We explained that we normally start our mornings with a vegetable-forward smoothie and were hoping she could help us hit reset. She absolutely delivered. She made us an incredible green smoothie packed with spinach, kale, beets, and a whole list of other fresh ingredients. She even added a scoop of vanilla protein to round it out perfectly. While it was clear most of her regulars gravitate toward fruit-forward smoothies, she was more than happy to create a completely custom blend just for us, even though it wasn't on the menu.
