***Never consider Times Construction Company and owner for home improving and developing projects**** In August 2024, my spouse made an agreement with the owner of this company, Haroon Mohammad, to carry out two renovation and construction projects at our home simultaneously. These projects were supposed to be completed within a maximum of one month. My spouse repeatedly asked the owner of this company to provide the final version of the contract for signature, but Mohammad kept delaying and avoiding this request with various excuses. According to the agreement, we were supposed to pay 30% of the contract amount at the start of the projects, and the remaining amount upon their completion. Unfortunately, due to an unfounded and mistaken trust in Mohammad, my spouse ended up paying him the full amount within a month -- even though, after seven months, the projects are still not finished and Mohammad is no longer answering our calls. He even failed to pay his workers, and we had to provide fruit, sweets, food, and lunch daily to Mohammad's workers for two months. Although my spouse has hired a skilled legal attorney and this matter is being pursued through the legal system, the stress and mental toll he has endured during this time is irreparable. Therefore, if you are considering a renovation or construction project in your home (painting, roofing, remodeling, finishing basement, retaining wall, etc.) , I strongly advise you not to consider this company or its owner. I would give this company a zero rating. We hired Haroon to paint our basement on 8/16/2024. As of today 9/5/2024 the job is not finished. They were very sloppy got paint speckle's on my entire new floor and baseboards. Paint on my stairs leading to the outside and even on my driveway. Left the room with dust everywhere and did not move my furniture back as he said they do. Did not clean or prime the walls before painting them. I had a dust web on one wall corner and it was still there when they said they were finished painting. You can see roller marks on my ceiling and missed panting marks. Every appointment we had with him he either was hours late or did not show up. No phone calls and no shows. We have cameras in our house and they were standing on my $10,000 pool table and my speakers to paint. When I confronted both Haroon and the supervisor Gino all they said was "well was there any damage". After several attempts and missed appointments Haroon agreed to come back. Of course he was 8 hours late and all he said after I pointed out the horrible painting job is that he want to get past all of this and would repaint. 2 more appointments set up with him and no show and no calls. After 2 phones calls of calling the company Times Construction I left a message that I will be going to small claims court about this the supervisor Gino called and assured me that he will get this corrected or refund my money. Same scenario no show for appointments although he did call one time and said that the person that was to come got kick out of the place that she/he lived in and they could not make it. Wanted to set up another appointment on a day that my husband was having surgery. I explained I would need to call back to give them the time. Well I called gave the Ok to come and again no show no call. On top of all of this we have a TV on the wall and Haroon said that they are painting around it because no one can see behind the TV. What a joke. My husband took the TV off of the wall and told them to be careful as it was leaning against our couch. Haroon knocks the TV over and tells my sister " oh well they need a new TV anyways". They also only painted half of the room because they said that paneling cannot be painted. When we researched this and confronted him about it he said too much work. Our contract was for him to paint the paneling. I am now going to take them to small claims court. Beware! read more

We hired Haroon and his team to build a deck last summer. It failed the first inspection, but they corrected this issues and it passed the second time around without any issues. At this point I felt bad for the guy and his workers because they were probably losing or close to losing money. I settled up in good faith that the deck would get stained in a couple months as agreed upon in the contract. The deck never got stained. Recently he called to ask how we were enjoying the deck. I told him the deck is great but we were still waiting for it to get stained. He said something about being very busy and I haven't heard anything since. read more

I got pavers patio done by this company, the project started on May 24th 2023 and was supposed to be finished with in 2 weeks, but it took more than 2 months for them to finish it since they were no call no show for 3-4 days every week. I heard all kinds of random excuses during the project. Once the project was done, they left my property damaged with scratches on my driveway, left gravel and sand on my driveway, left the front lawn and backyard grass all messed up, left all the half broken bricks all over the place, they took off my gutter extensions (actually ripped them apart) and never put the back in place, left all the garbage for me to take out. Thats not all, the work they did was horrible, the finishing to my patio looked like a 6 year old had done it, I called couple of landscaping companies to fix my front lawn and backyard grass and they told me this patio looks horrible and I should contact a lawyer before try to fix it and they will not touch it since its a safety issue as well, the retaining walls are already tilting on one side, there are waves in the pavers that will retain water and get damaged, there are gaps between retaining wall bricks, the paver sand is not put in properly and is washing out, the posts they made were not properly constructed and they filled them with sand that is coming out of the gaps in bricks, the steps they made looked like a 5 year old could have done a better job, the steps are already sinking in, although it has been a week since they finished the work. I gave them one more chance and asked him to come and fix it, he said he will come on Sunday afternoon, but although they confirmed on Saturday that they are coming next day, they never showed up, no call, no show. After all this, I have contacted a lawyer and going to make this company pay for what they did to my property. read more

At this time We are still once again dealing with what appears to be a no call no show. Haroom was supposed to come a previous week and verbally confirmed coming to power wash on one day. Then he put it off to later in the week and was no call no show for that. He even said he would call me right back. And didnt. So my fiance had him confirm for today at 8 am. Once again no call, now show with no response. I had got other estimates and didnt schedule those because i assumed a level of professionalism. Since my neighbor is using them, I will also let them know. Maybe he will resurface and i can change this. But at this time, you cant trust this company. There is no mix up. Just blatant unresponsive stringing along that will take up your time, put off your project by weeks and leave you feeling like a fool. Only, I know its them. Steer clear. Dont waste your time. Unethical. And if you notice, i dint post. But i as a woman often by myself feel like that is part of why it was not important and that asserting the first time that no call now show was unacceptable. He used an excuse first blow off about payment first agreeing to electronic chase. Giving him a cc number was never an issue. I thought haroon initially was self employed or the owner. I contracted Times Construction to paint my homes interior 1st and 2nd floor. We were are very disappointed in the quality of work rendered. Haroon wasn't very organized and rushed his 2 employees to finish leaving areas and spots incomplete. We constantly had to monitor as request they go back and redo areas of our home. They weren't very professional at all not properly covering furniture and flooring.Not cleaning up spills as they went happened leaving drops of paint behind. Had to come back for Touch up and completing work and was unprepared to do that Haroon asked me to purchase more paint for his guy to finish part of the touching up of ceiling work due to they're running out of paint. Which I did with the understanding that I'd be reimbursed for the purchase since I'd already paid for the job. I still haven't received my money for the materials purchased two months later. Haroon kept stalling and promising but never came through or paid me. Nor finish the baseboards. This Guy isn't what he professes to be. Avoid this guy and Company or be disillusioned and disappointed. read more
