Came here again for the first time in about a year and it was just as good as my first experience! I love this location, their coffee, food, seating, and outdoor patio! The perfect place to grab a bite and a drink and get some work done.

I came here for lunch while I was waiting to go to another event. The restaurant itself is super cozy and cute and they also serve coffee which might make it a great remote work place during the day. I got the drink special which was some kind of cherry cosmo and the chicken gyro with fries. The drink was too strong for me and A bit too sweet. Food wise I really liked the chunky French fries and it came out hot and fresh. The chicken was a little dry but the flavor was good overall.

Since Opa! is taking a part in the coffee passport my friend and I decided to come by and check out the Freddo. I've been in Austin for a long time (cough cough since 2006) and have never stopped by Opa since it was out of my way back in the day but this is a cute spot to get out of the house grab a coffee or later in the evening for a wine. There is plenty of inside seating for the hot summer days and outdoor seating for the 3 months where its a bit more brisk outside. There was a slight delay on my croissant sandwich but once i took my first bite it was all worth it!

Opa! I came here for Sunday night bingo with some friends and it was a lot of fun! The restaurant is basically a cottage/house and the seating is so cute since it's all mismatched furniture. There are even couple couches that fit large groups. I saw a few couples here for date night which is a great idea, the bingo itself is free. Really love the idea of a local business hosting bingo night because it brings in business for them (everyone ordered food and/or drinks) and patrons have a fun time. More businesses should do it! I ordered the breakfast egg croissant and it was great! It had a huge slab of baked egg on the inside which was pretty unique. It did take quite a while for the food to come out though, it seemed like they weren't used to a crowd of this size (all the tables were taken). I ended up getting 1st place for one of the bingo rounds, and you get to collect your prize at the bar (they didn't really give directions about that part). 1st place gets a free cocktail selection and 2nd place gets a free pastry/appetizer selection. I opted for pumpkin bread since I don't drink and sadly they didn't have any baklava left. The pumpkin bread was good but could have been more flavorful. Would recommend the bingo night, otherwise this looks like a great spot to chill, grab a drink (they also had coffee), and do laptop work during the day!

Walking in on Saturday at around 11am, it was packed! However, we were able to find a table by the wall. It was loud but not so loud where you could make out people's conversations- we saw many people studying and reading. The place is super cute, there's couches and board games! Also, outside has nice patio seating, it was just too cold to enjoy this day. We ended up enjoying the mediterranean plate and our greek coffees. Both were delicious! We will be back! Maybe to try the gyros!

Came here for the first time for their bingo night that they have on Sundays! I randomly came across their event page and love how they host different free events: open mic, bingo, jazz on different days of the week! It was fun playing bingo and my friend won a food prize! It's a very casual place and you can order food/drinks at the bar. After you order, you can take your number to any table you want to sit at. Tables near the front are small, the tables at the back are bigger and have different board games underneath. It is harder to hear in the back though for bingo. They have five rounds and each round gets harder such as getting a bingo with two cards, etc. I liked the food we got-gyro wrap and meatball dish. The meatball dish had a spicy marinara sauce, which I enjoyed! I just wish there were meatballs. Although they are entrees, these are lighter meals so I suggest coming here knowing it's not a full meal. There's also outdoor dining with heaters and lights. It's really pretty outside!

Vibes are immaculate! They have a huge patio space in the front and they have lots of seating I side too. Great place to work, meet up with group of friends, or go solo! I know they host live music or other events and they sounds fun too. As for the food, I've haven't really gotten anything I'd come back for. Not pictured, but one time I got the meatballs and pita and it was really good. This time I go the gyro with lamb and it was good but nothing to note. The fry portion was disappointing since my friends and I all ordered the same thing, and they got 3x the amount of fries I got. My mocktail was over sweetened and had too much raspberry flavor. They have a medium sized parking lot so parking is okay if it's not too busy! I would come back for the vibes and a little snack and wine but not dinner again.

The place is very cute. The outdoor seating is shaded. It was hotter inside than outside on a very hot day of Texas summer, are they trying to save money on electricity? Luckily the small garden in the front is cute and under a huge tree. The food is mediocre. The gyro lacks flavor overall. Spanakopita and tiropita are better than the gyro, but not good enough for me to come back again.

Great place to hang out and visit with friends. We enjoyed the food and beverages. Great patio seating with live music when we visited. All the dishes we had were great.

Exceptional lunch spot! Amazingly cute patio and plenty of indoor space. This is a casual hangout environment with delicious food and beverages. The gyro is a must get! Service is quick and they are super nice employees!

Very welcoming ambiance, feels like you are in someone's home (I know in Austin that's the point but hear me out). Outside they had live acoustic performances from great local singer/songwriters, and inside they had a poetry slam! Every-time I would drop inside to get water it was a complete vibe change and I loved it! We got mocktails and a Mediterranean board, NGL for 25 bucks (excluding the beverage) its an amazing deal and the food was very delicious, full of flavor, rich, and what's nice is that it was light at the same time. The service was great, very attentive and brought our food out in a timely manner. I for sure will be coming here again

Great place to hang out. The food was very good, however the tables are small so it took a bit of maneuvering to get all the plates on the table. When we eat here again we will try to get a table outside. The service was also very friendly.

This is a great place to meet up and hang out with friends. There's plenty of space, comfortable tables, and quick service. The menu is extensive, and the staff is very friendly. I especially love the interior design, and there are options to sit both indoors and outdoors, which is a nice touch. The place is quite popular, and we had a wonderful time during our visit. However, I do have one comment. My drink was served in a cup with a chip. I always mention this to businesses when it happens. Please make sure to check your dishware carefully. Chips on cups can harbor bacteria and pose a risk of cuts while drinking. I kindly ask the owner to address this issue and inspect all dishware for any damage. Overall, it's a fantastic spot, but this small detail needs attention.

    How is the parking situation?

About 20 parking spots. Completely reasonable on a normal day, but on comedy or event nights, it is SO full & it's hard to turn your car around/exit.

Parking was a little hard to come by in the neighborhood, but not impossible. I ended up waiting a little over 1.5 hrs after checking in with the hostess and we were able to snag the very last plate of paella! I've had my fair share of paella and I'm in no way a paella snob, but this one missed the mark for me. 1) the portion did not reflect the $34 price tag. 2) portions of the rice were undercooked and very hard. 3) it was way too salty. It did come with a mix of mussels, clams, shrimp, and sausage, with a side of toast, but I can't justify this part of the experience. We also ordered calamari and croquetas. The croqueta was delicious and flavorful, but the calamari didn't stand out. It tastes like any other calamari. The ambiance itself is cute and the service was great, but the food was lacking.

Wow! What an incredible experience at Sixty Vines in The Domain!…read more We made our reservation through OpenTable and mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. When we arrived at our table, we were surprised with a handwritten Happy Anniversary postcard and a beautifully presented gift--such a thoughtful touch that immediately made the evening feel special. Our server, Polina, was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to learn what styles of wine we enjoy and brought us a few samples before helping us choose an amazing wine flight. Her recommendations were spot-on! We also enjoyed a custom charcuterie board and the prosciutto & fig pizza, both of which were outstanding. To top it all off, Andrew, the manager, stopped by our table to make sure everything was perfect. We loved learning about Sixty Vines' unique wine-on-tap program and appreciated their commitment to sustainability, including composting food scraps. (They didn't have much to compost from our table--maybe a bite or two of pizza crust! ) The only disappointing part of the evening was that we had tickets to a show and couldn't stay longer to explore more of their incredible wine selection. That's just another reason we'll definitely be back!

Our waiter was amazing. He was very attentive knew what to recommend and was very nice and a fun person also. This time we started off with a golden beats and let me tell you they were delicious and the cheese that they use at the bottom is just phenomenal. This is definitely something you need to get. We also started off with the muscles and they were delicious. The broth that they were in was so good. You could literally drink it and you just wanted to submerge your bread in it. I also got an espresso martini to wake up because I've been so jetlagged and it was perfect. it was a good balance of the espresso and not sweet. I love that they don't use milk here unlike other places. My mother got the opera spritz and it was delicious. Very well balanced. It was not Avril heavy like some places tend to do. My mother got the Braised pork pasta, and it was divine. This was full of flavor a good amount of sauce not salty. We also got the chefs butcher pizza and it was amazing. I loved that you can tell they make all the ingredients there and the bread is just so good. Also had some kind of sauce on there with some piece of cheese that just balanced it so good. Definitely thanks to this experience. I will say I will keep going back. I'm thinking maybe when I first swim they were just having an off day but now trying the rest of these dishes. They did really good and definitely a place to enjoy when you're at the domain.

Rosé Gosé (note accents) is in an unassuming Airport Blvd location (right next to Jewboy Burgers, an Austin favorite). It is run by a couple from Belarus that came here right after Covid to open up a restaurant, with a sister in Minsk. Defying expectations, the menu is not Balkan at all. If anything, there is a strong Asian influence with poke bowls and a lot of seafood. But the menu also offers beef tartare on their raw bar menu, as well as a steak offering and grilled chicken. It's a diverse and adventurous menu, all the way from small plates to hefty mains and vegetable sides. For the dessert, try the pavlova, a meringue confection stuffed with coconut mousse and topped with lime sorbet and a grapefruit slice sidecar. Everything is superbly presented, and unquestionably fresh and healthy without veering into twigs and berries territory. The cocktail menu is also playful, with a lot of nontraditional glassware and slight spins on popular drinks; their version of a Paloma uses prosecco instead of a splash of soda. The servers are all dressed in rosé jumpsuits and very attentive. The space is amiable and elegant without being pretentious. The table spacing is a little close, so that conversations carry between guests. The table setting has some nice touches, like the little wooden bench that holds your fork and knife off the table. In European fashion, water can be asked for but it won't be served with ice. Plan on taking your time and enjoying course after course.

Rosé Gosé was a delightful Mother's Day lunch spot. It is a whole vibe, and it is uniquely French! When we walked in an artist was playing romantic music on his keyboard, which set the tone for the brunch. It is a small restaurant inside with a larger area of seating on the patio. Of course, our reservations were inside in the comforts of air conditioning. You immediately notice a wine wall hence the name Rosé Gosé. The restaurant has many windows which provide lots of natural light. The tables house miniature yellow roses and utensils sat in a small wooden block...very French. All the servers were dressed in mauve clothing that resemble scrubs from a hospital. If someone stepped out in a French beret, I would have fallen over. Our server, Sergey, immediately served us water and took our order. The restaurant was highlighted as a modern European bistro. The atmosphere was charming, elegant, and stylish making it ideal for a Mother's Day brunch. My hubby ordered a ribeye, eggs and French Fries. I ordered the avocado toast with salmon and egg whites. While I'm not a huge red meat eater, I tasted a piece of the hubs ribeye and it was nicely prepared. My avocado toast was yummy to the nth degree! Everything was perfect. The avocado was precisely cut and at the right level of softness. The salmon was chopped into tiny little squares and so enjoyable to eat. We could not be more pleased. With a name like Rosé Gosé you would expect their drinks to be superb. My hubby ordered a hibiscus tea, which was delightful. I ordered a mimosa that had high quality ingredients and was perfectly balanced...so smooth. We were also pleased with the drinks. This was the first time at Rosé Gosé, however, it definitely will not be the last.
