I've been coming to C&T for years + as of recently my experience has been going downhill…read more I currently am unable to walk so I called ahead to make an appointment and made sure that they could fit me in, she assured me that they could. So I crutch all the way into the nail salon + I sit in one of the pedicure chairs. All of the workers are busy, they definitely were not prepared for my "appointment". I wait for about 10-15 minutes and then someone comes and starts my pedicure. he was so rushed and was going in between me and another person. He asked me which pedicure I wanted, I chose the 2nd option which is like a 20 minute massage with hot stones. I got no hot stones and about a 3 minute massage. People kept coming in asking for a mani or pedi and the owner kept saying yes just 5 minutes, meanwhile every staff member was slammed. And you could tell they were just rushing around. I had asked for a manicure too and the owner started rushing on my nails, she was going so fast that 3 of my fingers started to bleed so much that I couldn't even get a manicure. I got frustrated with the service and just asked to be done and leave. I went to checkout and she charged me for the 2nd level pedicure which I refused to pay. THE CHERRY ON TOP is I got a terrible fungal infection and I have to be on topical medication for a year to prevent permanent damage + had to pay to see a dermatologist. Just save your money and paint your own toes.

They offer 400+ regular lacquer polish and 100+ gel polishes. There is a large selection of gel polishes that have matching regular lacquer polish. Great for those who like gel mani and regular polish pedi to match. There are 6 comfy pedi massaging stations and 5 nail stations. There were 4 techs working on a Thursday. My $35 pedi was awesome! My leg and feet were massaged for over 10 minutes during and after the exfoliating treatment. Hot stones were complimentary due to the long wait when we arrived. It felt amazing. My husband was thoroughly relaxed during his pedi. We enjoyed talking with Cathy the whole time. Both our nail techs were great doing our pedis. My gel mani was done quickly. My only gripe is that my cuticles were not cleanly trimmed. Very ragged. My daughter's were the same. Both done by same nail tech. About the Owner: Owner's name is Cathy. She took over the business about 9 months ago and has been working hard against the poor management from previous owners. She has another nail salon (Nail Spa) down the street that she has owned for 16 years. Her clients tend to follow her and best nail techs to this location. Cathy was very attentive and accommodating during our entire time there. She is extremely accommodating to her older clients. One came in with an arm in a sling and Cathy offered to message her shoulder area. The client looked so pleased while Cathy was carefully messaging the slinged arm. An older couple came in for pedi's and Cathy was hugging them and kept up with their conversation. The couple were lovingly pampered. It was touching to see this at a nail salon. Cathy takes her business seriously and hopes to continue growing this location. Advice to future Visitors: Let Cathy know before you leave if you are dissatisfied with your service. Or call afterwards. She wants to address any issues or dissatisfaction immediately and make any necessary changes, if possible. Call ahead for wait time in case she is down nail techs. Final Thoughts: I will visit again next time I am in Jax but will make sure to instruct the tech to do a better job with the gel mani. My pedi was amazing and I doubt I will find anything to compare to it back home.
