Ground round with everything on a hard roll

Fast. Fun. Flavorful. Founded in 1932 and still has that old time vibe. Huge selection of burger joint fare, and an impressive selection of ice cream, served as huge portions. Sit at the counter or at a picnic table, or in a retro dining room, and enjoy.

Delicious grilled chicken and crispy real onion rings were prepared carefully and delivered to our table after ordering at the counter. High quality and great service. On the downside, they need to use bigger, better rolls as the standard roll for their burgers. As good as the beef might be, it's sad when it all falls apart when you pick it up! If you know in advance, I guess you can ask for a hard roll.

Better. Up'd review a star. Service a little better. I can tell the owner is making a difference. Burger was good. Piece of ham was small. Used to hang over the burger. Fries good, onion rings great.

Good roadside hamburger/ ice cream stand with indoor seating available. Burgers are decent, fries are usually nice and hot but today they were just warm and the ketchup tasted funny (? like vinegar). It's definitely a nostalgic & iconic drive in, and worth the visit as you're traveling route 104 or staying in town.

Meh. Grew up coming here once a summer and it was amazing. Super underwhelming and a little disappointing with the new ownership. Menu prices don't match what's on the wall (it's expensive) a ton of flies inside, and the food wasn't good. The service was friendly though. Bring cash to avoid the ATM fees since the do not accept cards. Cute spot to stop for ice cream but won't be coming here for a meal again.

Greasy goodness!!! Loved watching the workers slide around the floor with all the grease on the floor. Definitely brought back memories. The Empire burger hit the spot and the Zweigle's white was great with meat sauce. Onion wings were nice and crispy. Don't miss the dollar hot fudge sundae.

I am not sure why people complain about this place. It is a great burger joint. It is a drive out on 104. For us it is well worth the drive. It's not gourmet or 5 star dining. It is family food. The burgers are great. The fried clam strips are crunchy . The fries are hot and crispy. The fried mushrooms are one of my favorites. The best were the bar b que beans. To top it off my daughter had two scoops of chocolate ice cream. The scoops were so large it broke the cone. To top it off they have started a service where you can buy a meal for someone who can't afford it and they will put the receipt on a board for those in need. Hopefully, it won't be taken advantage of by the idiots of this world.

The food was OK but the price was really high for the quality we got. The drinks were lukewarm and one of them was wrong. The gravy fries were good and the portion was big. The burger was OK. The meat was a bit thin and greasy. The bun had trouble holding up to the grease and tomato juices. My boyfriends onion rings looked tasty but seemed a little overcooked. Two burgers, one onion ring, one gravy fry, one small fountain drink and one medium fountain drink were $34. They were short staffed, which happens. But the majority of the tables in the dining room were not clean and there were a number of flies coming in through the entrance. Seating options outside are nice.

The nice young lady at the counter made a mistake and upcharged my daughters kids meal and also charged us for a milkshake for her. She told us she would bring us the change 3.50 plus tax the manager came out with 2 dollars and preceded to tell me my math was incorrect. I pulled out my calculator and did it in front of him he continued to yell at me. I will never go back there. Not the same place Bob You need to learn people skills

    Great outdoor dog friendly area!

A classic roadside drive in. The chopped steak burger was good. If you happen to be on NY 104 in the Williamson area, stop in.

Dirty place. Not good air conditioning. Terrible service. Gives the word greasy spoon a new level. Prices are not that great either.

Lots of flies, but authentic and excellent flavor. Very good! Love that it hasn't changed much since the 1930! Would recommend!

The place was neat and clean and our server Michelle was very nice, helpful and personable. Being new customers we were surprised that we were offered a sampler of eight of the sides as well as cornbread with a surprising cinnamon butter to spread on it. All were delicious and made our choice of two difficult. My wife chose a side salad and the Cajun corn. I got the mashed potatoes with gravy and the smoked baked beans. We waited maybe 20 minutes after the sampler and my wife's salad for our dinner, which seemed long but not terrible. The owner Bob had been coming around checking on tables. When our food came out, he also checked on us and apologized for the length of wait. He offered free desert, which we didn't think necessary but very much appreciated. We each got a 1/3 slab of ribs which were tender and delicious without saucing them. There were 3 sauce options at the table. Gold, original and sweet. All good but original was my favorite. I got the pulled pork and my wife the pulled chicken. We took our complimentary desserts to go as we had no room left. We choose the baklava cheesecake and peanut butter pie. Also both delicious. We highly recommend you give this place a try. It's easy to get to and should have been booked solid based on the atmosphere, service and food!

The place was pretty empty but given its location, I am not surprised. It is a bit far away all on its own but I am sure a bunch of locals go in the evenings. We did flights here. You get a laminated piece of paper and an expo marker and you mark off the choices you want. The bartender will slowly provide them to you. I loved everything I tried and when one of my friends didn't love what she tried the bartender just gave her something different so he would know she liked everything she tasted. The bartender also have everyone tastings of one of their hard liquors they make. If you like hard liquor you probably would have like it, but I don't like hard liquor and couldn't stand the burning. I loved the crabapple and the rootstock they had. I also enjoy that you can see where all the drinks are made. Nothing was going on that Saturday afternoon but I am sure if you pop in on a different day you can watch everyone work. All my friends loved their peach vodka and all bought a bottle. I highly recommend here. Great staff with amazing service and great options, especially if you like cider.
