After the business I used to go to limited what I want to one kind that I didn't like I was forced to look elsewhere. Luckily I found Old Town Vape just down the road. They introduced me to a couple of types I never heard of. Both fantastic and in a great price range. As I said, there price points are great (for what I use). Alan the owner is a great guy and all about helping the customer. The employees are fantastic. Risa, the manager is as good as they come. If they run out of my regular choice, she is offering another good item and still gets what I want into the store in short order. They just brought in a new employee, Sara(h). She's got the right personality and attitude and will be great once she is up to speed. I can't say enough good things about this business and the people there. Alan picked the right manager and they pick the right employees. I have NO complaints about pricing or service. Just great things to say. Try them out!

I was hired to work events for the lounge and management didn't communicate with me or their other…read moreemployees at all. Multiple managers and workers fired or left that I worked with and had to tell who ever was the bud tender that night what I'd be doing even if I'd been working there for months. One night some employees started letting guest join late even when there was only 30 mins left of the event and I wouldn't be told till after the guest paid. I had a ride since I didn't want to drive under the influence, and I had a strict schedule with this ride and I've had that schedule with working there for months (I started working in October 2024 this was February 2025). The event started at 6 and ended at 8 I would stay till 9 if needed so I could clean up, but I couldn't stay later than 9:30. They still had people painting till closing. I felt bad and gave some of my earnings to the closer since I couldn't stay longer to clean. I was promised 3 more event dates in March, April, and May. I asked for the event days since everything was always communicated last second and they didn't promote it anywhere outside their store, I was the only one that promoted it. They made 50% of the earnings every night. Even for February they had different prices and didn't let me know, so I promoted it wrong since I wasn't told. When I came in for March the familiar employees told me they were shocked I came in because they weren't told there was an event that night and that they just told 20+ people (including large parties) that there was no event. I stayed till 6:30 incased anyone showed up, no one did. Plus that didn't matter because they didn't know where the supplies was anyways. I texted the manager Kari, who I was in contact with since January about what had happened and to ask if she still wanted to continue the events, she never replied. I sent her another message incase she opened it and forgot to reply (I do that all the time) still no reply. I called to make sure since the date for the next event was getting closer, she never called me back. I even went in to ask to talk to her, she also wasn't in. Did I sign a contract to be a hired employee, no. Did I expect to be compensated for my time and efforts? no. What I did expect is at least the common decency to talk to me like an adult and let me know that they aren't going to continue the events with me apart of them. I can handle rejection I didn't depend on this job, did it help out a lot Yes! But life is life. But if a manager can't even handle to draft out a respectful text to someone who helped them promote their business and events and even helped them make some money as well, the least they could do is not ghost me like a middle schooler.

From the second you walk in, the energy is pure love. This is a true family-run spot and it shows in every detail. The staff treats you like you've been coming there for years, even if it's your first time. Everyone is genuinely warm, knowledgeable, and just happy you're there. Huge shoutout to the whole crew--they make you feel like part of the family. The lounge itself? Immaculate. Super clean, comfy seating, great ventilation (no cloudy haze headaches), and the vibe is chill but uplifting at the same time--perfect for solo sessions or kicking it with friends. They've got everything you need: dabbing stations, bong rip areas, rolling zones, and the music is always on point. And can we talk about the extras? The sister owns her own crystal company and has gorgeous pieces all over the lounge--adds such a cool, high-vibe touch that you don't see anywhere else. Little details like that make Sky Club stand out big time. Oh, and they're BEYOND generous with the hospitality--free joints, killer deals, and just an overall "we got you" attitude that's rare these days. Top-tier flower, concentrates, everything fire. If you're in the IE and you're not hitting Sky Club, you're genuinely missing out. This place isn't just a lounge, it's a whole experience. 11/10, I'll be back every chance I get. Sky Club San Bernardino, thank you for being the real ones. Keep killing it!
