Tried the new owners pizza place. To Go. RVK Ordered a medium pizza , Caesar Salad , 2 lbs Buffalo wings, Deli combo. $60. Okay I can tolerate that. Service was below standard. First of all waited 35 minutes. Other customers that came after us were served first. STILL we waited patiently. Deli sandwich .. scarce on the deli meet , just thrown together open faced, poor presentation for the price. Caesar salad .. lettuce wilted and soggy, croutons soggy, lettuce brown and unacceptable, tasted and looked like bag lettuce. Wings were okay nothing great 2 lbs were 8 pieces. Pizza was decent , but you are better off going to casinos. I have lived locally in Laughlin for 6 yrs, up here on Needles we are limited on eating establishments, I get it. However , for $60 make a quality product. Pizza was decent but not the best quality ingredients, it was just okay. Unfortunately we won't be returning. We could have done way better at the Pioneer. We wanted to give this place a chance, since it was so close to our home. read more

I ordered with door dash, , potato wedges, bland and not fresh, mozzarella sticks were no better than any frozen brand, also bland. But the pizza was the worse,, only browned on top but the crust was so undercooked I had to recook the slices in a skillet to avoid raw dough. Total waste of money read more

I was very pleasantly surprised with the new ownership of this pizzeria. The food, flavor and quality have improved to new highs. Service was great and with a smile from the young guy at the cash register. Place looked cleaned, they are still working on their dinning room so far I like what I see. The garlic cheese bread (shown) was sooo delicious. Try it on your next visit. read more

Decent pizza. Ate it there and came out hot to our table. Sauce is sweet. Toppings on pizza is a little light and needs to be a little more generous in my opinion. Pizza crust is on the thin side. Service is good. In my opinion, just a step above average pizza. read more

The pizza is always good here on this side of Laughlin up on the hill and that special was a good deal too. The pizza is thin crust has a chew and pull to the crust that I love . I think it could use another minute in the oven to crisp up the undercarriage a little bit more but the taste and the ingredients are all fresh and taste really good. Their ranch is outstanding good And worth getting on side The delivery driver was super nice and the timing was very reasonable. read more

A return visit yielded another small Antipasto Salad with Italian Dressing, which contained ample luncheon meats and cheeses though they were on the bottom of the salad, and needed to be mixed in. I followed this starter with a large Spaghetti & Meatballs & Mushrooms, this time with Meat Sauce. It was just as good as the entree I had previously ordered with Pomodoro Sauce rather than Meat Sauce, and I liked both versions equally. The highlight of both dishes was the trio of large meatballs studded within the spaghetti. Included Garlic Bread was a good accompaniment. Diane very much liked her large Chicken Alfredo made with penne, along with extra Alfredo Sauce. Besides being saucy, this dish was bristling with gooey cheese. She found the Potato Wedges she also ordered to be okay. read more

This business is an asset to the Laughlin community. The food is good and reasonably priced. They even have a small game room as well as jigsaw puzzles and books and magazines to read and borrow. I highly recommend them they were instrumental in helping me distribute my 58 backpack project on Saturday. read more

Great pizza! Great service!! My wife and our friends were checking around for some good pizza. Looked a few of them up, and this place was our final decision. The employees that were working that night (01/03/24) were awesome! Very friendly, helpful, professional and just good dudes! We ordered a Giant (all pepperoni, half extra mushroom, the other half, onion and sausage) and we killed it. It was a thin crust, which we loved and the toppings were all cut up in small pieces, but they were plentiful. I'm not from the area, but when I come back, yeah, this place will be our go to. Next time, I'll check out their wings, garlic bread and spaghetti. Great place! Check it out!! read more

Service was good, quality very sub-par. We've been buying pizza from here for many years, but it has gone downhill since the change of ownership. I don't recommend unless you're desperate and dying. read more

The establishment isn't clean at all!! The ladies that are there when I went in wasn't clean. They handle money and then go make delivery and never wash their hands. This isn't something that should never happen putting hands in different sides and have no gloves on. I'm would like to know the owners of this business. Don't plan on visiting again . Being an inspector I would have close it down. read more

Great vegetarian pizza my crust could've been a little little bit better but all I love it is close to be to the house. Price was good. The size was OK. read more

Every single time I've gotten food here they gave me the completely wrong order and made me wait an extra 30+ minutes for them to remake my food. The restaurant is severely understaffed and the staff seem extremely overworked. The interior of the restaurant is typically peaceful and quiet, the lighting is nice and the chairs are comfortable! However, I will not be getting food from Mama's again. I used to love getting pizza as their food is usually great and I've been a customer for years, but the continued rush and stress put on the employees has severely diminished the food quality and service. My last 6 or so times coming here I've returned the food because it was either the wrong order, they made it wrong, or there was hair in it. Gross. read more

Purchased a new home in Laughlin. I ordered for the 1st time Got a large dinner salad 1 large pizza 1 small pizza. 12 wings 2 Litres of Soda All the food was very good Very polite over the phone Got home and they forgot the wings. Drove back to restaurant. They apologized. I understand mistakes happen but should of offered a discount on a future order. considering like all restaurants who deliver they charge a fee. And I did have to return to get my food. I truly find it remarkable that a restaurant cannot look at a order receipt and confirm what's in the bag. I'll definitely be back. read more

Excellent customer service. We had 2 giant pizzas and an order of chicken alfredo and two salads. Everything was fantastic.

We order pizza and garlic bread to our hotel across the street, it was very smooth all though they asked for prepayment in our credit card and they don't deliver to the room but food quality was very good and some might say the pizza sauce was a little but sweet... Overall good place We will order again read more

Excellent food, fair price, family owned. Supports the community and other small businesses. We'll done!!

I would not recommend the spaghetti there is nothing special there almost taste like tomato sauce. The antipasto salad was high in price I thought for the chopped salad you get in a bag with some salami in it. The pizza was just ok nothing to write home about the supreme was loaded thin crust which I prefer thick. Could have used a little more sauce and cheese. I will do the pizza again I think but might just buy self rising at the grocery store for a lot less money. read more

Two native New Yorkers stumbled upon this diamond in the Laughlin Desert Pizza Place "Hot Mamas" minutes from the casinos on the Needles Highway Service AMAZING Management and Staff amazingly friendly, knowledgeable, and followed ALL COVID protocols. After spending the morning rock hunting we stopped by here for lunch. Ordered a large with pepperoni, mushroom, black olive, and Canada bacon. First impression he did not skimp on the toppings. The crust is thin which we liked and the sauce was flavorful. Wife and I really enjoyed it. Was hoping for leftover but that didn't happen. It was that good. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely at there again and highly recommend. read more

Pepperoni Pizza and bone-in bbq wings were delicious. Big pizza and great price for it I think it was a large for $12.99?. I liked the ranch too, pretty sure it was homemade, and the garlic sauce was good too and not too strong! Staff was friendly, the inside was nice, although I did take out, I got to walk inside and get a feel for the place. I like the long hours on the weekend since there is not too much open around here late on the weekends! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. The female with the cheetah tattoo was the worst person I've encountered working in customer service. She hates her job is the impression I got. My pizza was the last one to come out out of everyone that ordered, I got an order of 5 wings and when my wings finally arrived I only had 4. I went to let them know and she told me that it was going to be another 12 minutes. My pizza was already out I didn't want it getting cold, and I didn't want to wait 12 minutes to just eat wings alone. I asked her for my money back and she said there was "no way for me to get a refund & that I was going to leave her register short" I said that's not my fault. She said the only thing she could do was to remake my pizza, I said fine I'll wait to have my pizza and wings come out together. It's been 20 minutes and I still haven't received my order. We came to this place because of the 4 star rating but honestly I have no idea how this place even has 1 star with a person like her working here. read more

The pizza was good. But when you use vise grips to pull the pizza out of the oven come on how sanitary is that. Employees seem gross and disgusting. read more

Made a trip to Laughlin, and my family and I were craving some good pizza. We looked up some places near by and found this place. Walking in, it was empty, but it was about 45min (8:15pm) to closing time because they closed at 9pm. Our party was about 11 people and they happily served us all, even with the limited amount of time. Friendly people and most of all great food. The pizza was pretty good and cheesy and pizza should be. We also ordered chicken wings, teriyaki and buffalo and they were very good. The potato wedges were crispy and cooked perfectly. I will be returning to this little spot. It's worth giving them a try if your in Laughlin. read more

Pizza use to be pretty good, but recently the managers that were there are no longer. The owner seems to be just running it down hill, having trouble hold employees. Hopefully the owner will put greed aside to return giving good food to the customers again. Getting good pizza from here now is a hit a miss. read more

HORRIBLE! Non compliant with covid. I am trying to stay safe as I have immune issues and asked for contactless delivery. They demanded to meet them for delivery and show ID and credit card to driver.
