Multiple managers and workers fired or left that I worked with and had to tell who ever was the bud tender that night what I'd be doing even if I'd been working there for months. One night some employees started letting guest join late even when there was only 30 mins left of the event and I wouldn't be told till after the guest paid. I had a ride since I didn't want to drive under the influence, and I had a strict schedule with this ride and I've had that schedule with working there for months (I started working in October 2024 this was February 2025). The event started at 6 and ended at 8 I would stay till 9 if needed so I could clean up, but I couldn't stay later than 9:30. They still had people painting till closing. I felt bad and gave some of my earnings to the closer since I couldn't stay longer to clean. I was promised 3 more event dates in March, April, and May. I asked for the event days since everything was always communicated last second and they didn't promote it anywhere outside their store, I was the only one that promoted it. They made 50% of the earnings every night. Even for February they had different prices and didn't let me know, so I promoted it wrong since I wasn't told. When I came in for March the familiar employees told me they were shocked I came in because they weren't told there was an event that night and that they just told 20+ people (including large parties) that there was no event. I stayed till 6:30 incased anyone showed up, no one did. Plus that didn't matter because they didn't know where the supplies was anyways. I texted the manager Kari, who I was in contact with since January about what had happened and to ask if she still wanted to continue the events, she never replied. I sent her another message incase she opened it and forgot to reply (I do that all the time) still no reply. I called to make sure since the date for the next event was getting closer, she never called me back. I even went in to ask to talk to her, she also wasn't in. Did I sign a contract to be a hired employee, no. Did I expect to be compensated for my time and efforts? no. What I did expect is at least the common decency to talk to me like an adult and let me know that they aren't going to continue the events with me apart of them. I can handle rejection I didn't depend on this job, did it help out a lot Yes! But life is life. But if a manager can't even handle to draft out a respectful text to someone who helped them promote their business and events and even helped them make some money as well, the least they could do is not ghost me like a middle schooler.

The owner picked one bottle for me and gave it to me and I went to the cashier , ( gen ) and I pay for it too . I looked at the tea tree oil bottle and I realized that I was paying for a tester bottle , which I saw the word, Tester , written on the bottle. I point this out to the owner but I noticed that the owner got upset when I said that and she told (Gen) to go inside to get me a different bottle . ( Gen )came back and said they don't have any more of the size that I wanted . Then I decided not to buy the tester . but I wondered why she tried to sell me a tester but I did not say anything . Then Grace asked the owner , if she could show Grace a couple of things , all of a sudden, this owner who seemed extremely impatient and pushy whom we felt as if she was rushing us to buy and leave . As Grace was expressing to the owner what she wanted , the owner said t to Grace that she does not have time and she has to go and she said that this will be the extent of her help to Grace . Then the owner said to Grace out of the blue, , aren't you a nutritionist, the owner said to Grace , then you should know what you want , Grace responded, I never said I am a nutritionist , I said to the owner , I was here and Grace never said she was a nutritionist . Grace said to the owner, I am only asking you a question because (Gen ) told us to ask you . The owner walked away from us and refused to help . we tried to reason with her so she can help Grace because Grace who had 2 strokes in the past really needed those vitamins , but the owner refused to help us even though we just paid over $110.00 in vitamins .
