to order through the app and select dine in. So I waited by the counter to receive my order. There was a very long line at the registers with only one elderly man working the registers, so moved to the side since I'm just picking up. The woman working the expo window looked at me like I was an alien and didn't belong there. She asked me if I had been helped, but her tone was as if she was annoyed with my existence which was very off putting and uncomfortable. Eventually we received our food and just ate and left. The food was good as normal, burger fresh and juicy but swimming in ketchup and mayo. Onion rings and honey mustard are a must here for me, since the onion rings are always large, thin, and crispy. What I received were mostly tiny rings smaller than my finger. I've never seen a batch like that come out before. My husband loved his spicy chicken sandwich and curds. Sucks how they don't automatically come with a sauce and you do have to pay extra for it, but that's just the world now. Overall, okay location. Limited parking. Bathrooms were dirty. Stopped in just after lunch for some ice cream (custard). Both kiddos ordered Concrete Mixers with Oreo, my daughter said they were the same as a Blizzard from DQ. My son said they were better! My wife ordered a Reese's Cup mixer and I ate the rest (Dad style!) and it WAS better than a Blizzard. HUGE chunks of Reese's Cup in a perfectly creamy base. Delicious. The highlight for me l, though, was the Flavor of the Day that I got. Today was Chocolatety Caramel Twist. It was exactly as amazing as it sounds! Nice surprise when welcomed when walking in. Restaurant was clean and tidy around the soda area. We ordered a Swiss mushroom burger basket and a double burger. When I'm in the area, I always make it a point to stop at this Culver's. Boy do I wish we had the Culver's chain in California. Their food is like the un-fast-food -- high quality, diner quality but packaged in a fast food environment. It's always delicious, hot, and seemingly housemade, from freshly fried crispy fish sandwiches, to their juicy beef burgers, plentiful onion rings and fries, and of course their many flavors of sweet-but-not-too-sweet custard. The custard falls somewhere between ice cream and soft serve/fro-yo, with a thick texture that isn't too heavy on the palate. There really isn't another fast food place that does it right out in SoCal other than Freddy's in Victorville (another chain that doesn't really have a Cali presence). You can get a side of coleslaw, chili, broccoli, etc with your meal not just fries! The staff members are friendly and the food always comes out very fast. They are constantly wiping up tables too so that you have a clean place to sit. The store usually has fun things like collectible plushes for sale that are too cute to pass up. Look for the flavor of the month, which is posted outside on their marquee sign, or customize your unique flavor combinations. If a Culver's ever opens up in California, I'll be one of the first in line. read more

Review #62 of 2023 Summertime visit Landon FTWin! Every so often, we take a trip from Las Vegas Nevada to our eastern border state Arizona and enjoy the Colorado river at Laughlin/Bullhead City. Culver's has oftentimes been recommended to us not just for its taste but decent prices. This visit definitely hit the spot and we were happy to bite into our meal. Our order was taken by Landon, and being my first time there, he was able to make some excellent recommendations based on our tastes. In many burger chain restaurants it's rare to have someone take your food to you. I can only count three if even that of national chains. I enjoyed a burger, onion rings, curds, my wife enjoyed her chicken salad, and our kids as always share the meals with us. No complaints here, just compliments to the manager and her crew for giving us a decent experience. My family and I will definitely be back for another visit. read more

Came here earlier when it was extremely busy(due to holiday and soccer tournaments). I ordered a butter burger with cheese and my boyfriend ordered a chicken sandwich. When we got our food everything tasted amazing. I had had a bad experience before but this blew any fast food chain out of the water. My food was perfectly cooked and the chicken sandwich was so perfectly crispy. I asked the cashier who was working the grill and heard it was a young man named Troy. My husband and I stopped in to eat lunch. We were on our first road trip of the year and as a married couple from Las Vegas/Henderson. I know Culver's from living in Phoenix-I moved in 2018. This was my husband's first visit to Culver's. He ordered a single butter burger basket with crinkle fries. I ordered a cod fish sandwich with crinkle fries/basket. The food was incredible. FOOD: OMG, I usually don't really eat the entire burger. I'll usually take a bun out. But this burger was SO good! It was a perfect size as well. Not overwhelming huge but not tiny. This is a fast food restaurant, so greasy food is expected! Probably love it more because it's a "once in a great while" treat for us who live in California- where we have no Culver's locations. That being said, what we love about it is the amazing customer service! We truly felt welcomed and not a burden- like most fast food places make you feel. Oh yea, and the custard treats! Those are pretty delicious anytime but especially in the 100°+ weather that is common around here. We will keep coming back as long as the customer service and cleanliness continues the way it is. I hesitated in going in but finally went and my deluxe butter burger did not disappoint. Fisrt off I ordered no mayo, no mustard & no pickles. I checked my order before I left the store and it was exactly as I ordered it. First thing that impressed me was the meat to bun ratio that was A+ Way bigger patties than In N Out. My taste buds did not sense a taste of butter as I hoped. I wanted to start eating it as I drove home but the shredded lettuce told me not to. The last time we went there 5 years ago the food was great. We went their again last Wednesday. When we go home we noticed we did not get the cheese curds we ordered and paid for. We called them and they acted like we where trying to scam them.
