I get pricing before the process the prescription so that there are no surprises. They are easy to contact by phone and email. I had get to pricing for either injectable or troche so I emailed the dosage and frequency to the general email listed on their website and in less than 30 minutes I received an email reply from the Owner/Pharmacist with all pricing details and he reaffirmed the dosage/frequency. Once a prescription is ready to ship I receive an email with a link to pay for the prescription and delivery is always included. No extra cost for their delivery. With my most recent prescription, my doctor sent the new prescription to Val Vista and on the same day I received an text to pay online using the texted link and that it was expected to be delivered the next day. Being the skeptical that I can be sometimes I didn't believe that it would be delivered by the next day. Sure enough this morning, at 7:25am, I received another text that my prescription was out for delivery. I have used three other custom pharmacies in the valley and by far this is the best for customer service, pricing and delivery.

We arrive 10 minutes before our appt and waited until the Pharmacy Tech was available to adminster our shots. We only waited an additional 10 minutes, as he was the only available tech at the time. He was able to get my husband and I completed fairly quickly. His bedside manner was lacking, but as someone who has manned my own office alone before, I get the focus and concentration on other things. We used to have this one pharmacist for years who got to know us pretty well (...by drug store standards. I mean, she knew who we were by the number of ear infections, pink eyes, and colds my kids would get year-round). It was a cool relationship. Anyway, something happened to her but I don't know what it is was. Sad, she's not there anymore (Hold on I need a moment...ok I'm fine now.). The new pharmacists rotate quite a bit so my visits aren't personal anymore. The photo guy with the dreads is way cool! LOVE him! In fact, all the staff there have been friendly every visit. The store is always clean and typically have everything I need in stock. I especially like the discounts I get buying the Walgreen brand. Now, they have a rewards card! Cool! We get points for filling prescriptions too! Nice... I just started the program so don't know the benefits and value just yet. I'll post tips about that in the future. No one wanted to give me the time of day, they were all out of stock, just telling me to keep calling around. They did not care one bit. Not only did Ben help me try to get the lowest cost possible, he also was patient and kind! highly recommend and will definitely be going back to this pharmacy for as long as they carry my prescription
