Unfortunately, we will never be coming back here. I'm honestly sad I didn't take photos because we were all so disappointed with our meals. I ordered the chopped salad to share with a friend and the tortilla soup. The soup should really be listed as a chili it was extremely thick and hearty, not what I expected from a tortilla soup. The chopped salad was so overdressed that you could practically drain the dressing out of it. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the price. Another awesome meal at Stockmans. We placed a call early in the day to make a reservation. Since they were not open yet, we left a message requesting a 4PM reservation and Eric as our server. Our call was returned and our request for 4Pm with Eric as our server was confirmed. We arrived early and seated immediately. Eric did not disappoint. He was prompt, polite and attentive. He checked in with us frequently, kept our drinks full and patient with all of our questions. (We were a party of 6) All of us ordered off the specials menu. Very reasonably priced, include soup or salad and dessert. My Cajun Alfredo chicken was delicious and serving size perfect. The French onion soup was an upgrade, loaded with onions and cheese. Ordered 10oz sirloin steak with asparagus and mashed potatoes We also ordered the BBQ Brisket was like butter. The BBQ sauce was sweet and tangy, corn bread was sweet and moist not dry! Buttery with a crispy edge. The complimentary bread was a dry even with the butter on it. The cheesecake was tastee the chocolate cake was thinner than I am used to. Service here is always amazing. We love to come here every time we are in town and it never disappoints. The vibes are always laid back without being so pretentious like a lot of steakhouse can make you feel like. The ribe-eye steak is always a hit with the baked Bleu cheese crumble. I have dinner here every time I'm in Laughlin, and I've always had a great experience. The staff is consistently friendly and personable, and the service is fast. Rob was our waiter and he is great! Most importantly, the food is delicious. The hot buttered bread is soft and absolutely yummy. I brought my family here last night, and they loved everything. The meatball vegetable soup was amazing--perfectly seasoned and not overly salty like so many soups can be. They also offer great dinner specials. I ordered the BBQ chicken with shrimp; the chicken was tender, juicy, and generously sized, and the shrimp were huge with a very flavorful, tangy BBQ sauce. My daughter's boyfriend had the steakhouse burger, which came with a very thick patty and plenty of extra fixings. Portions are large across the board--we all had leftovers to take home. A good steak dinner for Laughlin. First off the staff was great. John was our server and he was very professional and attentive to our needs. I got an old fashioned which was good. To start the meal I had a cup of clam chowder. If they have it available, I highly recommend it. The buttered rolls were just ok, nothing special. For the meal I had the prime rib and it came out perfectly cooked. The plate was pooled with au jus and I got a side of creamy horseradish. The radish was just right in that it was not over powering. My side was the loaded mashed potatoes, and that was a unique experience. I was not expecting a bowl of mashed potatoes with a plate of the toppings. They did give a generous portion of butter, sour cream, bacon, and green onions. I know, what about the cheese as they say it's loaded. Well no cheese was to be found. The misses got the ribeye and that was cooked to perfection and tasted good. She got the baked potatoe with the same plate of fixings to go with it. Overall we had a wonderful dinner. Came on a Monday with friends from out of town to take advantage of the 29 dollar all day pre fixe menu. When we arrived the restaurant was not busy at all, I know it was Monday, but I wish more people were there. My friend and I started off with a glass wine, a Ferrari Carano Merlot for 12.50..I think that was very fair. We all ordered the 10 oz sirloin, I got my medium and got a salad for a starter with ranch and baked potato for my chosen side. The picture of the soup is what everyone else got and they liked it. The starting bread looked great and was quite delicious. The service was AMAZING..a young kid who did not miss a beat taking care of us. All of us thought the steak was very tough, I guess at that price point I expect that...the baked potato was awesome. This also comes with cheesecake or chocolate cake for dessert..both couples just wanted one to share each rather than get our own, because we were really full. First time to try Stockman's Steakhouse on the river level of Edgewater Casino in Laughlin, Nevada. We found the beef brisket to be so tender, it could be cut with a fork and the sirloin steak delicious. The sides were great. We had barbecued beans, cornbread, coleslaw, corn on the cob, asparagus, and rolls. The beef stroganoff soup was deliciously different. For dessert we had chocolate cake and cheese cake. We found the wait staff to be courteous and we did not have to wait long for our food after ordering. The check for two people came to under $62, but we did order two specials offered at moderate prices. We were very pleased with our dining experience. read more

Great place in the hotel for a nice dinner spot. The best thing on the menu was the brisket special. The meat was super tender, and the cornbread was my favorite side. Clam chowder was really good, though I would have skipped the cheesecake (tasted super cold and potentially frozen). The staff was super sweet, though the live music (though decent) was really loud. Steakhouse located inside the Edgewater Casino resort. Just a tip. If there is a large concert in town, make sure you have a reservation for dinner. There was a headliner in town, but we were lucky enough to get in because the concert was going on during the time we wanted to eat. We started with drinks at the bar. The bartender made a fantastic martini. For our meal, we both had steaks, which were very good and cooked to perfection. The sides are definitely worth splitting. Rock crawling in Bullhead City so decided to celebrate the end of the week with a visit to Stockman's steakhouse in Laughlin, Nevada, which advertises a $29 steak special on Saturday night. The interesting fact is the Nevada side was an hour behind the Arizona side so be sure you are aware of the correct time for your reservation as we arrived 1 hour early for ours. We did have a reservation and the hostess was very kind and after having a drink in the bar, we were seated an hour early for our dinner reservation. We were immediately served water and bread and the waitress approached us with menus and a hello. The place was half empty when we got there but by time we left, it was full. We did try the sirloin steak special. The steak was cooked to order. The steak special is $29 and comes with a vegetable, potato, salad or soup and dessert. It was very tasty and cooked exactly as we wanted. They had a brisket dinner for $28 so we ordered that. The brisket was a little tough but brisket is questionable. It came with numerous sides: barbecue sauce, baked beans, coleslaw, corn, cornbread and potato plus a salad and dessert. The chocolate cake dessert was really good. We also had a chicken Caesar salad of which we could only eat half of it. It was overflowing with chicken and dressing. The chicken Caesar salad was about $15. The restaurant is on the lower level of the Edgewater casino. It is in a quiet corner. The tables are covered with white linen and nice silver, crystal and china. We enjoyed it and will probably check it out again next year when we're back down for the four wheeling events. The Edgewater is on casino row and there's lots of parking. It's in the middle of all the casinos and on the river with a nice deck in the back if you want to have a drink before or after. read more

Overall good meal at Stockman's but I agree with the other yelpers on overpriced. My prime rib was excellent as was the horseradish. They say they have a full bar but they couldn't do a spicy margarita, I ended up with a spicy Bloody Mary that I wouldn't recommend. Service is nice and it's a very tranquil restaurant. For our group of 6 they notified us they could not do split checks so keep that in mind for large parties. Good for those that love Prime Rib. read more

Where do I begin?? We were a party of 4. We all ordered off their special menu. Our friend's meals were ok, but my husband and I got the pork chop / shrimp special. My husband's pork chop was cremated and so dried out it was inedible. Mine was burnt too, but not as bad. When the waitress came over we did show her how bad it was and she asked if he wanted another, but by then almost everyone was done with their meal. I had wanted a bake potato but was told it would take 40 minutes, so I opted for the mashed potatoes. When they came, they were presented like a small scoop and tasted terrible. I opted to pass on them. But the worst is yet to come. When the bill came, I gave them a $50 gift certificate. The waitress came over with her manager and rudely said they couldn't take it because the paperwork said Pahrump Nugget on it. This is their sister casino! There was a Q R code and we had previously scanned it to make sure this Stockman's would accept it. We had to prove to the manager and the waitress we weren't scamming them. We got no apology or anything from either one of them. We were embarrassed in front of our friends. What I don't understand is how Golden Gaming operates as a company when one hand doesn't know how the other one operates. read more

Drove all the way from Kingman to find out they were closed. Checked the website for hours. Called the Casino before hand and got transferred to Stickman's left a message thinking they were busy and nope they were closed like Ft. Knox when we arrived at 7:45 PM. My boyfriend and I chose this restaurant for a nice dinner, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the wrong choice. We had a reservation for 6:45 PM but weren't seated until nearly an hour later due to short staffing. While we understood the situation and didn't make a big deal of it, things only went downhill from there. Once we were seated, we were brought waters, but one of them had a fruit fly in it. For our meals, we ordered a BBQ plate and a steak with sides. When the food arrived, my steak was cooked incorrectly--I had ordered medium well, but it came out medium rare. My boyfriend's BBQ ribs and sausage were undercooked, and while we reordered his plate, he didn't end up eating it. Unfortunately, the night took a turn for the worse when we both got severe food poisoning. One of the party had to come to the bar to place their drink order. Next a server came out to take their food order. They were served and were almost finished with their dinner, and we still hadn't received our entre. Again, had to ask the bartender where are entre was. Finally, when it was brought out it was cool and our prime rib was dry like it had been sitting somewhere for all this time. Placed our drink orders and then a few minutes later received two loaves of bread that were literally thrown on the table by some woman with a really bad attitude. So now comes the fun......we all ordered French onion soup (two we're having that as a meal). We all got our soup at the same time. One gal ordered a full meal with salad, tenderloin medallions (ordered well done) and two others ordered the nachos to share as did two other ordering mushroom caps to share. The mushroom caps were disgusting.....basically a meatball on top of a mushroom cap that resembled wet dog food. The tenderloin medallions arrived not only cold but well beyond well done...all three were burnt to a crisp. Baked potato was cold to the point the butter wouldn't even melt. Needless to say it was beyond a disappointing event. We called the manager over and told him and showed him what we were served as the waiter truly could not give a shit and not once did he (Jesus) come to the table to ask if everything was okay, did we want another beverage. This is an annual weekend for us 6 ladies and we will NEVER go back to Stockmans again. Service and food are not up to par with their prices. read more

Oh my, talk about the meat you eat here, melts in your mouth. My boyfriend and I visited on April 24th, highly recommend this place! The mashed potatoes, the asparagus was huge and delicious and cooked just right!. Salmon was super fresh and just melted in your mouth. Okay, I wasn't expecting Stockman's to be THIS good, based on other reviews. The chefs here don't skimp on flavor, and this is much appreciated. The cowboy nachos had a ton of flavor. The bread was nice and soft, but I found the flavor a bit odd. It had sweet and salty notes, which certainly can be good, but was just odd, for some reason. Now to the shrimp scampi - yum! That apple crumb cake, omg. I have no idea what the chef did but it was light, fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth with an almost creamy top layer and then some sweet streusel and WOW! The waiter recommended this over the chocolate cake, which our friends ordered and said was delicious, too. Great food and service! read more

So we waited 30 minutes to get a drink order in because the bartender was so busy making drinks for the tables. He was allowed in the restaurant (we were just visiting), but when asked for a plastic cup and water for the dog they flatly refused and said they were advised as such by the manager.
