I also couldn't figure out how my toggle bolts were getting stuck/not tightening which left me stuck halfway through the project on my own. My call was returned same day and I was able to quickly set an appointment. Sergio called me 15 minutes before my set time and made me feel like one of my buddies just happened to be in the neighborhood. We quickly figured out that my bolts were too long and were bending as I pushed them against the foundation. With an expert on-site and having the extra set of hands we had the new unit installed in under 30 mins. Friendly and prompt service from a professional contractor.

So I found AGH on Yelp and put in the request on their website. I received a quick response and George came out to take a look at everything we wanted to do and provided an estimate later in the week. Once I had a chance to review all my estimates I contacted AGH and gave them the green light. They were able to start work on my projects within a week. Here are the projects I had them work on: -Custom built cabinet/pantry in my kitchen -Custom backsplash above my kitchen counter/sink -Remove/install new cabinet by my stove -Recaulk bathroom window in my shower From start to finish it took them about a week. Pretty reasonable given the amount of work I had done. They also stayed within the original budget that was quoted. They were also very clean and the workers that were in and out of my condo were very polite. I will definitely call them again for my next projects. Only reason I don't give 5 stars is because the communication could have been better coordinated. It seems they have different contacts for all aspects: estimates, payments, and actual work. This is my only knock on AGH, but overall I am very happy with all the work performed in my condo!

We had three different contractors come out to repair the leaks. All of them left us with outrageous bills, threats of litigation, and bathtubs that still leaked. After receiving payment, none of them would honor their "warranties" and come back to fix their deficient work. When I initially found Jon on Yelp, I was skeptical. I decided to give him a chance because I had no other options. They were extremely responsive and were able to come out in a few days. They fixed both leaks and honored their warranties for minor things I noticed after they left. Their prices are very reasonable. Furthermore, they are actually licensed, which is rare for most services that you find on Yelp. Most contractors will present a license, but have unlicensed workers do the actual work to cut costs. They are also extremely trustworthy and I would have them work in my home with no one present. If you have any issues, I highly recommend you contact them. They will not disappoint. As to the negative reviews left by Ryenne and Amy, all I can say is that Things 2 Fix was one of the most responsive contractors I have come across. They will be my first call if I ever need assistance again.

We went with a complete overhaul of the building including many custom elements that we didn't even know existed. The team and ownership group was very hands on from the start, kept us informed and delivered on their promises. They have an actual office that we consulted at which is not always the case with other companies. We were able to see their work first hand before committing. With other companies in the past, you almost have to go off of their word, which can be risky, but this made us much more comfortable signing up with them. Remodeling and new construction is never easy but when the end result looks this good, it's definitely worth it! Give them a try, you won't regret it,

We hired George and his team for a full renovation, and the experience was completely different from any contractor we've worked with before. From the start, he approached the project with a clear plan, realistic budgeting, and a structured preconstruction phase that helped us understand exactly what we were getting into before any work began. What stood out most was the level of organization and communication. Every decision was explained, timelines were clear, and we always knew what the next step was. There were no surprises, no guesswork, and no disappearing acts--just steady, professional progress. The craftsmanship was excellent, but more importantly, the process felt controlled and thoughtful from beginning to end. George was on site, involved, and detail-oriented. He treated our home with respect and made sure everything was done the right way, not just the fast way.

Issues began appearing within the one-year warranty period, including failing grout, cabinet issues, and poor finishing. During construction, my brand-new door was painted over without my approval. When I raised this concern, I was told replacement was "not going to happen" and to "get that out of my head," which I found unprofessional and dismissive. I was advised by the company's partner, Abel, that there was a full one-year warranty. I did reach out to him before the warranty expired, but received no response. Instead of addressing the concerns, the owner, Shannon, took issue with who I contacted, refused to come out to inspect the work, labeled visible defects as "wear and tear," and ended communication without offering a resolution. For the amount paid, I expected accountability, professionalism, and warranty support. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
