Basically drive through is always closed now. They are closed at lunch. Closed randomly. They never have the Rx. This is the nearest cvs to me but it seems like its got no employees or stock. They will text you when they have Rx but dont really care if they don't have your med. walgreens was much more accommodating. read more

Absolutely the best pharmacy I have been to. Everybody in the store is nice and helpful. Tiffany is by far the most helpful and kindest pharmacist I have ever dealt with. She takes the time to make sure you have the information you need. She really knows her stuff!!! The people in the front are friendly and very helpful. read more

I went to the CVS on Greenfield and Guadalupe today to update some prescription info. I went by the store last Friday to pick up my subscription but was told my Eloquis discount card was expired. The young lady last week was super helpful and spent at least 10-15 mins trying to update it for me but was getting error message and gave me the info to call on Monday since it was to late to reach anyone in central time zone. I called and updated the info and stopped by store today to provide the info to them. The young man in the pharmacy was rude and made me feel like I was bothering him. I got eye rolls and sighs the whole works. He wouldn't call Eloquis when he told me the info I provided was invalid even though it was a copy of the email Eloquis sent me. I then called them myself and the lady I spoke with said everything was updated and current. When I tried to put him on the phone w Eloquis I got "I don't know what you want me to do". He reluctantly took the call and when he gave me the phone back I said sorry to bother you and walked out. Eloquis said everything is valid for the next time I need refill. Absolutely the worst customer service. After being on hold for over an hour yesterday- the store associate picked up the phone, and I could hear background noise but no one was responding to me. Then they disconnected the line. So i went to the pharmacy and after standing in line for 20 minutes i was told to go to a different line because the associate told me if he had to take the time to call the phone number my insurance provided me to get my prescription filled he couldn't help the people behind me. I went to the other line and waited for nearly an hour. I was then told by a very rude pharmacist that it is not their responsibility to call on my behalf. When i called the phone number provided and my insurance company i was told the pharmacy is required to call. read more

I wear my mask as I'm supposed to! However it's so weird this location has turned into the mask police. The last two times I was checking out here they have yelled at someone for not wearing a mask. Again, it was not me, I was simply checking out wearing a mask. I'm all for asking someone to wear a mask, but the yelling and rudeness is uncalled for. So crazy. This is the most incompetent Drug Store I have ever been to. They do not deserve even 1 star. Dropped off a prescription on Monday 8/2/21. Called Wed, Thu and Fri at least 5 times each day! On hold an average of 15 minutes each call. Today I go there and they say they cannot find the prescription. After 5 minutes, they find it laying on a desk in the back. Then they say they cannot figure out what it says. It's a Workers Comp and I was told Monday evening it was approved by the WC people and that was relayed to CVS. CVS says they need authorization because they cannot find it!!! I come home, call the Dr and ask them to contact CVS. I later find out that CVS does not carry the prescription... I hate this CVS!! Biggest waste of time and they are all clueless about what it is like relying on a drugstore for needed services! read more

They went above and beyond. I received a phone call from the Casey saying they didn't have the medication in stock and he called my doctor to inquire about another prescription. Casey went so far as to call around stores looking for another store I could get my prescription from. I am so impressed and honestly it's awesome he did everything he could to get me the right medication. Thank you so much! read more

My son has PTSD medication and is required to follow a strict regiment on taking them. The Doctor has has to call over and tell them, they are not licensed to treat anyone and if He orders the meds, then they need to be ready. Pharm ate grow that day, but ensure he would pay us back. Med is now never in stock, we cannot order ahead of time due to it being a control substance, they tried to deny one because he felt it wasn't effective. YOUR ARE NOT THE DOCTOR! Every month is a fight with these clowns. All they do stand in the back talk bad about the drive thru people. Find another job that your good at then. Last week I laid a telephone number down and told the guy call this number and find out how good my lawyer is when it comes to dealing with people like you. YOUR ARE NOT A DOCTOR. This place should be raided I can only guess who they deal with other people based off of what I have seen. Wrong meds, poor customer service, dragging their feet, mis information. I purchased 12 items today at this store and none of them were marked as being on sale, though for a few of them buying two would give you a discount on the second item. I had in hand an unexpired "30% off your entire full-price purchase" coupon that I received from the company and I presented this coupon to the cashier when I was checking out. After all the items and the coupon had been rung up, paid for (foolish me), and a receipt printed, the cashier paused and checked over the receipt. She noticed that my 30% coupon had been completely rejected. Eventually she noticed that all 12 items had been discounted by something called "Coupon Savings", but the average savings on each item turned out to be 5% of the total, not 30%. Nothing she could do at that point, CVS had robbed me and she was a witness. But she was friendly and helpful in every other respect, so I can't blame her for her company's fraudulent behavior. Literally always the nicest people and pharmacy staff. They're always absolutely slammed and still take time to go out of their way to help you in the pharmacy. The only thing that's terrible is the drive thru situation but I've gathered that corporate is the issue on that one. Overall, love the staff and coming here is always pleasant! read more

1/27/2016 I was having problems with my left kidney.  It got infected and was very painful.  Because of the situation I developed a MRSA like strain of bacteria and was NOT supposed to be near the public. Dr. told me drive-thru was safe.  I was in extreme pain and needed to fill pain meds. I had to fill script since it was narcotics. I turned in my script-one 1/2 hour wait! I came back in one and 1/2 hours-still in more pain. script not filled! no one was behind me in line. I said I would sit and wait there.  HOW LONG COULD IT TAKE TO COUNT OUT 42 PILLS??? Instead of filling script they told me to pull around to front and come in to get meds. I told them it was not the best plan.  They told me I could move, come around to front or THEY WOULD CALL THE POLICE FOR BLOCKING THE DRIVE-THRU! no one was behind me!! My other choices were: I could pull out of drive-thru (no one still behind me)and return to line in 15 minutes, or they would give my script back and I could go elsewhere.  Almost in tears, I went to front of store.  THEY MADE ME WAIT 20 MORE MINUTES INSIDE, EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD FILLED THE SCRIPT!!! The "manager on duty" Dawn told me it was a corporate problem, not hers. She gave me the corporate number. I called them right there.  I made them stay on the line  until Brian (total jerk!) gave me script.  It has been a whole week and "corporate" still hasn't called me back, even though I called twice. The store manager, Stephanie, didn't even bother to call. (Trista, pharm mgr did call). CVS CHOSE TO EXPOSE EVERYONE IN THE STORE TO AN INFECTIOUS DISEASE, not to mention jerking me around.  CALL THE POLICE??? REALLY???  I am a law abiding citizen that was in pain and needed help.  Is this the way the handle customers?? When I feel better will be seeking new pharmacy. read more

This is absolutely the best experience I had with CVS. Wilma have notice I purchase products that might qualify me for a $10 gift card plus the $5 that I already had. You wrote a review for Cvs Pharmacy 32 minutes ago 12/30/2017 I went to the CVS on Guadalupe and Greenfield in Gilbert, AZ. I was in the drive thru with two cars ahead of me. It took at least 10 minutes for the first car to get what they needed. Then after 10 minutes of waiting for the second car to be taken care of I called the pharmacy to ask what was taking so long. Isabel answered the phone and said the pharmacist was talking to the person because the person had a lot of questions. I told her that I have been in the questioning person's position before and have been asked and gladly stepped out of line to wait for a medicine or ask questions so others weren't held up. I asked why can't that be done. Isabel told me, "if I want fast service that I should go to a fast food restaurant." I kid you not; this seems to be the level of customer service that CVS is providing these days. This encounter is the second type of encounter of this type I've had with CVS. They don't seem to care about customers at all. read more

I went in to pick up my perscription and the young man named samer told me it was 94 dollars..thought it was high..he told me to go to the epipen website to get a coupon..my phone was dead..so he pulled it up on his computer..and came back and said there would be no charge..wow..he did not have to do that..that is good old fashion customer service..he just keep my business for a long time..great employee..wish everyone would take a lesson from this young man..nice to see read more

If I could give zero Stars I would. My aunt went to this CVS Pharmacy to get her perscriptions filled as usual. She had been going to this Pharmacy for about 2 years now because her insurance doesn't offer many more options near by. My aunt called me crying telling me what Steven had said to her and how terrible it made her feel. She was at the drop off counter talking to a female pharmacy tech about her perscription. The female needed to ask the pharmacist a question about that perscription. The pharmacist is Stephen Meyer. He was filling perscriptions from the back and he didn't come to the counter to talk to her he just yelled from where he was "(Aunt's name) how come I always have problems with you?? What do you want now?" My aunt felt very embarrassed as other people couldn't help but hear him. This was extremely unprofessional and Mr. MEYER was completely void of confidentiality at that moment. This wasn't the first time he has expressed attitude with my aunt however it was the last straw. She no longer feels comfortable going into that Pharmacy to get her medication alone and now she feels like she has to bring someone with her because she is fearful of what he might say or do next time. read more

Convenient location and personable staff. They generally stop me as I walk in and ask if I need help finding anything. They are a little more expensive than other stores (like Wal-Mart or Target). I suppose that is for the convenience factor, but it would be 5 stars otherwise. read more

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to! Two of my moms prescriptions did not have the quantity of pills in them as the label stated. How is this even possible? It wasn't like 20 pills both were around 100 pills not in the bottle. The second time this happened I went into the cvs with the bottle and the pharmacist insisted he did not make a mistake clearly it was my fault and I "misplaced" 100 pills because he would never make a mistake like that. He was very unprofessional and rude! He told me that if I don't trust him as my pharmacist then find a new one. I have no choice but to switch now I'm paranoid about if I got the correct amount of pills for my mom or not. The other time it happened was about 2 months prior. I take care of my mom, have 1 day off during the week and 2 kids; I do not have time to argue with a pharmacy over missing pills. read more

Staff is terrific, very helpful and always nice. Prescriptions ready on time and never had a mix up. Only problem I have is their auto-dialing system about prescriptions isn't updated. It's still calling me about a med I no longer take....could be confusing for some elderly with memory challenges. read more
