Gave Osuna's Mexican Grill a try since I was craving Mexican food. I ordered the Los burritos specifically wet with the green salsa and asada. This order was ready within minutes of ordering. Immediately, one of the things I noticed was the large portion of the burrito. Once you get into the burrito itself, there was a lot of cheese and asada. There was rice but I actually wished there was a bit more. The green sauce wasn't spicy. Overall, this was a solid burrito and I'd consider it a 4/5. It would definitely be higher if there was more rice. read more

I have not visited this restaurant in person however we had food ordered for our office. I always judge a Mexican restaurant by its chips and salsa. The chips were thin like I prefer with a good amount of salt and I was pleasantly surprised on the spice level and the amount of flavor the salsa had. We ordered the Carne Sada burrito, which came with the green salsa on top to avoid it getting overly soggy. My first impression was how flavorful and tender that Cara was. Second I am always critical of beans and can tell if they are not homemade. The beans were very tasty and definitely homemade. This was a good for impression. I have been watching this restaurant for months. We decided to give it a try a few nights ago. We were not disappointed!! I ordered the 2 taco combo, nachos and cheese enchiladas in green sauce. So hubby likes crunchy tacos.. he got 2 well filled shredded beef tacos rice and beans. The nachos we got had Carne asada, cheese, guacamole and jalapenos.. Sooo good. I've only tried this place out twice since they opened in Glendora. The first time I'm assuming it was just ok because we didn't go back for yeeeears! Lol Had a school fundraiser to help raise money through proceeds on each purchase, we ordered multiple plates and sure enough, everyone enjoyed the food! I guess maybe they revamped their menu/dishes since the last time I last tried. I ordered for two households. We got 2 asada tortas (both said it was really really good, picky eaters too) ha! Also ordered shrimp ceviche, hard shell chicken taco minus the onions, fish taco, chicken quesadilla and a large Jamaica for my hubby and I to share. Everything was good & flavorful except the fish taco. It was ok but nothing to get again unless it's for lent lol but I enjoyed the ceviche for sure! Next time we will be trying different items! November 5, 2021. Never been here before but decided to have lunch here today because it was convenient as I was returning a cable box to Spectrum in the same shopping center. The food here is nothing extraordinary or special. At all. I am a Mexican food aficionado. I have close to 350 YELP reviews and the majority of them are probably Mexican restaurants. I love to find great little Mexican restaurants. Unfortunately I did not find one today. Wish I had something good to say about this place but they were nice and welcoming but there is absolutely nothing special about the food here at this place at all. Would I eat here again? No. Ordered a burrito with just chicken, beans and rice. Bland No flavor at all. Tasted like watered down canned beans and I make Mexican rice at home better myself. They have a large menu I will say that but generally that is usually a problem. I find places that offer huge menu options are not that good. It's better to serve only a few things and be really extraordinary with those few things. For example In-N-Out Burger. Not a huge menu but really good at what they do serve. Ok, back to my burrito.... there were large pieces of carrots inside my burrito. That's right, carrots. What's up with that? Carrots? Who does that. I'm sorry to write such a negative review. I generally don't like to write negative reviews and always try to find something positive about my experience at any place but unfortunately this place is just disappointingly awful. Fairly priced and decent. Got a Los burrito w/ carne asada and the gf got a shrimp ceviche. Not the biggest burrito and I don't usually trust places that put a sear on the burrito after wrapping it, but it was pretty good. Shrimp ceviche was ok, I felt like there wasn't a lot of shrimp, but I usually get ceviche from Northgate so can't really compare. I got a michelada which was bomb too, they serve it with the bottle upside down in the cup, so at the end it was mostly beer. I must have drank it wrong. It did bother me that when the waiter asked what we wanted to drink and we said water, they brought out water bottles without saying anything and were gonna charge us for them. I think they were gonna do the same with chips and salsa which would have rude to send back but I made sure to ask after the water fiasco, so that wasn't very cool. They got docked a star for that. Today's deal was very reasonable and actually forgot about that till I saw the check for which 3 beef tacos came out to be $4.62!!!! The beef taco that I experimented today was extremely delicious. Combining yesterday and today's lunch hours, I must've chowed down at least 5 beef tacos. I will have to switch a diff flavor next time. But earlier today's visit @ 1:50pm was very quiet. Since it was a later lunch hour, I'm thinking traffic kinda died down till early dinner?! Staff was very friendly~I'd encourage my Yelper friends in the area trying this place out.
