Yelpies! Stayed at Harrah's in Laughlin and was happy to see they had a burger spot. Smashburger!! i got a single smashburger with regular fries and a drink. The burger was good, nothing too crazy good taste and the fries were ok too. The store is not too clean you have to let them know if someone can clean the tables or spills on the ground because of people coming from the river with wet shoes and clothes. They are open late which is good but they do run out of their smashfries. read more

First off, this location was opened until 6AM during our trip to Harrahs resort in Laughlin. How amazing! We definitely took advantage of those late night bites. Servers were all really cool and nice. We had good conversations with a new one Everytime we went and they all told us something new about the area that we didn't know. The food came out pretty quick and was super warm. We got to take it right up to our room and enjoy it hot. The breakfast sandwich was to die for. It was so warm with so much cheese. It filled me up too. Very nice option after a day of drinking. The smashtots were sooo very good. The seasoning they use is great, and they're super crispy and delicious. I'm so sad we don't have any in our city, but am willing to make the 45 minute drive to try the one closest to me. read more

We ordered the regular fries with the Smash Tots that has garlic and rosemary OMG!!! Everything was great! At least our experience was! Great time at Laughlin and Smash Burger at it off!! read more

This is located inside the Harrah's Laughlin. Had to get dinner for the kids. We went right in time before the line started to get long. I had ordered chicken strips with fries for the kids. Service wasn't the best, but place was decent to have dinner. We waited about 15 to 20 minutes for our food. Portion was big enough for kids to share. Chicken strips were crispy and juicy. So yummy and tasted better dipped with their secret sauce. Fries came out well done perfect for kids' expectations. I didn't get the chance to try their smashburger, but will have to check them out next time. read more

Short staff one person on the counter and one on the grill. Made both sense for being inside a VERY busy hotel with so many families! Food was great burger prices were perfect. If you are at the harrahs place online order by 8pm for pick up . Lines were long and good food takes time. read more

Worst place ever. Unsanitary!!! Staff is touching their faces, nose, trash, phone, counters , hair etc and touching the food. What looks to be manager is not helping her staff. Staff is talking , laughing in the corner. 1 hour to 1:30 hours wait. Nobody lets us know about the wait AND does not apologize, we instead got yelled at. I have never experienced a place like this. Very short on staff and disrespectful. I love this place but in this location is a mess they all look like they hate it here and they seem to be lost and confused. Do yourself a favor and do not come here!!!!! read more

Located in Harrahs near the food court area heading towards the arcade. They are also the only thing open super late which I believe the girl who rang us up said open until 6am. We got the tater totes which were reaaallly delicious! And then we got the breakfast sandwiches which were good as well! The line gets really long towards the late night so be prepared to wait a little while. read more

Do not waste your time. Came here Friday night 07/10/26. Ordered a side or fries, tater tots, and a large drink. I waited over an hour until I could not understand what would take so long. I went up to the counter and there was a crowd of people, about 10-15 demanding their food. I spoke to a few of them and they shared that some had been waiting even longer than I had. Overall, it was a horrible experience and the staff did not help. In fact, they were a bit rude and ignored most of us. I will repeat it once more, do not waste your time. read more

My mom and I were inching closer to hanger while in Laughlin. We stumbled across smashburger while visiting Harrah's. Was it anything special? No, some of the tables were not cleaned and slightly broken, but the food was decent. Maybe because we were so hungry, but I wolfed down my crispy chicken sandwich (which was two chicken strips on a bun with lettuce, tomato, mayo). I was also pleasantly surprised with their herb-y tots. My mom got a burger and it was a typical fast food burger. It was fine for what it was. read more

As we were wandering through Laughlin, we decided to stop at Harrah's and when we saw Smashburger we decided to grab some lunch. I got a Smashburger, my daughter got a chicken burger and we split some seasoned tater tots. All of the food actually tasted good! And I don't know what was in the tater tots but I loved them. Service was fast and the cashier was very friendly so we were glad we made a stop there for some quick lunch. read more

Food was a big miss. Had a bacon cheeseburger and had no vegetables on it. Instead, onions and tomatoes were sitting on the counter with no utensils to retrieve them. Service last night was awful! Had to use kiosk as they were short handed. Would get a long line and kid would stop service, tell folks to turn around and use kiosk as he went to make milkshakes. Very unorganized. read more

Horrendous customer service! Inadequate staff, poorly trained, poorly managed, poorly staged operations! Cold food! Not a lot of options at Harrah's for some basic fast food. Smashburger - Bacon smash burger. Slapped at 3am after drinking and gambling - Burgers Near Me - Laughlin, Nevada

I visited this location while on a weekend getaway 6/6. I ordered a burger and smashed fries from Brenda who didn't seem too thrilled to be there.. when I finally got my food I realized the bag the fries were in was covered in oil . And the fries were DRENCHED in oil.I showed my friends and they advised me to ask for another batch . I hesitated because I really hate to be a bother but after a few minutes of going back and forth about it I decided to ask for another batch . When I go up to Brenda with the oiled bag she immediately says "you ordered smash fries that's how they come." I was confused cos there's no way that they are suppose to come like that.(my friends ordered smash tots and they did not come like that) anywho I say "okay can I just get regular fries ?" She doesn't respond, turns and whispers something to the cook and WALKS AWAY from me . Literally nothing from her . I assumed she asked the cook to make a new batch so I sat back down . After waiting 5-10 mins my friend went to Brenda and told her again about the situation and that's when she asks the cook to make fries ! After that , we asked for a manager . She said he was busy and he would be out shortly . I believe his name was zaine? As he comes out to talk I explain the situation. Calmly and in a very respectful tone . I told him I get it , it's 4 am. I wouldn't want to be here either but I also did not need to be treated that way . He told me he was going to refund me the fries (which wasn't even what I asked for ) then he tells me he accidentally refunded me the burger as well (which in my head was the LEAST he could have done ) then he made me RE pay for my burger . After that, my friend told him that she didn't appreciate the service and he dismissed her. It was an awful experience. I have worked and customer service for yearssss. I understand we all have off days but that was inexcusable. Please do better read more

I want to recognize the truly extraordinary customer service from Beatrice at the Smashburger inside Harrah's Laughlin. We've been visiting Laughlin regularly since 2021, and every single time we see her, she stands out. Her teamwork attitude, professionalism, hard work, and perseverance are obvious the moment you watch her in action. She handles nonstop demands with incredible multitasking skills, all while staying positive, friendly, and focused. What makes her especially memorable is how consistently she goes above and beyond. She's always working hard, always helping others, and she truly makes the whole experience feel exceptional. Employees like Beatrice are rare, and she absolutely deserves recognition for the fantastic job she does. read more

1/5/24 - We came in near closing time where no one else was around except us and the staff. We got the 5-count Chicken Tenders, Breakfast Burger (which is served all day like the rest of their breakfast menu), and their Smash Fries which are tossed in rosemary, garlic, and olive oil. Some of the chicken tenders were more like nuggets due to how small some of them were. The breakfast burger looked almost like it was burnt all over and it didn't look all that appealing. It tasted okay, but I would've liked the egg to be a bit more runny. The fries had an interesting flavor profile to them as I have never had fries prepared in this way, and they turned out to be decent. Overall, the food was less than was expected even from a casino burger joint. It was all a bit too expensive for the quality. Also, my siblings got the Bacon Burger and it looked nothing like how it was advertised in the signs posted in the store. All the other hotel guests that we saw walking by obviously weren't opting to eat here or at the pizza parlor next door, but rather had ventured out to get food from other places to bring back to the hotel. If you really don't want to leave the hotel and are looking for a quick bite, then I guess this place gets the job done. Otherwise, you should spend the time or extra money going to the other restaurants in the hotel or some other place outside. read more

Smashburger - Burgers Near Me - Laughlin, Nevada

This location is a disgrace to the Smashburger brand, and should be closed. Let me count the ways: 1) Despite being a DINE IN location with numerous tables, they have NO TRAYS and serve the food in a to-go bag, with the burgers wrapped in paper. You're constantly battling to not have your burger touch the (dirty) table when you put it down. Awful. 2) RUDE employees. The woman at the counter was nasty from the second I ordered from her, as if I were a bother. When I asked for my sandwich to be modified (such as the pickles on the side), she scoffed. 3) Bizarre policies. My son wanted a double burger, and I forgot to order him the second patty. Right after we received it, I realized my mistake and tried to order the second patty. The female employee REFUSED, stating "You can't order a patty by itself, you have to order the whole burger. We can only add a patty." I explained that we just ordered 10 minutes ago, and I wanted to add a patty to that order. She refused, calling it a "different order" and wanted me to pay $10 for an entire second burger. I objected, and she had to go to her manager (next door) and have a 10-minute discussion with him before they approved it. What is going on here?!?! I just wanted to buy a freakin' second patty which I forgot to mention when I did my order! This location is an embarrassment to both the Smashburger brand and the Harrah's brand. It needs to be shut down, or they need to clean house and hire an entirely new staff. read more

Smashburger - Bacon smash burger with fries - Burgers Near Me - Laughlin, Nevada

This place has to be one of the worst places I have ever ate at. I took my mom here because we were staying inside the Harrah's hotel. We ordered two burgers, two fries and two drinks. So when I paid, it seem like it was quite steep, but I didn't check out the receipt until we sat down. When we got our order there was actually three burgers. I explained to the manager that we only had ordered two burgers, so she approached the cashier, who apparently upset that I brought the burger back. The manager never apologized, just got the money that was owed back to me and put it on the counter in front of me and walked away. As I returned to my seat, I noticed that there was a very slippery substance on the floor between the booth's and the drink fountain. I went back to the same manager and explained about to her about the spill on the floor. She came approximately 5 minutes later after standing around talking and laughing with another employee. She finally walked back with a rag and threw it on the floor, while using her right foot, sweeping back-and-forth. She actually never did get any liquid off the floor. We noticed she kicked the rag into the corner, and as I walked over, I noticed the rag was as in the corner underneath where the drinks were. Being that the floor was still wet And slippery, we had to walk around it to avoid slipping. We also saw that the same manager leave the establishment, leaving the floor very slippery. The food is nowhere near what it looks like in the pictures either, and the food tasted just as bad. This is my third time back here, and each time it's gotten worse and worse. We will never ever go back to this establishment ever again. Harrahs should be embarrassed that they had this burger place inside their establishment. The staff here obviously don't care about the safety or the care for the food or it's building maintenance as they are serving. The most they cared about was standing around talking to each other. Also the booths were DIRTY with food and other items on the table. read more

Smashburgers takes Caesar's Reward Points, so we decided to try it. If you go to this place when they first open at 11 AM, you shouldn't have any problems, but if you go when they are busy in the evening, you will starve before you get your order. I looked at my phone to see the menu at this location. My hubby wanted a hot dog & it said they had an "All American Dog", so I sent him downstairs to get a cheeseburger, hot dog & fries. There were about 50 people & only three workers. My hubby ordered my cheeseburger & fries, but they said they didn't have hot dogs, so he got a cheeseburger. When he was handed the bag, there were no fries. The reply was "Sorry, we forgot yours." No offer to get more. About one-third of the guests went back to the counter to complain about missing food. The burgers were surprisingly good. The management is not. Not enough workers. Lack of supplies. "So-what" attitude. read more

The whole tip thing at the kiosk is such a joke. It's fast food. Sometimes I do it if the person seems pleasant. Glad I didn't here. We order some chicken tender and fries and go sit at the bar stools at end of the counter 12 feet away. The employee knows it's my food, knows where im at but walks over to to counter and calls my number so I have to get up to go get it. Easily could have walked a few steps. Nope. The food was gross! You can tell that the oil they fried the chicken is very old and dirty. Fries were 2 hours old. The funniest part is it was the third time I ate here in 3 days. It's in a casino with almost no other food options. First time, chicken sandwich, same gross taste, old oil. Second time just a cheese burger, catchup only. 10 x more catchup than needed. All over the place and the meat had a bad flavor. The management must be terrible because the restaurant sure is. read more

Counter person was rude and had a lot of attitude. Then the food was horrible, the bacon on my burger was so uncooked, almost raw. This place is an absolute disgrace. They charge aggressive prices and give the worst service ever. They actually have the nerve to solicit tips at checkout. The heavyset girl with a nose ring explained in detail how to leave a tip. When I declined she had to instruct me how to skip it and just pay the total. I placed an order for delivery to my room while over an hour later I called the young man answering the phone said he was alone and sorry it would be another half an hour. I waited longer. So I went downstairs to find out what was actually going on. I was told that the other girl doesn't like to check the online orders. The manager in charge offered me a refund which I gladly accepted. She sat there and pretended to do a refund. I went back down a couple hours later just to see if there's some kind of receipt or anything and she said no, but she'll check the dailies in the morning. Guess what? Three days later? No refund. All I wanted was to not be charged the delivery fee. I don't care about paying for the food, not to mention, they got the order wrong. read more

First time trying Smashburger. My husband gets burgers from everywhere (no lettuce, tomato, onions, etc..) He said it was very good.
