I made an appointment after using the request a quote tool on Yelp. The response rate was remarkable and within about 30 minutes I had an appointment for a few days later. The location is easy to find but tucked away off Henderson Rd. in a small shopping complex next to a barber shop and a paint store. The staff is friendly and quick to greet you when you arrive. My appointment took less than twenty minutes. My dress took about two weeks and I had it hemmed, a slit put in the front, and the straps shortened a bit. It came out to about $115 with tax and the work was wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate to come back the next time I need any clothing alterations. The reviews are real and you can definitely trust them.

They have also helped me with special, more creative projects beyond just hemming, like working with mixed fabrics to create a whole new piece for me. I would definitely come back for dry cleaning services. As others have mentioned, they are pricey for clothes alterations. I took my business elsewhere for tailoring due to the higher price (was quoted $33 for a simple hem of a dress whereas other places offer the same service for $15-20). I even had a 20% off coupon from them after getting my coat cleaned, but it was still more expensive than other places without coupons.
