Had a portion of my driveway that had sunk about 2-3" right in front of my garage entry. Had to lean on the gas pedal a little extra to get the car into the garage. Was a nuisance and safety concern. When I first set out to have job completed, I was having a problem finding a company that specialized in slabjacking that would come out and give me a estimate. Luckily I found AAA. I believe I was able to use their website and left a detailed message on what was needed to be done. Within a few business days I had the estimate and had the job completed in less than two weeks. I thought the crew was professional and had the job done quickly. For the money and time needed (actual repair took 1-2 hours), I don't think I could have found more value in other seeking out any other routes for remediation. Not only are they scamming them, making a huge mess that will cost twice as much to fix because of incompetence they are also threatening them. Be prepared for a nightmare. This company fixed a front step and sidewalk on 4/3/25. I reached on 4/26/25 because a few of the spots where they drilled holes/filled with concrete were now mounds of concrete and not flat, so a tripping hazzard. John said he would take care of it this week. Never done. I reached out again on July 19, 2025 because now the step is separating again. He said he'd take care of it and get it done. Today is 9 days later - I have yet to see it done or hear from them. If you want a job done right and that won't ghost you when it needs to be fixed, do not use this company. read more

First step was for the company to come out and look at the project, that was done within a few days of my call and an estimate was given. I scheduled the work that needed to be done and the crew came out raised our sidewalk with no issues. The work was done quickly, professionally, reasonably priced, everything was cleaned up so well you didn't even know contractors came to our home. John and his crew were easy to work with. It started with me sending pictures and dimensions to John. Within a couple hours he had a quote texted to me. We scheduled a day and time to have the work completed. His communication was very good, via text, letting me know the day had changed due to the weather was not conducive to complete the work. He followed up with a confirmation of the newly scheduled day and time. The guys showed up when expected. The crew doing the work were friendly, took time to answer my questions, performed the work within the time frame promised, and kept my yard and brand new driveway clean of concrete. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They bamboozled my grandfather into fixing our front steps. They were suppose to evenly raise the step up and fix all the cracks. However our front steps are now more of a hazard than ever before. The step is dangerously high. The cracks are still an issue. We called them back to come fix it but they never showed up. This company is not professional and does not have the skill set that more reputable companies who work in concrete hold. We want our money back and will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. read more

Aaa raised 3 concrete slabs on patio. Following year, patio sunk back to original sunken level. Talked to John and he said he would be out to look at patio. Upon his inspection , the patio didn't drop enough inches to be re lifted. This year patio has sunken more. Will be contacting another co to re lift concrete read more

I have an old 2 car garage that was sunk in and needed to be raised up about 7 inches due to getting flooded from the alley and the backyard of my house. A lot of companies didn't want to deal with it because it was risky, they have said. Do you like punctual, professional contractors that warranty their work? AAA Concrete Raising is a mud jacking contractor that drills a hole under the foundation of your home, driveway, front stairs (etc, etc) and raises the fallen or sloped concrete by injecting a mud/concrete mixture under the area. Them they patch up the drills holes. FYI...then need access to water and electricity to hook up one hose and plug in one power cord. John came out and did a free quote and AAA Concrete Raising came in lowest of the 3 quotes (by $100) for a job to raise the concrete under the front stairs. They warranty their work for 2 years. A team of 3 guys arrives on time in a big truck with some pretty heavy equipment towed along to pump and drill the concrete. Nice guys! FAST work...got the job done in 30-40 min and cleaned up all the mess. read more

We called AAA to raise our existing driveway before we poured a new slab adjacent to it. We told John about this at the initial quote and even had their sister company quote the new slab. We also told their crew on the day of what our plans were, so they definitely knew what we needed. They never measured, leveled, ran leveling lines- nothing- all things they should've done (so we learned after the fact). Once we had the new slab poured, it became clear how poorly the driveway had been leveled. There was a very noticeable dip in the middle- even without the new slab there, it should have been obvious to them that it wasn't graded correctly for run-off. I called John out to look at it, and he offered no solutions. He left me a quote for the work to fix it- the new quote was 87% of the original quote! Um, no. No chance I'm paying you twice to do a job that should've been done right the first time. We ended up calling a competitor to fix the job, and they did it perfectly. Worst experience ever, do not go with this company. I hired them out to raise the falling stoop in front of my house, the side walk, and a concrete patio in the back. They made a real mess and really didn't do much, the front stoop looked exactly the same as before except with large holes that they drilled and didn't properly fill. They left brown sand on the grass and all on the driveway and left without cleaning up the mess. When I called to complain, they didn't even offer to come back and fix it, all they did was give some of my money back (hence 1 star) and that was only after I complained many times. Worst experience and would avoid them. read more

I called them for a cracked walkway that was sinking. There prices were comparable to other places, but I wish I had gone elsewhere. They did a mediocre job lifting the concrete and didn't even bother to seal the crack when they were done. Next time, I'll find a company that takes a little more pride in their work. read more

The price was very reasonable and John was easy to work with. I like the fact that he is not a pressure salesman and he oversees the work of his crew. Delivers on what is promised. my experience with AAA was not so good. Yes, John came in with a lower bid and I hired him. He said to leave the money in an envelope as I wouldn't be home when they did the work. MISTAKE Only a part of what I wanted was done. But the mess they left was awful! I called, he came back, fixed it better but not perfect but still left a mess. There is brown mud on our lawn, in the street, on the driveway. It has rained several times and it still sits there. It has killed a lot of our lawn. Go ahead and use them, but be home while they are there and make sure it's what you want and that they clean up. read more
