Coyote Cafe is definitely a LOCALS favorite and certainly didn't disappoint us. The Waffle was so so good. Breakfast potatoes and their hash browns were "Amazing" Portions are healthy in size and delicious. In our group we had, Breakfast burrito , Waffle, Bacon and cheese omelette. The bread that is brought in for the toast and sandwiches is thick and really really GOOD! Get the Sourdough or white bread with your meal. We wanted to buy a loaf to take home, because it was so good. Not a bad thing to say about anything at Coyote Cafe. Customer service was ON POINT and so very friendly. Wish we had more photos. This is a recent discovery. Restaurants have been hit or miss in Laughlin since Lodge closed their restaurant...in-in-out became the goto. Now Coyote Cafe has made my list of places to go. Just cross the bridge and short drive down the river in Bullhead City. Recommend the biscuits and gravy. Friday morning off and felt like breakfast food. Stopped to get gas at the Maverik across the street, and lo and behold our eyes looked up to see the Coyote Cafe (the second Coyote Cafe that is, II). Typical breakfast diner vibes, little signs and Knick knacks that would be hanging in grandma's house. Seems like a local favorite, with most of the booths filled. We went with the ham steak breakfast, build your own breakfast with the waffle, and an extra side of biscuits and gravy. All in all very good, ham steak was a standout for me. The food and service is excellent! This was my Father-in-laws favorite restaurant in Bullhead City. We always stop here for breakfast when ever we are in the area. We will adjust our time and route to insure we make it for breakfast. Our favorite is the Chicken Fried Steak breakfast. It's my favorite anywhere! The omelettes are really good as well. They just recently remodeled and the ambiance is even better. Very nice place with very good employees. Everyone is upbeat and friendly. I can't remember ordering anything that wasn't great. Was on vacation and in the area and decided to check out coyote café. We noticed the outside was a bit busy so we figured the food must be good. We went in and they are in the middle of remodeling is what I assume and it was pretty busy. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated and that door kept opening nonstop with more people coming and going our waitress was so sweet and beyond so helpful we went ahead and place our order and then our food order. Service was top notch in the beginning. Salad was very fresh. Dressing very good. Cheeseburger looked good but....it's not real meat. It's a soy burger and my last bite had tons of bone. Thought I broke a tooth. But wait, there's more. Had to use restroom before leaving and I am a widow so I dine alone. Came back to my table and my ticket and tea had been cleared. They were nice enough to give me tea to go but that didn't sit well with me. First time eating here and will be the last. That burger made me violently ill immediately. read more

Staying in Laughlin and tired of casino food. Brought up my trusty Yelp app and found Coyote Cafe. Consider us hooked! Love the coffee shop appeal, the service was super friendly and attentive, and our food was awesome (and served very quickly). Waffle with berries and French toast combo, eggs and bacon. Even though the parking lot was overflowing, only had to wait a couple minutes for a table - 11:30am Sunday morning! To top it off, the prices were more than reasonable - highly recommended! read more

Another 5 star breakfast compliments of Coyote cafe! We first came here 5 years ago and swore that we'd come back next time we passed this way...and here we are - and glad we came back. This is a great little breakfast diner! (Pretty sure the lunch is great too) I am on a low carb diet and got the chili, cheese & onion omelet ($13.99) and it was great! Lots of cheese (which I love!) and the raw onions added a nice little bite to the simple brilliance of this breakfast. (FYI the chili isn't homemade but it's still really good) I got a side of home fries, cottage cheese & it was as expected with a tomato on top. Girlfriend got the build your own breakfast with strawberry waffles, eggs, & bacon. The show stopper was the waffles and we also loved the home fries. Food - Five Stars Service - Five Stars Ambiance - Five Stars I've heard great things about Coyote Cafe for years. Well, today I finally found out they're as good as advertised. I had the Chicken Fried Steak with Breakfast Gravy, Scrembled Eggs Soft (cooked perfectly), Hash Browns Well Done (cooked perfectly), and I substituted the Toast with a Pancake. Stopped in for Breakfast on Monday. We were seated by a very pleasant young lady happy to see us. Daniele swooped in for a round of much needed coffee. She had a warm welcoming smile and made us feel at home. We had a group of 4 and we all loved our breakfast. The food was hot and made to order. What a gem! I don't get how this place has 4 stars. Is it fashionable and hip? Nope. But is that what your cooking here for? No. The service staff is kind and efficient. The food was delicious. My husband got the fathead special and I got the build-your-own breakfast. The French toast was tasty, the home fries (potatoes) were good, the eggs were eggs, and the biscuits and gravy were surprisingly good. My expectations are always low with b&g, but the gravy was flavorful and we didn't need to add salt & pepper to give it a taste (most places have gravy like paste with no flavor). These two meals and coffee and OJ were $40. It's not a cheap-o diner, but it's tasty and doesn't take a long time. The ambiance is (shockingly) a straightforward-diner vibe. The booths aren't uncomfortable, which is great for my 280 lb, 6' 3" husband; it wasnt too tight a fit for him. We'll likely come back tomorrow and maybe the day after too. read more

Very busy! Cutely decorated, very friendly service but had to wait a long long time for almost everything. Received coffee and water right away. A lot of workers walking/standing around but only 2 of them taking orders. They need to utilize the other workers. 5 tables sat down after us and orders were taken before ours and they received their food and finished before we even received our food. But they were quick to drop off the check. Everyone had quicker service than us. Coffee was very bland and not good. And the water tasted like faucet water. Order small breakfast with 2 eggs, French toast, bacon, and a side of biscuits and gravy. Eggs were nice and fluffy, crispy bacon, French toast was delicious and the biscuit n sausage gravy really good. Did not need to add any seasoning to the gravy. Hubs had the sirloin with over easy eggs and hash browns. Sirloin cooked perfectly and seasoned good. Can't mess up over easy eggs, but the hash browns were bland. If you do not mind waiting a long long time this is a ok place. Spent over 2 hours total here. read more

A Cozy Diner With Good Food Having had enough with the high meal prices across the river on the Laughlin strip, we decided to try a local diner that had good reviews and this cafe does not disappoint. We both enjoyed the brewed iced tea. My wife ordered the 1 Egg on Top, 1/2 order Biscuits and Gravy and Sausage ($6.99 on the Senior Menu). Our waitress assured me I would be happy with the Grande Breakfast Burrito with Chorizo ($8.99). My wife's sausage gravy was very tasty with light fluffy biscuits. My burrito was excellent and huge, filled with chorizo and other good things and a zippy salsa side. It's not fancy, the locals really enjoy it and the food is tasty, plentiful and reasonably priced. It was nice to see a locally owned restaurant (well, better than chain restaurants anyway). The cafe was packed on Sunday morning with a usual crowd of people wanting to have breakfast. The place was clean and the staff were nice and friendly. Service was fast and efficient even though the place was packed and we had to wait about 20 minutes for a table. Prices were good. I ordered a regular egg breakfast and my sister ordered a senior omelet. I couldn't really tell the difference in the portions, so I'll be ordering off the senior next time. read more

We missed this place the last time we were in town and remembered to try this time. Because of how every place in Bullhead has a parking lot for 10 cars and seating for 5 people, we figured it would be too busy. Luckily, we got in there and got seated right away. It was one of the last tables and the line began to grow after we sat down. I read that the steak and eggs were great, so I went for that. Wife got biscuits and gravy with 2 eggs and hashbrowns. I upgraded to biscuits and gravy and then got a pancake on the side. It was a couple bucks cheaper than keeping the pancake and ordering the SOS on the side. They asked how I wanted my steak, I asked for medium rare. Food got to us in a reasonable time, but I wouldn't say quickly. Staff was friendly and smiling, but they were working hard, all the tables were full at this point. My hashbrowns and eggs weren't seasoned very much at all, but for something like this, I don't mind so much, I'd rather season my own. Eggs were proper over medium. The steak was well done, plain and simple--it was also a quarter inch thick, so I'm not surprised as it's a breakfast steak and not really meant to be hugely filling. It was scored and treated/tenderized, so it was quite tender even if no pink/red was to be seen. I still enjoyed it. Odd that they ask how you'd like it done, though, it doesn't seem like there's much to work with. Biscuits were great, large and fluffy with a good crust. Gravy was average, I'd say. Nothing special, fit just right. Pancake was also pretty standard. Some places master pancakes to where you write raving reviews about them. These were just pancakes. Not great, not bad, just good old pancakes. Portions were decent. Much more than more expensive places I won't mention (cough*bumbleberry*cough). Excuse me. For a still reasonable price (gone are the days of $10 plate filling breakfasts, hello $14 dollar days), it was good and filling. Nothing stood out as amazing, but all of it was good. For what it's worth, the black coffee was exactly what I was looking for in a diner cup of coffee. Perfect. read more

Coyote Cafe II is the actual name and it is a weathered looking place along Arizona Highway 95. They serve breakfast and lunch 7AM to 1:30PM, seven days a week. We had the polish sausage and eggs plate and eggs and 8 ounce ham steak. Both plates came with some of the best hashed browns we have had in a long time. The plates come with toast and have options for fruit or refried beans instead of potatoes. They keep your coffee cup filled with a smile too. Service is friendly. Prices are reasonable. If you are in Laughlin, NV, it is not far away once you cross the river. You will enjoy it. read more

We were in Laughlin for the journey concert and wanted to find a place to eat breakfast. But we didn't want to do the usual dennys or black bear diner thing. So I saw this place on Yelp and decide to give it a shot. The omelettes were delicious and good portion size. The home fries were good but could have been better if the onions and peppers were cooked more and the potato's could have been cooked a little longer. The toast is thick and has a good flavor. The servers were friendly and attentive. The place is a little older and starting to show its age. If you are in Laughlin and looking for a quaint place to eat with good food I would definitely recommend this place!!! When I am back in Laughlin I will definitely come back again. read more

Why raise the price of eggs?!? My husband and I used to have our early breakfast here and now it's too expensive. To Laughlin it is.
