I placed an order for two sandwiches and I arrived 20 minutes later to pick them up . There was two groups in front of me the first group took 10 minutes to place their order . The next guy had a coupon it took them 10 minutes to figure out how to accept the coupon finally three grown adults barely were able to take care of the customers and they got to me my sandwiches were ready it took me 22 minutes to get in and out of there for food that I had ordered on the phone the help here is absolutely worthless they can hire Junior High kids that would do a better job than these supposed adults read more

I had a half size Capastrami sandwich with pastrami and Capriotti's great coleslaw. It was a big enough sandwich for a full meal at the reasonable price of $8. I am puzzled by why the sandwiches here are wrapped in so many layers of paper, especially since I immediately unwrapped it and ate it in the dining area. Also a sign is displayed bragging it has been voted "Greatest Sandwich in America." That's quite a claim but I don't remember that election! Anyway, I like Capriotti's better than Subway. I don't get asked a bunch of questions about what type of bread do you want, what type of condiments, do you want peppers or onions or lettuce, etc? Ok finally tried this location in Laughlin AZ. Service was good, the counter person who took my order was friendly and efficient. Food came out in a reasonable time frame, and was made fresh to order, so that is a plus. So I ordered a cheesesteak and a Bobby, the CS was just not good, the meat was way over cooked, it was super greasy, and just not a quality cut of meat. So disappointed. No the Bobby on the other hand was outstanding, this sandwich is absolutely delicious! The bread was soft and fresh, the Turkey was absolutely delicious, the stuffing was good, and the cranberry sauce adds just that little extra tang! Could have used a bit more gravy, but overall an outstanding sandwich. Sadly because of the cheesesteak, I can only give three stars, but get the Bobby or Bobbie, for sure! I have always heard great things about Capriotti's but have never had it. I am currently in Laughlin and really wanted to try it. There are signs everywhere advertising (including right outside the restaurant and the online hours) that they are open daily at 11 am however when my husband and I arrived at the restaurant they were closed. We asked an employee that worked for Edgewater if they knew when they might be opening and he said that they are only open on the weekends. Why advertise along the riverwalk and all the casinos that they're open when they clearly are not. Unfortunately I work weekends and will probably never get a chance to try them. read more

They are located inside "EdgeWater Casinos" Tried there famous "The Bobbie" & "Classic Cheese Steak" (The Bobbie-is a Turkey dinner type of sandwich ) & (Classic cheese steak- basics meat & cheese) Both aren't to bad. Cheese steak was pretty good and soft bread. Bobbie was a little on the dry side. But taste ok. Bread was soft also. It would be a good review for me. 4star just because of the cheese steak. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich and the flavors in this sandwich are out of this world ! I highly recommend that one! There's Onion, Mushroom, Parmesan Cheese, Marinara, and I asked for Spicy Peppers added. For my side I asked for the Tomato Bisque soup and let me tell you... that was the RIGHT CHOICE! Very disappointing this is one of our favorite sandwich shops. They closed an hour early multiple days in a row but haven't updated their hours on anything. When I asked the second day why they were closed whenever says they are open until 7 they stated they are short staffed. The first day we walked up at 6 and tried to walk in and the worker blocked the entrance literally right in front of us 1 whole hour before they were supposed to close. The next day they we called at 5:45 and the lady on the phone said they were closed now. This is a location located in a casino and you're closing that early? When asked why they were closed because the hours state until 7pm , one of the employees snootily replied they were short staffed. Overall this place is a nightmare. The only good employee they had there retired as they would not give her a pay raise. Place is in total disarray. They are usually out of something on the menu at any given time. My last straw was this last time we ate there. Several times (we go around noon each time) they do not have the Tuna made. Very fresh ingredients. The bread was nice and soft and our large roast beef was huge. They cut it into three pieces and it was enough to feed the two of us. Probably one of the best cheesesteak sandwiches I've had the bread was fresh and so were the topping there's nothing bad I can say about the sandwich. I went to the one inside the Edge water casino. At first I thought the staff were all really nice and friendly. The girl who had took my order was very nice and talkative, she told me she was from hemet but had moved out here to Arizona/NV. I had ordered a bbq chicken salad. When I had got my order and went back to my hotel room. I realize that my order was wrong. I didn't get a receipt, but I thought it would be okay since I was just there. I go back to the restaurant and it was a older lady who was at the register. I told her my order was wrong and that I had asked for the bbq chicken salad. But I had got the one with walnuts. I told her that I am allergic to walnuts and I cannot eat it. She replied in a RUDE LOUD TONE " I cannot help you, without a receipt. I told her, the girl never gave me a receipt! As I was telling her I see a stack of receipts next to the register and I almost wanted to grab it and show her my receipt, I was literally there not even 10 mins ago and I know my receipt is there! It was most likely on top or the second one bc at the time the place was slow. The lady just kept yelling at me, 1 guy that was working there came up and he had told her, I was just there. And then another guy went up and said yes she was just here! I told them I had spent $18 and even tipped $1. The other guy asked me what my name was and I told him. He then found my receipt and said "I order the BBQ chicken and they had made my order wrong"! He then said who made the order? The older lady stayed quiet and walked away and didn't even apologize, why? Because she was the one who made the wrong salad! So fuck you lady! And to the 2 guys what was working there who kindly helped me out and was nice the whole entire time. Thank you! If if wasn't for you 2, I would've got stuck with a salad that I wasn't able to eat. And it would have been a waste of my money. I don't know the names of the 2 guys but they looked like they were young and Asian. If the owner or manger sees this review you should have your employees give out receipts from now on, just in case stuff like this happens again. The employee should not take it out on us customers, especially when we did nothing wrong. We tried to eat here last night (Saturday, July 9, 2022) before attending a concert (Clint Black) next door at the E Center. Understandably, there was a long line, since it was a busy concert Saturday night, and a manager came out to tell everyone waiting in line that it was taking at least 35 minutes for orders to be made due to how busy it was.
