Ordering windows took a few weeks and teams on install day moved swiftly and kept the area clean after! I also want to note that we live on the 3rd floor of a condo building and many contractors said they could not install and/or needed additional materials, external infrastructure and costs to do the project, but Jacob made it seamless with bringing windows up the stairs, and doing an internal install, which incurred no extra install costs. I hired Radek/Chicago Tile Services to rip out my old shower tile & shower pan and redo the entire thing brand new. He was very kind, super responsive and informative from the beginning and made the whole process very easy. Despite having some issues with the drain and having to bring in a plumber to assist with a portion of the work (which ended up delaying us about 1 1/2 days), everything that he estimated from both time and cost was exact. His work quality was great and he made it very painless by allowing me to select the tile and then picking it up to do the job.
