I've only been to this particular location in downtown Petaluma, so I was pleasantly surprised to see a second store in downtown Santa Rosa! It was also a couple doors down from this delicious chocolate shop where they had an incredibly interesting gentleman! At this particular location, I noticed they had different clothes than the Petaluma location as well as different colors and patterns so I was rather interested in this location versus the downtown Petaluma Boutique. Both places were priced about the same as any other boutique so nothing too crazy but shirts were about $30 and sweaters were about $45. They did have a number of different styles of jackets at this particular location also. I will definitely come back again!! read more

There was a very friendly and helpful salesclerk who helped me find what I was looking for and answered my questions and was also very patient. Also the boutique was very clean and organized. I love boutiques that organize their shop clothing by color, I don't know why. There's a good selection of nice, chic styles. A little on the pricier side for some things but overall I found it was really worth the money in the end for what I purchased and the pleasant experience. read more

My new favorite go to place when I need a new outfit I was grabbing lunch DT and stopped in because I needed a new dress for my upcoming trip but didn't plan on buying anything. I truly had the best time in Ooh La Luxe shopping due to the excellent customer service I was given by Maritza. She greeted me warmly and asked if she could help me find anything, I politely declined. After not liking what I had tried on , I asked Maritza for her opinion/suggestions and she kindly gave them to me. She picked out several dresses and outfits that I would not have picked out for myself but I ended up absolutely loving them & couldn't resist buying them. I was looking for a cute boho dress for a family photo shoot when I came into the shop. A super sweet employee named Maritza helped style me. She is literally the employee dreams are made of! I really had to take a moment to write a review, because Mariza and Karli are the sweetest sales associates, who really took the time to help style me for an event and chose the cutest outfit that I would not have chosen for myself. The store carries the cutest trends and is in a great location but it's these girls who really elevate the experience to make it much more personable and positive. They have great taste, are welcoming and friendly and really invested in the outcome of my look. They were helpful and professional, and even helped me ship an item they didn't have in the store to my house. She is always so welcoming and knowledgeable! She is a pure joy to shop with!!!! I was just at your store and experienced the most humiliating feeling from your cashier.... I am a thicker female that have bought large size in which some clothing do fit and of course not all. I am proud to say clothing is beautiful but whom ever is currently working cashier is very unprofessional and not quality customer service. Ok, I'm a 35 year old mom who doesn't work out and EVERY time I shop at any of their locations, I always find so many things to fit my body. I'm 5'1'' so it's not always easy to find trendy items that look complimentary, but the stylist who work here come through every time. I LOVE finding pieces that I'll have for a lifetime, simple pieces, casual pieces or you're looking to overhaul your closet, my advice would be to save $500-1000 and you can get a complete wardrobe OVERHAUL! They'll help you find forever pieces, and then you'll look like the models on their insta. I definitely put a monthly allowance for this store. You'll be a forever customer. This is one of my most favorite stores. I always find something every time I walk in the door. Great variety of clothing. What I really love about Ooh La Luxe is the customer service. How nice to have a sales associate actually check on you in the dressing room and see if you need anything. On several occasions when trying on clothes and I need a different size, another color, or something similar, staff is there to get it for you. It is so nice not to re-dress just to get a different item. The sales associates are extremely helpful with making suggestions and finding items that suit me well. It is always a treat to walk in their stores and see what is new. I frequent the Healdsburg store the most. Friendly staff that always makes me feel very comfortable. They have the cutest shoes and boots too. If that particular store is out of my size, with either clothes or shoes, they immediately check inventory from the other stores and have these items sent to me. Another great thing about Ooh La Luxe is the website. Anything purchased is received within a day or two. If you have a special occasion or just looking for something new and different, head to Ooh La Luxe! You definitely will not be disappointed. read more

Ooh La Luxe has provided me with the best customer service I've received at a retail store in a very long time. This store has the most adorable clothes! Each time I go in I find a new favorite piece of clothing or jewelry. One of the things I like most shopping here is the excellent customer service.
