They all standing around and no one wants help with anything. they got too many people working in there doing nothing. They be thinking they have control over the customers.

Overall a great experience. This store does a great job of keeping everything stocked and straightened up which makes it easy to find what you need. My only comment is that over the last year or so, I don't run into as many experts who work there. I have had to return several items due to incorrect recommendations. That said, I have never had issues with returning anything. Random Side Note: I'm not a gardener at all - but this is the best Home Depot for garden supplies, plants, etc.

Older gentleman in the paint department is a bit cranky - but other than that, great location with solid selection of inventory.

We arrived just after they opened on Sunday. The lady said someone would be with us shortly. Jason came out, dressed very casually. He apologized, saying he was working in the back. It was actually nice, maybe even comfortable. Unlike the last business, he actually showed us the brands we wanted to see. He was not pushy and answered all our questions. And he gave us time to discuss the purchase in private. In the end, we were very happy with the price of our Bosch oven. Delivery and installation was exceptional as well. I hope the next time we need a new appliance, Jason is working.

A recent surgery with driving restrictions intersected with the failure of my beloved 29yo Kenmore washer, so I was unable to visit the showroom. Roger quickly understood my needs for 'in stock & available' + a few other basic requirements, then emailed me model #'s I could research further at home. He was able to work my calls & emails into his schedule, helped with questions & recommendations, & made the purchase & delivery set up extremely easy & fast. He's so professional. The other very positive experience came with the delivery/installation team. Brandon and his partner nailed it. They installed the washer/dryer - perfectly - in a very difficult space. Then went above & beyond by taking time to train me with the intimidating tangle of settings on the new laundry set. So easy going & patient! I also appreciated how clean they left things, & on a rainy day, no less! So great customer service all around. I really appreciate that Mountain High Appliance recognizes the value of excellent customer service & trains their employees so well. I've already shared their contact info w 2 others, & know they'll be well cared for.

Oh Appliance Factory. What a love/hate relationship I now have…read more Purchasing was painless, got a great deal on a Samsung Washer dryer pair. I had done a lot of research on my own in the weeks prior to making the purchase. Salesman who helped was knowledgeable and confirmed what I knew about the product. Sales was not pushy and gave us ample time to mull over the options. Price was unbeatable. Overall it was a pleasant transaction. The bad:-- BEWARE OF THE INSTALLERS - Hot and cold hoses to washer were installed BACKWARDS. Yep, backwards. So hot was connected to cold, and cold connected to hot. These appliances went into a new home, so it wasn't until two weeks later that their mistake was realized after shrinking a load of cotton shirts. Washer then started giving 4c2 hot/cold error. When you're paying professionals to install an appliance, you trust that it will be done right. Looking at other Yelp reviews it appears appliance factory has history of incorrect installations. I did call the store and was treated like this was no big deal. Was told: "Well that's weird. Did you fix it?" Not even an apology was provided for their mistake. Two thumbs down for the install. Nobody should have to pay $79 to have "professionals" install appliances incorrectly. Better off watching an instructional Youtube video and correctly installing them yourself. They also managed to scratch the washer door while moving it through the doorway into the laundry room. Triple thumbs down. At time of purchase was told I met the minimum requirement and qualified for the $35 delivery/install rebate. At point of sale nobody told me how to access this rebate, stupid me just assumed it would be e-mailed. Apparently you get said rebate by going to the Appliance Factory website by clicking the "rebate" tab in upper right corner. It would certainly have been nice to receive these instructions up front. Overall: Good appliance deals, horrible install experience, terrible customer service. ***UPDATE:*** The rebates they offer are a SCAM. Applied for the rebate November 29th 2017, it's now March and no such rebate has arrived. Checked the status online and it says "paid" I would love to know who they paid, because it certainly wasn't me.

Buyers Beware. Our experience purchasing a new, "in-box" LG…read morewasher and dryer from Appliance Factory (AF) on Bowles in Littleton revealed a troubling lack of accountability and customer protection. Consumers should understand that in our experience the company does not stand behind the products they sell nor ensure that those products are functional and fit for their intended use. Our experience is as follows. We were informed on a delivery time on a Friday between 2:30 and 4:30. They arrived shortly after 4:30 and when they were preparing to leave around 6:20pm, the dryer was making a knocking sound. They offered to take the item back. I told them I could not be without a dryer. I was told they would send a repair man. When I called Saturday afternoon to follow up, there was no work order started and I was told it was now LG's responsibility because I did not get the AF warranty. Never was it communicated to me that if I kept the items they were mine to keep & to deal with. In the six weeks following the delivery, LG has been here three times. Prior to LGs first visit one of the dryer door hinges started to become very loose and the door was falling off. During LG's first appointment, the findings were that the metal door bracket was laying on the bottom of the dryer along with screws causing excess noise. LG reinstalled the bracket with the proper screws. This was due to AFs delivery team having difficulty reversing the door (based on the time that it took them & the fact that there were screws on our floor after they left). Therefore, based on the findings this damage was not a manufacturers product defect but delivery/installation damage caused by AF. While the LG tech was here I told him of an issue with the washing machine and showed him a video. It was determined that the display board, main board, Wi-Fi board and front cover had to be replaced. He ordered the parts and came back a second time to replace all of those parts on the washing machine. The dryer continues to make loud noises even when it's empty. The LG Tech made a courtesy visit a third time to check on the noisy dryer and says there is nothing that can be done and feels the structural integrity of the dryer cabinet was compromised somewhere along the way. Also, it was brought to my attention that the dryer is a 2024 model and the washer is a 2026 model. We were sold an older dryer. Throughout this experience I've spoken with the sales manager and his manager (8 to 10 times on the phone) and have emailed as well. All I could get out of these phone calls was a credit of 120.73, For reimbursement of the delivery charge. I then left two messages on the president's hotline to take my complaint to the next level.... and a lot of good that did as I was rerouted back to the salesman.

This place is a corrupt scam. If you want to buy something electronic that they don't have in stock…read morethey just go to their "warehouse" which means they go to Best Buy and buy it then mark it up 20%. I had a pre-approval for $2800 through Snap Finance. They give you a credit line from Discover that you can only use at certain stores which is why I went here in the first place. I walk in and start dealing with Troy and things were going great. Then the owner walks over and start asking what I am trying to purchase. We tell him it's a MacBook Pro. He asks how I'm paying and then he asks how much I was approved for. I told him that that was none of his business and that he could just tell me the price of the laptop and I would pay it. The particular MacBook I was getting retails at Best Buy for $1800. This guy asks how I was paying again and I tell him that I didn't want to tell him how much I was approved for because then he would try and mark it up more or try and sell me more stuff. I finally tell him that I'm approved for $2800. This dude looks me in the face and says, "If you want this laptop I need to get $3600. I said, "What are you talking about? It's a $1800 laptop." He starts saying, "yeah but I can't lose money on the deal and that it cost him $1000/day just to open the doors". Here is the best part. He says, "The lowest I can do is $2800". Interesting. The exact amount I told him I was approved for. I went off at this point. I said, "How the hell do you think you can mark something up 100%. ($1800 laptop and he wants to charge $3600) Troy the employee says, "He's not getting financing through us he has an approval and it's just a Discover card we can run like any other credit card." Then the owner start giving me a sob story about how hard it is to stay in business and that he's essentially losing money. I know they markup the devices by about 20% because I've purchased 3 laptops from them. So I was willing to pay about $2160 for the laptop. Finally the owner agreed to $2199. And since it was only a few buck more than I was expecting I agreed. I payed for the laptop and got my receipt and then asked him if he could go get the laptop at the "warehouse". He refused to go get it until I gave him a 5 star review on google and here. The reason they have so many 5 star ratings is that he either holds your device hostage until you give him a review or else he offers you some small trinket to leave the review. I've done business here three times and the other two were fine but stay away from the owner.
