There are many different styles and colors to choose from. I had a little bit of difficulty shopping online, so it was nice to be able to go into the store and actually touch and feel some of the products. I actually found this location as a happy accident as I was walking by on my way to another store. They have several different textures that they use for their shirts, including a more hot-weather-friendly one for spring and summer that I ended up buying. Overall, they have a lot of really fun prints and there's definitely something there for everyone. The store attendant, Jonny, was incredibly kind and helpful in assisting me to find what I was looking for. He was able to answer all of my questions and make suggestions that ended up helping me with my purchase. Highly recommend.

I quickly pulled out the app and bingo! I found it and bought a shirt for $2.98 on that day. I came back today and hoping to strike another luck. Not necessarily the coupon but I had a good experience on the clearance rack at the other Nordstrom Rack in Westchase. But there weren't any thing for me at this Galleria store. Then, I went to the shoe clearance racks but there weren't any clearance shoes. Ok. I found a couple of shoes with special tags on the regular priced racks. Ugh. So unorganized. Back in the summer, it was my first time here after shopped at Westchase Nordstrom Rack and really liked the merchandise. I found a shirt with price tag from Kohls. After I pointed it out to the dressing room attendant, she found a Nordstrom tag to put on there. Then upon check out, the cashier tried so hard to sell me the store credit card. I told her politely as I needed to pay off my current credit card debt before I would apply for their credit card. She said "I'll be watching you next time you come in. You're going to apply for the credit card." I stopped going there during the day.

However, during my latest trip, I was actually unable to find any jewelry I liked and almost all of it was overpriced. The purses were also overpriced, and the main discounted items in that section were basically Steve Madden brand, which makes me laugh. I was able to find a beautiful scarf, but most of the other scarves I looked at were unremarkable. Hardly anyone else was in the accessories section aside from me. In fact, there were very few shoppers in the store on a Friday evening, which is a bad sign. In the past, this store would be crowded. In the shoes selection, there was no middle ground between heels/platform shoes and more sporty shoes. Hardly any flats! This is so odd and off to me, but maybe other people like it. Regarding clothing, I was able to find a cool brown shirt, but the way most clothing is organized in this store is counterintuitive and not helpful. The cashier did not greet me at all and had very little to say on the back end, so I just grabbed my bag and walked out. Friday comes, I track my shoes, and it says "Attempted delivery, no answer." Of course I had been waiting all day, so I was upset and called fedex to let them know absolutely no one had been to my home for a delivery. The lady asks me to verify my name and address only to tell me the street address was off by one number and I need to contact the merchant whom ship the package to overwrite and correct the shipping label. I called the store and spoke with Jose, whom was unapologetic and said it was no big deal, he could have them fix the shipping label and they'll be delivered by tomorrow, only for him to call right back and say they won't allow him to overwrite the shipping label. They'll have to send him the package back for him to create a new label, which means I would be getting the shoe Monday since it was already Friday evening. Jose B. made it as if it was no big deal. A mistake was made on their end, with little to non apology. I missed the delivery guy Monday, March 28. Now, I finally got the box today only to open it and the Bottega V shoe box is torn, the bag is raggedy, overall not happy with this purchase and this is one brand I might have to not revisit.

The store has a very unassuming exterior. I would have totally missed it if I had not been to the original Sid Mashburn in the Westside district of Atlanta. It is an upscale niche-ish menswear / lifestyle store. It mostly caters to those who read GQ religiously. Now that I think about it, I think the store has grown because of the constant exposure it gets in #menswear blogs and magazines. For the lack of better term, I'd say the style of the store is a trendier / less conservative version of Brooks Brothers with better attention to fit. The premise of the store is that you shouldn't expect clothes to fit perfectly off the rack and are meant to be altered. That's why they have an in-house tailor that can alter the items to fit you in exactly the way you want. As far as the prices go, it's not cheap. A good looking suit here costs about 4 grand. Shirts are 150+. They also do bespoke and made-to-measure orders with Kiton and other high-end companies. They mostly focus on their house label but they do carry an assortment of upscale brands that I haven't seen much in Houston yet. -Alden, Edward Green, Filson, Diptyque (well, this one not so much), Levi's I think the quality of the house-label, especially the shirts, is a little disappointing. Sure, the fabric may be a little better but it just doesn't warrant the over-the-top price tag. I feel like you can get decent suits made with Loro Piana or Cerruti for much less if you look in the right place. With that said, the service here is impeccable and that's reflected in the price. The staff overall was good. I was approached and asked if I needed help. I was told about a sale without asking. Overall, friendly and attentive. The prices aren't cheap. I spent a pretty penny.
