This lady is purposely moving as slow as she can.
    Garrett P.

I called my order in and was told it would be ready in 15min. It took an extra 30 min after I got here because this lady hates her job. I am so tired of the attitude and lack of service in laughlin. How hardbisbit to make a sandwich?!

    Half size capastrami sandwich.
    Robert B.

I had a half size Capastrami sandwich with pastrami and Capriotti's great coleslaw. It was a big enough sandwich for a full meal at the reasonable price of $8. I am puzzled by why the sandwiches here are wrapped in so many layers of paper, especially since I immediately unwrapped it and ate it in the dining area. Also a sign is displayed bragging it has been voted "Greatest Sandwich in America." That's quite a claim but I don't remember that election! Anyway, I like Capriotti's better than Subway. I don't get asked a bunch of questions about what type of bread do you want, what type of condiments, do you want peppers or onions or lettuce, etc? You just get handed a delicious sandwich, which I enjoyed thoroughly. I like the location of this shop: Edgewater Casino in Laughlin, Nevada. Great selection of sandwiches available in different sizes, good price, and quick service. Give it a try if haven't enjoyed it before.

    Bobby with lite Mayo

It's suppose to be a Bobby with light on the Mayo. It had sooo much mayo! Oh and where's the stuffing ? Another sandwich was no tomatoes and onions and they were on it! I would have taken it all back but it was a working lunch so we couldn't. What's going on Capriotti's?

    The sad Cheesesteak!

Ok finally tried this location in Laughlin AZ. Service was good, the counter person who took my order was friendly and efficient. Food came out in a reasonable time frame, and was made fresh to order, so that is a plus. So I ordered a cheesesteak and a Bobby, the CS was just not good, the meat was way over cooked, it was super greasy, and just not a quality cut of meat. So disappointed. No the Bobby on the other hand was outstanding, this sandwich is absolutely delicious! The bread was soft and fresh, the Turkey was absolutely delicious, the stuffing was good, and the cranberry sauce adds just that little extra tang! Could have used a bit more gravy, but overall an outstanding sandwich. Sadly because of the cheesesteak, I can only give three stars, but get the Bobby or Bobbie, for sure! Well worth a stop in for that sandwich alone.

Just visiting Laughlin and check YELP for good places to eat. YELP gives them a 4star rating. So we decided to check them out. They are located inside "EdgeWater Casinos" Tried there famous "The Bobbie" & "Classic Cheese Steak" (The Bobbie-is a Turkey dinner type of sandwich ) & (Classic cheese steak- basics meat & cheese) Both aren't to bad. Cheese steak was pretty good and soft bread. Bobbie was a little on the dry side. But taste ok. Bread was soft also. It would be a good review for me. 4star just because of the cheese steak. I would recommend this place as a good food place.

Whenever we're on vacation in Laughlin, we like to head over to the Bullhead side for a good sit-down breakfast, and this place did not disappoint! As soon as I walked in, I loved all the bright colors and the cool diner experience throughout the restaurant. We were greeted immediately and seated right away. I also noticed there's a full bar off to the right, and it was pretty packed We were seated on the restaurant side and attended to right away. The coffee was hot and delicious, which is always a great way to start breakfast! The menu was extensive, but I came for breakfast, so I went straight to that section and found the pork chop and eggs plate. It came with a choice of potatoes, and I chose the homemade fried potatoes. They weren't listed as an option on the menu, but our waitress was great about it and happy to get them for me for a small upcharge. The plate came with two eggs, and I was also able to choose a pancake on the side. There was also a choice of biscuits and gravy or toast. The portions were generous enough that I was able to share my meal with another person. And all of this was under $20! The pork chops were a great size, and I absolutely loved the way they were cooked. They were super crispy on the outside while still being tender and juicy on the inside, not dry at all. The pancake was another highlight. It was big, fluffy, and had that delicious homemade taste. We also ordered chips and guacamole, and I really enjoyed their chips. They were thick tortilla chips, super fresh and crunchy, and had just the right amount of salt. The guacamole was chunky and delicious. Everyone else in our group enjoyed their meals as well. I'm not sure if Benny's is a family-owned-operated business, but it felt that way. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Even the young kid who helped us toward the end was incredibly friendly and on top of everything, I noticed him at the front making sure the coffee was fresh, and he was such a hard worker. Overall, I had a great first experience at Benny's. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, the prices were reasonable, and the service was wonderful. I would definitely come back and try something else next time. I can't wait to return!

Plus, on more than one occasion Diane and I had previously arrived here around 8:30 p.m. and were warmly greeted, seated, and enjoyed our ordered meals. But this Sunday night two days after Halloween, after we had crossed the Colorado River on the Don Laughlin Bridge and had driven for half an hour from our home in Laughlin, we arrived at 8:25 p.m. only to find the restaurant dark and locked, with nobody inside. Granted this was the first day of a time change in California and Nevada from Daylight Savings Time to Standard Time. But this circumstance should have had no effect on Arizona, whose time zone remained the same as the day before. Disappointed, we went in search of another place to eat dinner, and after encountering the kitchen staff of China Panda in the restaurant's parking lot about to leave for home half an hour earlier than its posted closing hour, finally wound up at reliable Black Bear Diner. We were the only patrons seated in the entire capacious restaurant until a few other people walked inside about 15 minutes later This spooky night felt like Halloween, but the tricks and added hunger we experienced occurred just a bit later.

But we were pleasantly surprised! My husband and our friend both ordered the sausage and peppers, and I had the stuffed shells. Everything was absolutely scrumptious -- the sauce was perfect, not too sweet or acidic, and the marinara had that true homemade flavor. The cheese tasted fresh, and every bite was delicious. They also have a whole gelato bar and fresh desserts -- including spumoni, which is nearly impossible to find these days! We loved everything about our dinner and the atmosphere. The building has an interesting history too -- it used to be a roller rink, so it's spacious and would be great for family gatherings or parties. The only problem we encountered was that a window table was not ready for us until thirty minutes after the time of our reservation. But the river view was worth the wait! We began with a complimentary Bread Basket that included excellent lavosh, and a Shrimp Cocktail Supreme sporting five shrimps. This time the crustations were meaty and flavorful dipped in a two-tone sauce. We requested and received extra lavosh with no resistance. Next up for me was a good French Onion Soup Au Gratin with a large crouton laden with a mix of Parmesan and Swiss Cheeses. Then I tried the Steak Diane Soup that came with Diane's order. It was the best version of this soup that I have sampled to date. Tender chunks of beef dissolved in the mouth carried along by a sea of broth that tasted like Mushroom Gravy. A complex dinner salad followed, with Mixed Greens (no Iceberg Lettuce at all), Grape Tomatoes, Artichoke Hearts, Bleu Cheese Dressing and Bleu Cheese Crumbles. It was here over 25 years ago that I first tasted wonderful Bleu Cheese Crumbles in the same type of salad. After cleansing our palates with Lemon Sorbet, for mains I had lean Veal Piccata with Capers and Spaghetti slathered with a delectable Lemon Cream Sauce, while Diane enjoyed her usual order of Coquilles Saint Jacques. This time the included Scallops were very small but the Shrimps were very big, and portions were generous. For dessert we splurged on two orders of delicious Bananas Foster prepared tableside, and I had a Decaf Coffee. Richard, our server, did a wonderful job of flambeeing this treat, that by this time was accompanied by a few bursting fireworks that were visible to us just across the Colorado River from our perches above. The elegant ambiance of the restaurant this evening could not have been better. We left in time to observe most of the Rockets Over the River fireworks show from our parked car on a hilltop overlooking the Laughlin Strip well above Casino Drive. It was a magical night!
