Scam - took over $300…read more Found this place via Nextdoor paid for a diagnostics and the part for my dishwasher. Seemed responsive, wasn't able to come out the first week bc he was sick. I was totally fine with that, I didn't mind waiting or supporting a small business. After I waited for a week I was following up every day just to get an idea of when JR would actually be able to come out, he scheduled and then canceled last minute and then nothing. It's been over two weeks now- it takes 30 seconds to respond to a text at the least let alone schedule an appointment you can keep, no excuse. I've disputed with BBB and asked for my money back. My fault for paying for anything upfront but he seemed nice, use at your own risk. http://www.coloradoappliancesolutions.com/ Colorado Appliance Solutions

Jim is also very respectful of our budget and works hard to find options that fit within what we are comfortable spending. What we appreciate most is that Jim never makes us feel pressured to spend more than we want to. He genuinely cares about finding the right product for us rather than simply making a sale. It is clear that customer satisfaction is his top priority, and that level of service and personal attention makes a real difference. We highly recommend Jim to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, attentive, and customer-focused salesperson.

When we contacted customer service, instead of taking responsibility, they made us pay for the replacement items upfront and told us we'd only get a refund once the incorrect items were returned. This is such a poor way to do business. If a company makes a mistake--especially on an order this expensive--they should be the ones to fix it without putting the burden on the customer. To make matters worse, when the reordered items arrived, they were missing parts. Between the lack of accountability, the customer service frustration, and the quality control issues, this has been a stressful and disappointing experience. I expected much better from a company of this size. Would not recommend based on our experience.
