Shauna and Josue are awesome humans who always greet me and somehow seem even happier when I walk in with my usual, "Hi guys, here I am!" I stopped in recently and was in and out in a jiffy. Josue has been here for a long time, and we always manage to shoot the breeze for a few minutes. These two are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely make the experience better. Tuesday 8/4/26 I went to get the vaccine and was told it was given to someone else but they would reorder it. Wednesday 8/5/26 I called to confirm that a prescription for a vaccine was ready and I was told yes. It would be available after 2:30 p.m. Thursday 8/6/26 I went to CVS to get the vaccine and was told it was given out to someone else. I don't have time or patience for such buffoonery. Thank God I have time before my trip to get this done. Didn't realize that stocking and keeping vaccines was such rocket science. On top of that, they have Doogie Howser working as a pharmacist.

He was super energetic! He gave me a refrigerator magnet and a travel pill case which I definitely needed. They had a table set up and they were discussing the different benefits and options their pharmacy offers. Of course, with the store being brand new the pharmacy area was clean, bright and welcoming. You could tell the staff at this pharmacy truly cared about their customers.

Brisma deals with the insurance and get the issue resolved rather than you having to call and fight with the insurance. When you need the pills sooner than later they understand the urgency and will act with urgency. We get medications timely. The few times they didnt come its because they were out of stock BUT we got them ASAP when they were back in stock (next day!) The drivers are always nice. If you arent able to pick up your medications highly recomend Brisma. They deliver!
