    Fresh Homemade Pumpkin Bread

Opa! I came here for Sunday night bingo with some friends and it was a lot of fun! The restaurant is basically a cottage/house and the seating is so cute since it's all mismatched furniture. There are even couple couches that fit large groups. I saw a few couples here for date night which is a great idea, the bingo itself is free. Really love the idea of a local business hosting bingo night because it brings in business for them (everyone ordered food and/or drinks) and patrons have a fun time. More businesses should do it! I ordered the breakfast egg croissant and it was great! It had a huge slab of baked egg on the inside which was pretty unique. It did take quite a while for the food to come out though, it seemed like they weren't used to a crowd of this size (all the tables were taken). I ended up getting 1st place for one of the bingo rounds, and you get to collect your prize at the bar (they didn't really give directions about that part). 1st place gets a free cocktail selection and 2nd place gets a free pastry/appetizer selection. I opted for pumpkin bread since I don't drink and sadly they didn't have any baklava left. The pumpkin bread was good but could have been more flavorful. Would recommend the bingo night, otherwise this looks like a great spot to chill, grab a drink (they also had coffee), and do laptop work during the day!

Walking in on Saturday at around 11am, it was packed! However, we were able to find a table by the wall. It was loud but not so loud where you could make out people's conversations- we saw many people studying and reading. The place is super cute, there's couches and board games! Also, outside has nice patio seating, it was just too cold to enjoy this day. We ended up enjoying the mediterranean plate and our greek coffees. Both were delicious! We will be back! Maybe to try the gyros!

Came here for the first time for their bingo night that they have on Sundays! I randomly came across their event page and love how they host different free events: open mic, bingo, jazz on different days of the week! It was fun playing bingo and my friend won a food prize! It's a very casual place and you can order food/drinks at the bar. After you order, you can take your number to any table you want to sit at. Tables near the front are small, the tables at the back are bigger and have different board games underneath. It is harder to hear in the back though for bingo. They have five rounds and each round gets harder such as getting a bingo with two cards, etc. I liked the food we got-gyro wrap and meatball dish. The meatball dish had a spicy marinara sauce, which I enjoyed! I just wish there were meatballs. Although they are entrees, these are lighter meals so I suggest coming here knowing it's not a full meal. There's also outdoor dining with heaters and lights. It's really pretty outside!

Exceptional lunch spot! Amazingly cute patio and plenty of indoor space. This is a casual hangout environment with delicious food and beverages. The gyro is a must get! Service is quick and they are super nice employees!

Vibes are immaculate! They have a huge patio space in the front and they have lots of seating I side too. Great place to work, meet up with group of friends, or go solo! I know they host live music or other events and they sounds fun too. As for the food, I've haven't really gotten anything I'd come back for. Not pictured, but one time I got the meatballs and pita and it was really good. This time I go the gyro with lamb and it was good but nothing to note. The fry portion was disappointing since my friends and I all ordered the same thing, and they got 3x the amount of fries I got. My mocktail was over sweetened and had too much raspberry flavor. They have a medium sized parking lot so parking is okay if it's not too busy! I would come back for the vibes and a little snack and wine but not dinner again.

The most beautiful outside patio. Thursday jazz nights are perfect for a bottle of wine. Strawberry matcha is the best, and everyone who works is very kind. Love this spot!

The place is very cute. The outdoor seating is shaded. It was hotter inside than outside on a very hot day of Texas summer, are they trying to save money on electricity? Luckily the small garden in the front is cute and under a huge tree. The food is mediocre. The gyro lacks flavor overall. Spanakopita and tiropita are better than the gyro, but not good enough for me to come back again.

Very welcoming ambiance, feels like you are in someone's home (I know in Austin that's the point but hear me out). Outside they had live acoustic performances from great local singer/songwriters, and inside they had a poetry slam! Every-time I would drop inside to get water it was a complete vibe change and I loved it! We got mocktails and a Mediterranean board, NGL for 25 bucks (excluding the beverage) its an amazing deal and the food was very delicious, full of flavor, rich, and what's nice is that it was light at the same time. The service was great, very attentive and brought our food out in a timely manner. I for sure will be coming here again

Another great food experience at one of Austin's unique cafes in the heart of the '04, also known back in time some years as 'Bubbaville', on this Valentines Day '26! Their delicious 'Greek Omelette' runs parallel to a frittata and the flavor is perfect! With egg, spinach, tomato and onion cooked in real Olive Oil and then topped with a generous spread of feta cheese, the flavors were balanced well. Comes with a nice spring mix with strawberry, blueberry's and a few onion slices for a slight kick. It's a great meal to kick off this day of love with your Valentine!

Great place to hang out. The food was very good, however the tables are small so it took a bit of maneuvering to get all the plates on the table. When we eat here again we will try to get a table outside. The service was also very friendly.

This is a great place to meet up and hang out with friends. There's plenty of space, comfortable tables, and quick service. The menu is extensive, and the staff is very friendly. I especially love the interior design, and there are options to sit both indoors and outdoors, which is a nice touch. The place is quite popular, and we had a wonderful time during our visit. However, I do have one comment. My drink was served in a cup with a chip. I always mention this to businesses when it happens. Please make sure to check your dishware carefully. Chips on cups can harbor bacteria and pose a risk of cuts while drinking. I kindly ask the owner to address this issue and inspect all dishware for any damage. Overall, it's a fantastic spot, but this small detail needs attention.

Very chill spot for catching up with friends, working, or just people-watching. I love all the trees, which made the 100-degree weather in October very pleasant. I ordered the Mediterranean wrap which has egg, sun-dried tomato, spinach, red onion, and crumbled feta wrapped in warm whole wheat tortillas. It's bigger than a taco but definitely not burrito size. And you get two of them! The barista was the only person who made drinks and worked on the register so the line could get a little long. I got my food very quickly, but it took my friend quite a while before she got her avocado toast. Will come back more often!

Oppa Café has some great things going for it, but overall it landed as an average experience for me. The drinks? Absolutely exceptional. Whether you're into coffee, teas, or specialty drinks, they really do know how to craft a solid beverage. The flavors were rich, balanced, and definitely the highlight of the visit. The food, on the other hand, was a bit hit or miss. Some dishes came out a little bland and underwhelming, while others had enough flavor to stand out. Nothing was terrible, but nothing blew me away either. we both had the Gyro and thought there were too much large pieces of vegetables and fruit and very little actual meat in them. You can see from our pictures. What I did really appreciate was the vibe. They have outdoor seating, which is perfect for enjoying that classic Austin breeze and people-watching. And if you're looking to chill indoors, the inside is cozy and great for reading, studying, or catching up with friends. It's a flexible space, and that's a big plus in my book. All in all, I'd come back for the drinks and the atmosphere--but probably skip the food next time unless they've revamped the menu a bit.

    How is the parking situation?

About 20 parking spots. Completely reasonable on a normal day, but on comedy or event nights, it is SO full & it's hard to turn your car around/exit.

Rating: 3.1/5 We…read moretried The Austin Winery on two different occasions, and both times their wine was just okay or not good. The first time was a wine flight we had catered at our apartment, while the second time, we visited in person with a group of friends. Honestly, the wines we buy from Costco taste better. We did the $20 wine tasting flight where you get to choose 3 from the menu. The pros are that it's cheap and they give generous pours, but the con is that the wines don't taste good. Thank goodness I shared with my husband because I wouldn't have been able to finish it myself. 1. Picpoul Blanc: One Elm Vineyards - High Plains white wine with notes of lemongrass, pink lemonade, and raspberry. It was okay. 2. Aqua Pazza - High Plains/High Country orange wine with notes of apricot, candied lemon, and orange zest. It tasted like a bitter citrus wine and was our least favorite of the wines we tried. 3. GSM: Salt Lick Vineyards - Hill Country chilled red wine with notes of mint berry crunch and herbal. I think we prefer non-chilled red wine, since the tannins were super muted, but the cold temperature does make it more enjoyable on a hot day. Lavender Haze ($15): This is a wine cocktail made with Ocho, lemon, lavender simple syrup, topped with Rambler, and garnished with a lemon wheel. Ocho is a Salt Lick Vineyards - Hill Country white wine with soft lychee, beeswax, and freshly minted bills. It's a light and bright wine cocktail that's great for an afternoon drink. Bread With Oil & Balsamic Reduction ($6): You definitely need to dip the bread in the balsamic reduction; otherwise, the bread is just so bland by itself. Recommend getting the shareables instead, since the bread doesn't really add anything to the wine tasting. Our friends got the charcuterie, and the meat, cheese, and fig really helped us get through the wine flight.

Rosé Gosé was a delightful Mother's Day lunch spot. It is a whole vibe, and it is uniquely French! When we walked in an artist was playing romantic music on his keyboard, which set the tone for the brunch. It is a small restaurant inside with a larger area of seating on the patio. Of course, our reservations were inside in the comforts of air conditioning. You immediately notice a wine wall hence the name Rosé Gosé. The restaurant has many windows which provide lots of natural light. The tables house miniature yellow roses and utensils sat in a small wooden block...very French. All the servers were dressed in mauve clothing that resemble scrubs from a hospital. If someone stepped out in a French beret, I would have fallen over. Our server, Sergey, immediately served us water and took our order. The restaurant was highlighted as a modern European bistro. The atmosphere was charming, elegant, and stylish making it ideal for a Mother's Day brunch. My hubby ordered a ribeye, eggs and French Fries. I ordered the avocado toast with salmon and egg whites. While I'm not a huge red meat eater, I tasted a piece of the hubs ribeye and it was nicely prepared. My avocado toast was yummy to the nth degree! Everything was perfect. The avocado was precisely cut and at the right level of softness. The salmon was chopped into tiny little squares and so enjoyable to eat. We could not be more pleased. With a name like Rosé Gosé you would expect their drinks to be superb. My hubby ordered a hibiscus tea, which was delightful. I ordered a mimosa that had high quality ingredients and was perfectly balanced...so smooth. We were also pleased with the drinks. This was the first time at Rosé Gosé, however, it definitely will not be the last.

Their drink number seven, which is basically a Yuzu gin sour is literally my favorite drink and all of Austin and still continues to be that way. Their food is also pretty decent, but I primarily go there for the drinks. Gotta get my wraps done before it actually closes down because I still don't know how to stay around
