    E12. Pad Thai with tofu

I hate to leave such a poor review for local business but nothing we ordered here was good. Everything was pretty tasteless and bland or overly sweet. Got the pad thai, green curry, and basil udon with shrimp and a side of vegetable spring rolls to go and everything was bland and tasteless and just not good. The pad Thai was especially bad and the noddles were soggy. Even the spring rolls were bad and too sweet. Don't think I've ever had bad spring rolls before. The green curry was ok but wayyyy too sweet. Definitely had much much better Thai before.

Completely unremarkable. My chicken pad Thai was as generic and flavorless as it looked. The counter girl was miffed about something.... and the place was empty on a Friday evening at 6:45. I'll have to look for another Thai place.... there HAS to be something better.

Ordered delivery on this rainy evening, the OTK special PAN SEARED SALMON with Panang curry, rice and steamed veggies and Tom Kha Gai soup - Chicken, galanga, mushrooms, onions, cilantro and scallions in coconut soup. Both dishes, although look unassuming, the flavors were robust and savory. The salmon was cooked perfectly, cooked through and still tender. The panang sauce had the perfect kick underneath the creamy sauce. The steamed vegetables were fresh, crisp and bright in color. The soup was a very good balance of flavors, light creamy and tart, zingy and peppery. I am very satisfied with my first time ordering from OTK and will order again to try the other dishes.

Such a disappointment. Ordered the pad see ew which was dry and was not fresh. Even the spring rolls were lackluster (also very dry and chewy not crispy). The search for good Thai in Rockland county continues. The Thai iced though... delish!

Ordered the shrimp pad Thai which was really good. It had the right amount of sweetness and the portion size was ok as well.

The Tom kha ga soup was like drinking cocunut milk. Super watery and barely any ingredients.

Good food, decent prices. They are in a plaza so it's nice to have a place to park and pick up food. Always looks clean.

Portions are small and food is on the more bland side, compared to other Thai places. Probably would not order from here again

Walking into Grub, I had a good feeling and I wasn't disappointed. If you're looking to share small…read moreeclectic bites, you'll find plenty to like. This Asian fusion spot in a nondescript plaza has a large menu with a lot of small plates/street food, baos (with varying fillings), tacos/quesadillas/tostadas, curry, traditional Asian dishes, poutine, burgers, noodles like pad thai and plenty of veg-friendly items. We most enjoyed the chicken empanadas (generous filling, good flavor), cod tacos, and vegetarian spring rolls. The tofu lettuce wrap didn't have a strong flavor even though it seemed to have a lot of sauce. The beef Jerky (a bit tough and chewy) and vegetarian dumplings were okay, but not favorite items. We didn't order any items that were larger portion and it's very easy to rack up the bill with $9-12 small bites. Inside, you could forget that you're in suburbia because this place is pretty trendy. There's artwork and words on the wall and the menu tries to be clever (succeeds in some ways but not necessarily to grammar snobs). There's a 3% surcharge for credit card purchases. There's a Chinese food restaurant and Taimoca coffee place in the plaza as well.

I ordered the caprese sandwich on focaccia. Picture looks beautiful on the board, very appetizing…read more When I got the sandwich, very disappointed No cheese- appears to be one slice of mozzarella cheese cut into four slices. When I spoke to the manager, he debated with him and finally said " ma'am, you want another slice of cheese - here it is". He took a slice of cheese and cut it in half. The point is that I paid for a mozzarella cheese sandwich not a focaccia bread with arugula and vinaigrette. The bread is good but not for $10.99.

Either way I got the apple salad and a focaccia mozzarella sandwich. They were okay, just didn't taste fresh to me. The chicken was pretty tender on the salad though, that was nice! I'd prefer fresh apples though instead of dried apple chips. The cherry limeade wasn't great, it tasted watered down and didn't have that citrusy acidity that limeade would give you, it was more cherry for sure. I did enjoy the potato soup though it was pretty good. And they gave me a free baguette which was nice! But overall Panera is a bit mid now, it used to seem so much more fresh. The only things worth coming for are the soups, bread bowls and muffies.
