She was so thorough with explaining their store and how they approach the process. We started with me selecting a couple gowns and then based off of feedback, she would pull some she recommended. The entire time Suzanne was patient, helpful and kind. Also, enthusiastic! You can tell she loves helping out brides in finding their dream dress. What I really appreciated is that during the changing of each dress, she would ask me questions that really made me think and compare each dress I've tried on. It helped me look deeper into what I wanted on my wedding day. I tried on a dress that I fell in LOVE with. I had another appointment after, so I couldn't commit right away. I went to another store and after that appointment..I was still stuck on the dress from Bliss Bridal. I had my small crowd of support with me, ready to find the dress of my dreams. Molly was our assistant, and immediately I felt a connection to her vibe, energy and clear expertise. She took the time to get to know my needs and desires, and got right to work pulling a range of dresses for me to showcase to my precious peanut gallery. All the dresses I tried on were gorgeous. Molly made me feel comfortable, beautiful and confident. It was so much fun. I felt like I needed to pinch myself to see if it was all real! The magic continued as we narrowed down all of the selections to my DREAM gown. Allie, the owner, assisted in the process, curating the dress to my exact body type. All the while, the atmosphere was light, bright and captivating. We added a veil and it was game over. It clicked- I'm getting married and THIS is my dress! A small local shop filled with many affordable options…read more Several things to note: The store is tiny, and can get crowded on the weekends especially during peak wedding / prom season. No appointments required, and they will do their best to accommodate all walk-ins, but usually better to visit on a weekday when they're less swamped. 5-star service when you're the only one there. Very responsive via text. In-store purchases are exchange only, and if you don't like an item, they will do their absolute best to help you find something that you'll love. No in-shop tailoring (so no measurements), but they'll refer you to one local service. They have a really good eye for what your appropriate size is. I ordered a tux, and it was ready in a few days. I ended up swinging by a month after the tux was ready, only to find out it had been accidentally sold to someone else or was lost. I don't blame them, it's a small business with very limited space, and I was at fault for waiting a month. They immediately reordered the tux again and it came in less than a week. It's worth just shooting them a quick text or call to confirm your orders are ready before going in.

Super quick turnaround compared to the others I reached out to especially since it was a Saturday. After our initial call, we set a date for me to bring my wedding dress in & she is very flexible when it comes to scheduling so that was a plus since I am located in Modesto. When I arrived for my appointment, she was so sweet & took her time to walk me through all her recommendations and just let me know exactly what she was going to do with my dress. She was transparent about extra labor needed due to my dress being beaded so it would have to be done by hand instead of a sewing machine. She was upfront about the cost as well, she wanted to make sure we were aligned before continuing which I appreciated. I am a sweaty-betty so I brought my own mini-fan to use during my fitting but Karalin saved the day with these neck-fans that I was able to use so I didn't have to hold anything in my hand during my appointment. Talk about prepped for anything! She's great! My appointment was August 21 and she gave me an estimate to have my dress ready by October 1 to give me some time to perfect anything before my October 25 wedding date. So it was an awesome surprise when she reached out to me on August 31 stating that my dress was ready for fitting & pick-up. Talk about underpromising and overdelivering! When I went for my fitting and to pick up my dress, I wanted to record how to bustle my dress & Karalin was so sweet, she literally helped with a 15-min recording to provide a walk-through for those who would help me with my bustle on my wedding day. She didn't have to do that but she didn't hesitate when I asked. Overall, Karalin was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her over and over again to anyone that will listen. She is amazing at what she does & so sweet (I've said that 3x in this review already, I know) 10/10! Thank you a million times over, Karalin! I have found my go-to for alterations moving forward :)
