We made an appointment and showed up a little earlier and they were able to take us in. The front desk lady was nice and explained the services well. While we haven't had massages before, we have looked into them and this location has affordable pricing, with additional discounts if paying in cash. We did the couple massage with hot stones and added the eucalyptus oil and foot scrub. The rooms are separated with curtains instead of individual rooms, but it didn't affect our experience; however we did go during a weeknight where it wasn't as busy, and I could see it being distracting when there are more guests. Post-massage we felt great, even wanting to cancel our plans afterward to take a nap. I also hadn't felt my back this relaxed since I was a teen! Would love to come back again.

Low key, it was worth the pain & suffering (lol) because after a day or 2 of numbness, my backache was gone. Came back here again a few days ago and had their regular 1 hour massage. The lady that massaged me was awesome! It was the best massage that I had by far and I didn't have to suffer the "hard" massage. Got out of there feeling like a new person -- too bad I forgot her name. Would definitely be back.

They really took their time and focused on the problem areas instead of rushing through it like some other places do. What I liked most was that the pressure was perfect and they kept checking to make sure I was comfortable. You can tell they actually care about the experience. Super clean, calm atmosphere, and the staff made me feel comfortable right away. The prices are also really reasonable for the quality you get. Parking was easy too which is always a plus. I have been here many times and have always had great scalp massages that helped relieve my chronic…read moreheadaches. The last person who did it was excellent, and my headache completely went away. This time, however, a male therapist performed the massage, and he was extremely aggressive. I repeatedly told him that the pressure was too much. He would ease up briefly, then go right back to using excessive force. While my headache did go away, I lost a significant amount of hair during and after the massage. It has now been a week, and I am still losing hair. My scalp and temples are still sore from what felt more like a "massacre massage" than a relaxing treatment. He pulled my hair far too hard, and I am losing gobs of hair as a result. Not only that, but my entire body tensed up from the aggressiveness of the massage. I ended up with what feels like a pinched nerve running from my neck down to beneath my shoulder blade. This experience was painful and upsetting. This therapist should not be using this level of force on clients. I am genuinely concerned that someone could end up seriously injured. What should have been a therapeutic experience became a physically painful one that I am still dealing with a week later.

Thank goodness I went for it. Booked an appointment the same morning and was a totally easy process. I only waited about 10 minutes to be taken inside my private room. My masseuse was a sweet lady as well! She hit all the right spots and would definitely love to book with her again. I fell asleep for most of the massage, but from what I remember, it was amazing. I now have a deep love for full body massages and can see myself coming here again (and again!)
