Today I went to this restaurant for the first time. We went there tonight 9/25/26 as a group of 13. The waitress looked overwhelmed to begin with then she automatically copped an attitude when we asked her for separate checks. Luckily we were not in any hurry because she was very slow. She was grumpy the whole time and really was not friendly at all. On the positive side, the food was delicious and the live one man band was excellent. Prices were great too! read more

What a wonderful find! Sort of crazy that our main casino of choice is the Edgewater yet we never even knew this place existed! We assumed there was a restaurant, I'm sure, but didn't realize that this would fast become one of our favorite places to dine when in Laughlin. Service here has not let us down, so friendly and personable. We always have fun banter with the staff and they all seem to enjoy their jobs. Besides friendly, service is fairly quick too. Food is served timely and drinks refilled quickly. We are not a fan of the weird bread they serve prior to dinner. I love Kings Hawaiian bread but not with whatever the topping is here... doesn't go together for us. But it is different and apparently draws people in for it! It's fine that we don't eat the bread... we certainly don't need it. The food here is healthy portions and really delicious! My favorite is the crab and shrimp scampi, makes everyone at the table jealous too. So yummy!! I'm not a big steak/meat eater and there are plenty of terrific options for me here. Others that I've dined with really love their prime rib and grilled steaks, no disappointments there. One suggestion is that they should use bleu cheese dressing on their Wedge Salad... that is what the wedge salad is all about, not ranch. Have the option at least. So even though we don't do the bread and wish there was a different dressing on the wedge... we are still extremely happy when we choose Stockman's for dinner! Dinners will run you $25-50, then add on any drinks or desserts. Oh speaking of dessert, there is creme brulee and a chocolate cake called a "lovers dome" which is big enough to share (if you want *wink*) I teetered between the 4 and the 5 stars on this review... but I think overall it rates higher towards the 5 than the 4. So I'm landing on 5. Don't steer me wrong, Stockmans! CHEERS!! read more

09/07/2026 Our group spent 4 days at the Edgewater Casino we ate at Stockman's Steakhouse 3 times during our stay. But today I'm eating solo, everyone else was on the Colorado River. The staff was friendly and service was excellent. I had the BBQ Platter comes with 3 ribs, smoked pulled pork and a sausage link, cornbread, coleslaw and barbecue beans. The coleslaw had the right amount of sweetness and tangy flavor and also the barbecue beans. The ribs were delicious and fall off the bone tender, the smoked pulled pork was abundant and tasty. The link was also great tender with the snap of the skin. My meal started with warm honey butter bread with soup or salad, I chose the salad with blu cheese dressing. My server was Jarrod who provided excellent service and the staff was attentive refilling my Pepsi zero and water. read more

Unfortunately, we will never be coming back here. I'm honestly sad I didn't take photos because we were all so disappointed with our meals. I ordered the chopped salad to share with a friend and the tortilla soup. The soup should really be listed as a chili it was extremely thick and hearty, not what I expected from a tortilla soup. The chopped salad was so overdressed that you could practically drain the dressing out of it. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the price. We expected much better and unfortunately will not be returning. read more

We went to Stockman's for our 16th wedding anniversary and had a 7:00 PM reservation. We arrived about 30 minutes early and were told they were busy but would seat us at 7:00. At 6:57, a gentleman came out and said it would be another five minutes, and we were seated shortly after. Unfortunately, once we were seated, we waited approximately 20 minutes without being acknowledged or even offered water. A lady finally came over, dropped bread on the table, and said she would be back with water. At the same time, the gentleman at the front was seating two women at a table behind us. Within just 2-3 minutes, they already had bread and a waiter was taking their order. At that point, we decided to leave. We were extremely disappointed, especially because this was our 16th wedding anniversary. We had made a reservation and were looking forward to celebrating, only to feel completely ignored and left sitting there hungry. What should have been a special evening ended with us walking out disappointed--and very hungry. Unfortunately, this experience really put a damper on our anniversary celebration. read more

Saw the ad for their monthly special. $16 for a bacon, cheese garlic burger with fries and all you can eat salad. With dinner rolls that reminded me of the awesome rolls my school served growing up. So good and a bargain at that price. Excellent service too. Will definitely be back next time in Laughlin read more

It's a good steakhouse ! I haven't been to many steakhouses but this one was good. Our server was nice but felt like she was judging a bit. Maybe because we were a young couple not very well dressed meanwhile everyone was dressed up. We also ended up sharing a plate since we both don't eat much. The steak and Caesar salad was a 10/10. The Mac and cheese not so good. It could be a bit better. read more

Another awesome meal at Stockmans. We placed a call early in the day to make a reservation. Since they were not open yet, we left a message requesting a 4PM reservation and Eric as our server. Our call was returned and our request for 4Pm with Eric as our server was confirmed. We arrived early and seated immediately. Eric did not disappoint. He was prompt, polite and attentive. He checked in with us frequently, kept our drinks full and patient with all of our questions. (We were a party of 6) All of us ordered off the specials menu. Very reasonably priced, include soup or salad and dessert. My Cajun Alfredo chicken was delicious and serving size perfect. The French onion soup was an upgrade, loaded with onions and cheese. Live music started at 5. Give Stockman a try and ask for Eric as your server. We were all very impressed with our service and will happily return. read more

Delightful experience. They has a 3 course special and we upgraded our soup to French onion...ooo so worth the extra $5. Ordered 10oz sirloin steak with asparagus and mashed potatoes We also ordered the BBQ Brisket was like butter. The BBQ sauce was sweet and tangy, corn bread was sweet and moist not dry! Buttery with a crispy edge. The complimentary bread was a dry even with the butter on it. The cheesecake was tastee the chocolate cake was thinner than I am used to. More frosting than cake. 100% recommended great ambiance servers were helpful and kind. read more

Service here is always amazing. We love to come here every time we are in town and it never disappoints. The vibes are always laid back without being so pretentious like a lot of steakhouse can make you feel like. The ribe-eye steak is always a hit with the baked Bleu cheese crumble. Sweet and savory with the right amount of fatty marbling to keep it tender and juicy. I recommend this place every time. read more

Unique menu options. Atmosphere was nice with low lighting. On the pricier side, but well worth it if you're looking for a relaxing evening. I recommend the stuffed mushrooms and we loved the free bread. read more

I have dinner here every time I'm in Laughlin, and I've always had a great experience. The staff is consistently friendly and personable, and the service is fast. Rob was our waiter and he is great! Most importantly, the food is delicious. The hot buttered bread is soft and absolutely yummy. I brought my family here last night, and they loved everything. The meatball vegetable soup was amazing--perfectly seasoned and not overly salty like so many soups can be. They also offer great dinner specials. I ordered the BBQ chicken with shrimp; the chicken was tender, juicy, and generously sized, and the shrimp were huge with a very flavorful, tangy BBQ sauce. My daughter's boyfriend had the steakhouse burger, which came with a very thick patty and plenty of extra fixings. Portions are large across the board--we all had leftovers to take home. This place never disappoints, and I'll definitely continue coming back whenever I'm in town. read more

Stockman's Steakhouse - BBQ chicken with shrimp, baked potato and veggies ($16 special) - Steakhouses Near Me - Laughlin, Nevada

A good steak dinner for Laughlin. First off the staff was great. John was our server and he was very professional and attentive to our needs. I got an old fashioned which was good. To start the meal I had a cup of clam chowder. If they have it available, I highly recommend it. The buttered rolls were just ok, nothing special. For the meal I had the prime rib and it came out perfectly cooked. The plate was pooled with au jus and I got a side of creamy horseradish. The radish was just right in that it was not over powering. My side was the loaded mashed potatoes, and that was a unique experience. I was not expecting a bowl of mashed potatoes with a plate of the toppings. They did give a generous portion of butter, sour cream, bacon, and green onions. I know, what about the cheese as they say it's loaded. Well no cheese was to be found. The misses got the ribeye and that was cooked to perfection and tasted good. She got the baked potatoe with the same plate of fixings to go with it. Overall we had a wonderful dinner. It wasn't crazy expensive as if we had gone to Vegas for the same thing. read more

Horrible dining experience unfortunately. Wife ordered a lemon drop martini and it was so bitter she could hardly drink it. We both had the Beef medallions special with shrimp and asparagus. Ordered beef medium rare and it came out well done. There was meat tenderizer used on the beef. I'm not sure why but it was a dead giveaway with the beef's mushy texture. the entire meal was cooked on a flat top like I was ordering it off a food truck! I did not dare return anything to the kitchen because I have seen the movie Waiting! It went downhill from there from the overall attitude of the entire staff. Something was very wrong. They either had animosity towards Management animosity toward work or animosity toward each other. We will never be going back to the Stockman's restaurant ever again! We have a Stockman's restaurant in Pahrump, Nevada that is top-notch and we were utterly disappointed. I gave them one star because I was unable to give them zero stars. read more

Came on a Monday with friends from out of town to take advantage of the 29 dollar all day pre fixe menu. When we arrived the restaurant was not busy at all, I know it was Monday, but I wish more people were there. My friend and I started off with a glass wine, a Ferrari Carano Merlot for 12.50..I think that was very fair. We all ordered the 10 oz sirloin, I got my medium and got a salad for a starter with ranch and baked potato for my chosen side. The picture of the soup is what everyone else got and they liked it. The starting bread looked great and was quite delicious. The service was AMAZING..a young kid who did not miss a beat taking care of us. All of us thought the steak was very tough, I guess at that price point I expect that...the baked potato was awesome. This also comes with cheesecake or chocolate cake for dessert..both couples just wanted one to share each rather than get our own, because we were really full. This really is a great deal, but next time I may try the salmon or prime rib instead of sirloin. read more

First time to try Stockman's Steakhouse on the river level of Edgewater Casino in Laughlin, Nevada. We found the beef brisket to be so tender, it could be cut with a fork and the sirloin steak delicious. The sides were great. We had barbecued beans, cornbread, coleslaw, corn on the cob, asparagus, and rolls. The beef stroganoff soup was deliciously different. For dessert we had chocolate cake and cheese cake. We found the wait staff to be courteous and we did not have to wait long for our food after ordering. The check for two people came to under $62, but we did order two specials offered at moderate prices. We were very pleased with our dining experience. read more

Great place in the hotel for a nice dinner spot. The best thing on the menu was the brisket special. The meat was super tender, and the cornbread was my favorite side. Clam chowder was really good, though I would have skipped the cheesecake (tasted super cold and potentially frozen). The staff was super sweet, though the live music (though decent) was really loud. I don't know if it was just from where we were sitting (right in front). We had to split our group in 2, because there was a 20% service charge for groups 8 and over :( read more

Steakhouse located inside the Edgewater Casino resort. Just a tip. If there is a large concert in town, make sure you have a reservation for dinner. There was a headliner in town, but we were lucky enough to get in because the concert was going on during the time we wanted to eat. We started with drinks at the bar. The bartender made a fantastic martini. For our meal, we both had steaks, which were very good and cooked to perfection. The sides are definitely worth splitting. The staff was very friendly and attentive. read more

Overall good meal at Stockman's but I agree with the other yelpers on overpriced. My prime rib was excellent as was the horseradish. They say they have a full bar but they couldn't do a spicy margarita, I ended up with a spicy Bloody Mary that I wouldn't recommend. Service is nice and it's a very tranquil restaurant. For our group of 6 they notified us they could not do split checks so keep that in mind for large parties. Good for those that love Prime Rib. read more

Rock crawling in Bullhead City so decided to celebrate the end of the week with a visit to Stockman's steakhouse in Laughlin, Nevada, which advertises a $29 steak special on Saturday night. The interesting fact is the Nevada side was an hour behind the Arizona side so be sure you are aware of the correct time for your reservation as we arrived 1 hour early for ours. We did have a reservation and the hostess was very kind and after having a drink in the bar, we were seated an hour early for our dinner reservation. We were immediately served water and bread and the waitress approached us with menus and a hello. The place was half empty when we got there but by time we left, it was full. We did try the sirloin steak special. The steak was cooked to order. The steak special is $29 and comes with a vegetable, potato, salad or soup and dessert. It was very tasty and cooked exactly as we wanted. They had a brisket dinner for $28 so we ordered that. The brisket was a little tough but brisket is questionable. It came with numerous sides: barbecue sauce, baked beans, coleslaw, corn, cornbread and potato plus a salad and dessert. The chocolate cake dessert was really good. We also had a chicken Caesar salad of which we could only eat half of it. It was overflowing with chicken and dressing. The chicken Caesar salad was about $15. The restaurant is on the lower level of the Edgewater casino. It is in a quiet corner. The tables are covered with white linen and nice silver, crystal and china. We enjoyed it and will probably check it out again next year when we're back down for the four wheeling events. The Edgewater is on casino row and there's lots of parking. It's in the middle of all the casinos and on the river with a nice deck in the back if you want to have a drink before or after. read more

This place is awful. I'm not going to write a negative review... But staff ... Rude customer service... Horrible. Steak? Nope

Drove all the way from Kingman to find out they were closed. Checked the website for hours. Called the Casino before hand and got transferred to Stickman's left a message thinking they were busy and nope they were closed like Ft. Knox when we arrived at 7:45 PM. Where do I begin?? We were a party of 4. We all ordered off their special menu. Our friend's meals were ok, but my husband and I got the pork chop / shrimp special. My husband's pork chop was cremated and so dried out it was inedible. Mine was burnt too, but not as bad. When the waitress came over we did show her how bad it was and she asked if he wanted another, but by then almost everyone was done with their meal. I had wanted a bake potato but was told it would take 40 minutes, so I opted for the mashed potatoes. When they came, they were presented like a small scoop and tasted terrible. I opted to pass on them. But the worst is yet to come. When the bill came, I gave them a $50 gift certificate. The waitress came over with her manager and rudely said they couldn't take it because the paperwork said Pahrump Nugget on it. This is their sister casino! There was a Q R code and we had previously scanned it to make sure this Stockman's would accept it. We had to prove to the manager and the waitress we weren't scamming them. We got no apology or anything from either one of them. We were embarrassed in front of our friends. OMG! Where to start. Our waiter had ZERO personality. He could not speak clearly. Ordered the special bbq pork chop and waited, waited, waited. I asked for my bbq sauce on the side and of course came with it smothered in it. Then I waited and waited. When it came back, no sauce on the side. Again.... Waited and waited. Baked potato was not baked. I give up! Asked for my sauce and the person said, "I can't help you, ask your server and walked away. The corn on the cob was burnt. Come on guys.........this is at a hotel property! The manager had no reaction when I expressed I was done. To many issues. My partner and I walked out! No apologies .None. My boyfriend and I chose this restaurant for a nice dinner, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the wrong choice. We had a reservation for 6:45 PM but weren't seated until nearly an hour later due to short staffing. While we understood the situation and didn't make a big deal of it, things only went downhill from there. Once we were seated, we were brought waters, but one of them had a fruit fly in it. For our meals, we ordered a BBQ plate and a steak with sides. When the food arrived, my steak was cooked incorrectly--I had ordered medium well, but it came out medium rare. My boyfriend's BBQ ribs and sausage were undercooked, and while we reordered his plate, he didn't end up eating it. Unfortunately, the night took a turn for the worse when we both got severe food poisoning. It was really disappointing because we had high hopes for this place and were looking forward to a romantic date night, but instead, we spent the rest of the evening sick. read more

Had a reservation but decided to sit at the bar. Big mistake! Bar tender has too much to do and has a problem keeping track of everything. She did not take our drink order so had to be reminded. finally, we were able to place our order, and our salads were served. 20 minutes later a party of three sat at a table by the door. One of the party had to come to the bar to place their drink order. Next a server came out to take their food order. They were served and were almost finished with their dinner, and we still hadn't received our entre. Again, had to ask the bartender where are entre was. Finally, when it was brought out it was cool and our prime rib was dry like it had been sitting somewhere for all this time. We don't know how the main restaurant is, but we will never sit at that bar again for dinner. read more

What is happening to this place? It's been going downhill for at least a year. Chefs??? Kitchen backed up. Tables get half served while the rest of that table waits. Not good. Everyone wants to eat at the same time. Servers are always friendly. No placemats on the tables anymore. . Silverware feels like Walmart silverware. WHO took this place down? New manager?
