Another awesome meal at Stockmans. We placed a call early in the day to make a reservation. Since they were not open yet, we left a message requesting a 4PM reservation and Eric as our server. Our call was returned and our request for 4Pm with Eric as our server was confirmed. We arrived early and seated immediately. Eric did not disappoint. He was prompt, polite and attentive. He checked in with us frequently, kept our drinks full and patient with all of our questions. (We were a party of 6) All of us ordered off the specials menu. Very reasonably priced, include soup or salad and dessert. My Cajun Alfredo chicken was delicious and serving size perfect. The French onion soup was an upgrade, loaded with onions and cheese. Live music started at 5. Give Stockman a try and ask for Eric as your server. We were all very impressed with our service and will happily return.

Delightful experience. They has a 3 course special and we upgraded our soup to French onion...ooo so worth the extra $5. Ordered 10oz sirloin steak with asparagus and mashed potatoes We also ordered the BBQ Brisket was like butter. The BBQ sauce was sweet and tangy, corn bread was sweet and moist not dry! Buttery with a crispy edge. The complimentary bread was a dry even with the butter on it. The cheesecake was tastee the chocolate cake was thinner than I am used to. More frosting than cake. 100% recommended great ambiance servers were helpful and kind.

Unique menu options. Atmosphere was nice with low lighting. On the pricier side, but well worth it if you're looking for a relaxing evening. I recommend the stuffed mushrooms and we loved the free bread.

I have dinner here every time I'm in Laughlin, and I've always had a great experience. The staff is consistently friendly and personable, and the service is fast. Rob was our waiter and he is great! Most importantly, the food is delicious. The hot buttered bread is soft and absolutely yummy. I brought my family here last night, and they loved everything. The meatball vegetable soup was amazing--perfectly seasoned and not overly salty like so many soups can be. They also offer great dinner specials. I ordered the BBQ chicken with shrimp; the chicken was tender, juicy, and generously sized, and the shrimp were huge with a very flavorful, tangy BBQ sauce. My daughter's boyfriend had the steakhouse burger, which came with a very thick patty and plenty of extra fixings. Portions are large across the board--we all had leftovers to take home. This place never disappoints, and I'll definitely continue coming back whenever I'm in town.

A good steak dinner for Laughlin. First off the staff was great. John was our server and he was very professional and attentive to our needs. I got an old fashioned which was good. To start the meal I had a cup of clam chowder. If they have it available, I highly recommend it. The buttered rolls were just ok, nothing special. For the meal I had the prime rib and it came out perfectly cooked. The plate was pooled with au jus and I got a side of creamy horseradish. The radish was just right in that it was not over powering. My side was the loaded mashed potatoes, and that was a unique experience. I was not expecting a bowl of mashed potatoes with a plate of the toppings. They did give a generous portion of butter, sour cream, bacon, and green onions. I know, what about the cheese as they say it's loaded. Well no cheese was to be found. The misses got the ribeye and that was cooked to perfection and tasted good. She got the baked potatoe with the same plate of fixings to go with it. Overall we had a wonderful dinner. It wasn't crazy expensive as if we had gone to Vegas for the same thing.

Best wine to pair with Surf and Turf. Thank you and your staff for being open in these hard pressed times. Your staff is so excellent.

Again. My Special date and I had dinner here. This time for my birthday. Gem of sever "Tina" Made our night Special. The New York Rib eye was superb As was my dates. And the wine Tina paired with our dinner was an absolute pleasure. The ambience was perfect. The Dinner was delicious and the service was 5 star. Loved my experience.

My husband and I were here for our anniversary. The food is great, especially the mushrooms! We sat in the bar and were able to eat fantastic food and watch some sports while relaxing. It's an awesome place to go if u need a break from the casino.

Our group always eats here for our New Year's day dinner. And as always, the food was good, the ambiance was pleasant, but it was the service that "rocked"! Shout-out to our server, Eric...he was hustling & made our meal perfect! Even divided our bill 3-ways & used our food credit...great job Eric! Can't wait to be back next year.

Came on a Monday with friends from out of town to take advantage of the 29 dollar all day pre fixe menu. When we arrived the restaurant was not busy at all, I know it was Monday, but I wish more people were there. My friend and I started off with a glass wine, a Ferrari Carano Merlot for 12.50..I think that was very fair. We all ordered the 10 oz sirloin, I got my medium and got a salad for a starter with ranch and baked potato for my chosen side. The picture of the soup is what everyone else got and they liked it. The starting bread looked great and was quite delicious. The service was AMAZING..a young kid who did not miss a beat taking care of us. All of us thought the steak was very tough, I guess at that price point I expect that...the baked potato was awesome. This also comes with cheesecake or chocolate cake for dessert..both couples just wanted one to share each rather than get our own, because we were really full. This really is a great deal, but next time I may try the salmon or prime rib instead of sirloin.

First time to try Stockman's Steakhouse on the river level of Edgewater Casino in Laughlin, Nevada. We found the beef brisket to be so tender, it could be cut with a fork and the sirloin steak delicious. The sides were great. We had barbecued beans, cornbread, coleslaw, corn on the cob, asparagus, and rolls. The beef stroganoff soup was deliciously different. For dessert we had chocolate cake and cheese cake. We found the wait staff to be courteous and we did not have to wait long for our food after ordering. The check for two people came to under $62, but we did order two specials offered at moderate prices. We were very pleased with our dining experience.

Steakhouse located inside the Edgewater Casino resort. Just a tip. If there is a large concert in town, make sure you have a reservation for dinner. There was a headliner in town, but we were lucky enough to get in because the concert was going on during the time we wanted to eat. We started with drinks at the bar. The bartender made a fantastic martini. For our meal, we both had steaks, which were very good and cooked to perfection. The sides are definitely worth splitting. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Rock crawling in Bullhead City so decided to celebrate the end of the week with a visit to Stockman's steakhouse in Laughlin, Nevada, which advertises a $29 steak special on Saturday night. The interesting fact is the Nevada side was an hour behind the Arizona side so be sure you are aware of the correct time for your reservation as we arrived 1 hour early for ours. We did have a reservation and the hostess was very kind and after having a drink in the bar, we were seated an hour early for our dinner reservation. We were immediately served water and bread and the waitress approached us with menus and a hello. The place was half empty when we got there but by time we left, it was full. We did try the sirloin steak special. The steak was cooked to order. The steak special is $29 and comes with a vegetable, potato, salad or soup and dessert. It was very tasty and cooked exactly as we wanted. They had a brisket dinner for $28 so we ordered that. The brisket was a little tough but brisket is questionable. It came with numerous sides: barbecue sauce, baked beans, coleslaw, corn, cornbread and potato plus a salad and dessert. The chocolate cake dessert was really good. We also had a chicken Caesar salad of which we could only eat half of it. It was overflowing with chicken and dressing. The chicken Caesar salad was about $15. The restaurant is on the lower level of the Edgewater casino. It is in a quiet corner. The tables are covered with white linen and nice silver, crystal and china. We enjoyed it and will probably check it out again next year when we're back down for the four wheeling events. The Edgewater is on casino row and there's lots of parking. It's in the middle of all the casinos and on the river with a nice deck in the back if you want to have a drink before or after.

Not terrible or awful, but bordering on being a nuisance in regards to time to table. That being said, the food quality was lacking. That is the issue. And it only matters because this restaurant is larping as a fine dining experience. I frequent vegas restaurants who pay more for overhead and location and their quality is far superior and similarly priced. The water tasted awful. Basically, If I could describe it, it tasted tainted by river. Like a swampy dirty smell with every sip. I basically stopped drinking any water during my whole dining experience there for this reason. Granted, it could have been my particular glass was dirty, or partially washed. It may just be that the water isn't filtered and it is tap. However after tasting my wife's, hers tasted similar albeit not as strong. The problem is, the tri-state area has the worst tap around. Everyone knows this. This wouldn't be a big deal if this was dennys. The problem is, like I said, this place is masquerading as a fine dining experience. It should be held to that standard. The minimum would be filtered water. So it's either a problem with the dish washer or the water itself is poor quality. Or they get the water from the casino bar which are notoriously bad quality in laughlin. Next we go to the meat itself. It may be that it was lacking because I went on their discount day, which I was unaware that it was, the special was a "prime" Rib for a good price if you get the package with the baked potato. Which is fine, but it may be on that day they use choice meat instead of prime to get a better margin for price and so they can sell more. That being said, I still ordered the full price prime rib, not the special. It still lacked in quality. Seemed very tough and full of connective tissue. Ordered medium rare. Alas it was Grisly. Which is indicative of lesser quality meat selection. Likely choice/select cuts, not true prime. I don't mind, but they are charging vegas quality restaurant prices but not in vegas. The quality needs to match. I don't understand the high reviews here because I gave this place 3 chances and this sadly was the third. I won't return ever again. You can get better quality if you just enjoy a drive to vegas. I thought it may have been a fluke but now I realize that is the norm there. There is some good but not worth a return. The asparagus and potatoes were cooked wonderfully. However, I don't go to a restaurant for their garnish dishes. I go for their proteins. We paid full price and I didn't bother to complain to the servers because it isn't their fault. I just won't come back.

The only problem we encountered was that a window table was not ready for us until thirty minutes after the time of our reservation. But the river view was worth the wait! We began with a complimentary Bread Basket that included excellent lavosh, and a Shrimp Cocktail Supreme sporting five shrimps. This time the crustations were meaty and flavorful dipped in a two-tone sauce. We requested and received extra lavosh with no resistance. Next up for me was a good French Onion Soup Au Gratin with a large crouton laden with a mix of Parmesan and Swiss Cheeses. Then I tried the Steak Diane Soup that came with Diane's order. It was the best version of this soup that I have sampled to date. Tender chunks of beef dissolved in the mouth carried along by a sea of broth that tasted like Mushroom Gravy. A complex dinner salad followed, with Mixed Greens (no Iceberg Lettuce at all), Grape Tomatoes, Artichoke Hearts, Bleu Cheese Dressing and Bleu Cheese Crumbles. It was here over 25 years ago that I first tasted wonderful Bleu Cheese Crumbles in the same type of salad. After cleansing our palates with Lemon Sorbet, for mains I had lean Veal Piccata with Capers and Spaghetti slathered with a delectable Lemon Cream Sauce, while Diane enjoyed her usual order of Coquilles Saint Jacques. This time the included Scallops were very small but the Shrimps were very big, and portions were generous. For dessert we splurged on two orders of delicious Bananas Foster prepared tableside, and I had a Decaf Coffee. Richard, our server, did a wonderful job of flambeeing this treat, that by this time was accompanied by a few bursting fireworks that were visible to us just across the Colorado River from our perches above. The elegant ambiance of the restaurant this evening could not have been better. We left in time to observe most of the Rockets Over the River fireworks show from our parked car on a hilltop overlooking the Laughlin Strip well above Casino Drive. It was a magical night!

Our waiter, Charles, deserves 6 stars for his service alone! He was insanely knowledgeable, funny, and didn't shy away from our alcohol induced antics. The wine is a bit overpriced for what it is, I sent the image of their bottle list to someone more familiar than myself and they confirmed that the price is less at a high end restaurant near LA. The appetizers were delicious. Overall, the food was good but I found the appetizer better than the main course. Everyone else had giant portions of food and mine was just a few bites. For the price, the main course left me feeling a bit disappointed. The dessert was good, drinks were good, and the view was absolutely the best part.

So, I turned around and headed here, even though OpenTable reported that no time slots were available. I dropped Diane off before parking, and she easily scored a table here. In fact, hardly anyone was seated inside the restaurant, and it did not seem like a festive Mexican holiday at all. The Tuesday Night Menu was very limited, but I selected very tasty and smooth Stone Guacamole not prepared tableside but including tomatoes, White Onion, and jalapenos, to go with house-prepared salsa and spiced up Tortilla Chips. By request Diane received a complimentary basket of non-spicy Tortilla Chips, as well as a Kids Cheese Quesadilla. Somehow this filled her up. I, on the other hand, ordered a Southwest Beef Burrito with added beans inside, and Roja Sauce and Queso on top. The burro was large, but I finished it, along with more beans, and included rice. Everything tasted good and washed down well with Diet Pepsi. Service by Brett was very good, and at least the decor of the restaurant had the festive feel of Old Mexico, in this instance without the camaraderie of fellow celebrants.

The first night we got there, we went to one Sushi place called "The Sushi Spot" that was just awful. On our last night, we decided to look for another Sushi place, and we thought this place looked more decent and came here. We wanted just a booth and not the food show, and we got a booth. I noticed the music was very loud; I have never seen a sushi place have the music this loud and playing '80s music. I couldn't even hear the waiter. Their menu also looked so weird, and so much stuff looked the same. The waiter talked really fast. I asked the same question, and so did my friend: what was the deal with the Sushi and Sashimi 3 piece was? He told us two different versions of what it was, and neither made sense. I asked about the Bento box, something I have ordered at many other Sushi places in LA. I asked how the beef was done; he said is shaved beef. I have never even heard of shaved beef in a Sushi place?. I told him all the Bento box beef was BBQ and grilled, and he said not this one. My friend ordered the Bento box with salmon, and his was semi-decent, but the fish was very oily, deep-fried in hot oil. I waited and then ordered the Mahi Mahi, but I didn't understand what it comes with; he said that one is grilled. The food took a while to get there and when it came, it was really awful. The fish was so tiny; the sides were steamed rice and regular pasta and some vegetables that looked came out of a can. I ate the fish and some of the rice, but the pasta was disgusting. I pushed my dish to the side to be removed. This was the second Sushi place we went to in Bullhead City, and it was very disappointing. There is nothing worse than bad food served by a rude, arrogant waiter, I rarely write food reviews, but avoid this place, this is not a real Sushi place. If you want to eat great food, then go to a place called SaltGrass inside the Golden Nugget; the best food and atmosphere with a great view of the Colorado river. That was the best place we ate in Bullhead City.
